Se si volesse effettivamente consumare nel beb per colazione o per i pasti principali mancano gli utensili basilari. Sarebbe stata gradita almeno una macchina del caffè elettrica al posto della moka classica. Peraltro per la colazione c'era scritto nella stanza e nel sito che il beb era convenzionato con un bar del posto ma la responsabile non ci ha detto nulla al riguardo. Nel complesso discreto, si può migliorare.

It was broken into 3 separate units that you can rent individually or the whole apartment but because of that there was no area to gather if you rent the whole apartment

• Sandro (10/5): Every expectation exceeded by a mile! - Nothing can do this accomodation justice; it was simply superb from start to finish. Bedsheets and towels of exceptional quality, cleanliness throughout and total functionality of every device and feature of our room. The location is truly comfortable, being within walking distance of every essential point of interest in this beautiful town. I'm truly grateful for the availability and kindness of our hosts, and finding coffee, tea, water and biscuits waiting for us was an unexpected touch that really made the difference. I would rate it 11/10 if I could. I would humbly suggest incorporating a small smart TV so that guests can wirelessly connect their devices and view content from streaming platforms, but this is absolutely a silly nitpick.

• Marc Denver (8/5): We enjoyed our stay here - The room was clean, big and very comfortable. Our hosts Sayed was very helpful and very responsive. It was a long walk or climb to the place from where we parked and because of the ZTL , we cannot bring the car close to the property. I wished it would be allowed even for a few minutes to give us enough time to unload our luggages before proceeding to the parking area

C'è tutto il necessario per soggiornare in tranquillità. È in centro e si può visitare tutto in poco tempo. Abbiamo scelto Montepulciano come base e ci siamo mossi per visitare i paesi della Val d'Orcia. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità. Esperienza bellissima
• Christopher (8/5): Central apartment on the main street. Difficult car parking. - If you want to stay in Montepulciano, this is a great apartment. Small, but quiet, and very central. Montepulciano itself is pretty, and has good views over the countryside. Sipping wine and people-watching is fun for an afternoon. The host's instructions made car parking sound much easier than it actually was! The nearest car parks were full when we arrived (at lunchtime), and still near-full when we moved the car at 5pm. Even then, it was hard work to carry the suitcases up the steps from the car park. Montepulciano is best seen as a day trip while staying somewhere else, such as outside the town. There isn't much to do here, once you have bought some wine.

The host gave information on parking options and breakfast vouchers at a well known local cafe. The location was perfect to tour the whole village.

• Krista (8/5): Nice clean accommodation - Lovely apartment close to amenities and the city center. The apartment was clean and beautiful. The apartment does not have a proper kitchen, but each room has a small refrigerator and a coffee-making facility. So it corresponds to a hotel in terms of cooking opportunities.

The property is located right in town, making it very convenient to walk to restaurants and local attractions. Parking instructions were clear and easy to follow. There are steep steps and stairs going uphill from the parking lot to the property, which can be challenging when you have a lot of luggage. The payment was required upon arrival, but as I was busy traveling with a child, I missed the payment link and assumed it had already been prepaid. Unfortunately, this caused a delay and some frustration for the host. Suggestion: It would be helpful to have the option to prepay before arrival, as most of our other bookings did.

• Daniela (10/5): A Montepulciano gem for a great price and best stay! - One of my favourite places to stay in La Toscana! My husband and I did a road trip through Tuscany last week and this was by far, one of my favourite places to stay! To start off, Barbara is an amazing host! She was super welcoming and friendly! Our room was very pretty, clean, the view from our balcony was stunning overseeing the countryside and was equipped with a table and two chairs perfect for our morning coffee watching the sunrise. The bed was comfortable, Barbara even had extra pillows and covers in the closet which we appreciated. The room also has heating and you can adapt the room's temperature to your needs with the digital control. The room also comes equipped with coffee and water for you to enjoy. The bathroom is nice and modern! Another perk is that there is public parking available, just a block away (on the street below) and it's a quick 2 minute walk. Also, if you need somewhere to eat, don't worry, Il Buonomore is located a short distance from one of the best sandwich shops, La Schiaccia dell'Opio, and a block away from the town center which is full of restaurants. 100% recommend staying here!

• Michelle (10/5): Perfect place to stay with wonderful hosts! - Loved Il Buonumore and Sayed was fantastic to work with. The place was exactly as depicted and the location is perfect. Sayed was so helpful in getting us there, as well as making sure we had parking for both our cars. Perfect all around and would definitely return! Loved everything! Just note that dropping your luggage off is not for the faint of heart and driving in Montepulciano can be difficult. If you can travel lite and not drive to drop luggage off, you will ahead of the game. Of course, if you enjoy the driving challenge of tight spaces and avoiding tourists, etc, then you are good to go. :o)
