• Robert (7/5): Good people, great location, my frist time to Boise. - The staff and the location. The stained carpet and uphostered chair in the room that I rented: really disgusting. What I get was not up to Hilton standards.

The TV was not properly working and could not change the channels with number buttons. A daily breakfast was not included in the price.

• F9275YXlindab (6/5): Customer Service Substandard - “As Hilton Honors members, we are typically offered complimentary water at check-in. Instead, we were told the water in the room. When we arrived it was $2 per bottle. The parking process has also changed, and we weren’t given clear instructions. After paying $16 and explaining to Kat at the front desk that we had trouble scanning the QR code, she was dismissive and condescending—telling us to ‘just push the help button’ and tossing our receipt in the trash. We have never experienced this level of poor customer service at a Hilton property before.”

A little difficult to find right away coming off the road, no real signage and I ended up going around the block a couple of times but once I found it worked well.

• nancy (3/5): I will never stay there again! - The lobby was beautiful and the pool was warm. I had to pay a 15 dollar garage fee that should have been included with the stay. The king size beds were so hard that I had to sleep on two pillows for some comfort. Some of the front staff were not very friendly. The breakfast was old, dry, and cold I could barely eat any of it. Breakfast was until 11:00 am we ate at 9:00 am. It should have been still fresh.

• David (6/5): - Good location, clean and comfy room The alarm clock in my room, as well as the one in the room next door, had not been cleared from the previous guests. I was woken up at 6am by both alarms going off at the same time. The room next door appeared to be vacant, as the alarm continued for about 10 minutes without being turned off. I booked this hotel specifically to get a proper night’s sleep on my way home after several nights of camping, but this experience completely ruined my rest. Unfortunately, I ended up sleeping better in campgrounds than I did here.
• deborahsK4688KZ (4/5): Horribly loud - This has to be one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s located between the on and off ramps. Our room was in the second floor and it sounded like the cars were going to drive through our room directly. When I asked the front desk if the other side of the hotel was as noisy I was offered ear plugs. Nothing like an apology or anything. There is parking next door at the parking garage at $15 per day. The hotel does not have parking. There is no breakfast included. There is a restaurant you can get breakfast at. The waitress was kind and very pleasant so that was nice. The bed was very firm. I asked for 4 blankets to try to soften the bed and was told I could have 2. Some of the staff was pleasant while others not so much.

• Tiffany (8/5): - My biggest frustration with hotels in downtown areas these days is that you have to pay for parking. I didn’t realize until we got there that there was going to be an extra $15 a night for parking. A total of $45 extra for 3 nights. I didn’t see an intimation of it when we reserved the hotel. We added on the breakfast at $7 a night and it was worth it because the made to order food was good and would have been much more expensive if we paid for it separately. I do feel a little jaded with hotel desk staff lately. The attitude I get in nicer hotels these days is just a stoic emotionless stare or response and it’s like they can’t be bothered to great anyone with a smile anymore. I’m an old lady who has an expectation of some 1950’s era gentility but a smile and some friendliness goes a long way. Front desk staff need to do better. The “restaurant” staff on the other hand were very friendly.

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and did not sleep well due to the insane road noise - motorcycles and trucks with lift kits - kids doing laps around downtown around all the bars from 9pm-2am. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable but the noise factor on the rooms facing the street make it very hard to sleep.

• Pamela (10/5): 5 stars! - The location was perfect, really close to downtown and BSU. We had breakfast in the morning, unlike most “buffet style” meals this had actual juicy fresh fruit, and real bacon:) the beds were great, a little firm but I thought they were comfy and I had a good nights sleep. AND, it smelled great inside, really fresh and clean!

Hard worker and waited on a large group of ppl (from a convention) and in the dinning room. Food was amazing too! Room was spacious and super clean. I will definitely come back to this hotel again!

• skP8244NX (4/5): - I like staying at Hiltons usually, but this one falls short. The digital key feature doesn't work. This is part of what I like about Hiltons, the app tells you when your room is ready and you can skip check-in and plastic cards and go straight to your room using your phone as your key. Instead, it just kept telling me my room was being prepared, until I finally called the front desk. They told me my room was ready and I just needed to check in at the front desk. What ? The whole point is to skip all of this! I've never had this problem at any other Hilton. The problem is this hotel. Also check the mini fridge temperature. Mine was warm and my food would have gone bad if I hadn't changed it. Also, if you don't want to pay for the breakfast, there's a Panera's on the same block.
• Leon (2/5): - This property would not honor a cancellation due to health reasons and say it was because i cancelled to soon? Does that make any sense? Was i suppose to cancel when i got there? I thought the manager Amy was helping me and she actually lied and said it was out of Hiltons hands but when i talk to Expedia they say that Hilton is calling the shots. Which one is lying? Sad when something like this happens. It is disgraceful on both parts. I will be spreading the word
• Tom (9/5): Good value and location. - New hotel in walking distance to downtown Boise. Nice amenities and rooms. Good value. Sound attenuation thru the floor wasn't great. You could hear footfall upstairs.
