Guest Reviews
- Mavies (2/5): -
- Tshepang (8/5): - Short day and half. It was closer to airport & train for us to get to airport early
- Leleth (10/5): - Fantastic service
- Jordan (8/5): - Accommodating, simple, and clean no real complaints. You even have a small kitchen.
- Igor (2/5): - Size of the rooms ok. But property very old.
- Peter (10/5): - Airport and train location
- Tariq (6/5): - Ok
- Indira (4/5): - Old property we paid almost $200 for one night and not luggage service. One of the room AC not working. Not worth the money. Breakfast included but terrible only bread and boiled eggs. Sorry never coming back again!
- Teresa (8/5): - The staff was nice but the room was not so good.
Problem with flushing toilet and not very clean
- Matthew (10/5): - The streets around the property were dirty and not much to do, but the facility itself was nice and clean
- MARILIN (10/5): - I loved the hotel, everything was clean, very quiet. We arrived at night. There's a Holiday Inn. nearby that had food. Everything was very easy. Taxis are easy to get to, very close to the airport.
- Chowdhury (10/5): - Overall good hotel.
- Eric (10/5): - Check-in was fast after a long day. Room was spacious and open. AC didn’t work well but it was good enough for the 6 hours we’re here.
- ADRIAN (8/5): - I liked the proximity to Fumicino airport.
I didn't like that there are people smoking in other rooms and the ventilation spread out in our room.
- Ira (6/5): - Inexpensive for one night close to airport. We had a family of 4 in a suite. Very basic and functional.
- Jose (8/5): - Rooms were big and comfortable. Some of the staff was really friendly, but some others were not that friendly.
- Teresa (4/5): - The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The faucet was dripping and we told reception and they didn’t do anything when we stayed with them during 2 stays. The bath tub was also clogged and wouldn’t drain the water when we arrived during the night at around 7pm. They don’t have maintenance in the night. They told me that they couldn’t do anything and after being upset they gave us another room to take a shower. I also lost my pajama in the hotel and asked them multiple times if they please could notify me of any news of the clothes. They didn’t care and never gave me an update on my pajama. The last day I had to leave early in the morning before the restaurant opened for breakfast and they were kind to give us a bag full of snacks for each person.
- Maryam (10/5): - Very helpful stuff
Good breakfast
- Abhinav (2/5): - Very rude staff and ancient hotel - avoid if you can
- Teresa (4/5): - The shower wasn't draining the water and they didn't have anyone in maintenance to fix the bathroom while also the faucet was leaking and we told reception many times and they didn't fix it. I also lost my pijama and told the receptionist and they didn't have any information.
- Melinda (10/5): - Property was great, good location for waiting for flights. I do wish we could control the air conditioning as it was really cold.
- Sue (10/5): - Very nice staff and great economical stay in Rome!
- Melinda (10/5): - Great location for waiting for a flight. Staff was very helpful. I do wish we could control the air conditioning as it was very cold.
- Zachary (2/5): - It was a terrible stay. No food near by and taxis were expensive.
- Michael (10/5): - Very dated, but clean and had balcony. My first room had a recent smoker, so I was moved. The area is all big buildings, very boring. Quite a ways from the airport. The front desk guys were wonderful. Free breakfast was nice.
- Shawn (8/5): - Good location, great room.
- Gopal Lalji (8/5): - The property was excellent. They also allowed me early check-in which was amazing. Hotel staff are very warm and forthcoming.
- Angelica (8/5): - Front desk staff was great, mobility is great easy IF the train is working (5/6 days it was). Rooms were big, fridge was nice. hotel was clean, shower was good. Bed was a little uncomfortable but everything aligned with the price point. good option for those who enjoy privacy. Breakfast was small, and not super tasty, but it did the job and held me over for a couple hours:)
- Alysia (10/5): - Very beautiful property if I ever visit again I'll definitely be booking here again
- Sudha (6/5): Easy access to airport. - The hotel is situated in a business district surrounded by high rise office buildings. The plus point is its proximity to the airport. The suite is spacious and clean. The minus point is that there is no restaurant or room service and absolutely no shops or markets anywhere nearby. We arrived in late afternoon after a long flight and had to walk across to Holiday Inn hotel for supper. Their restaurant was fully booked. So we had to choose unhealthy options like pizza and fries from the bar. The breakfast next morning was adequate.
- Westley (10/5): Great staff, great location - Great staff, nice hotel. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. But it location to the train station is fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
- Sanjay (8/5): - I stayed here for a night and used it as transit hotel. It is good for a short stay. Staff was very friendly. Hotel itself is very old.
- Omar (8/5): - Will stay there again when I am in Rome
- Brey (10/5): - Loved it
- HANI (4/5): - It is more like a dorm for students. Remote and no nearby facilities. Room furniture, curtains, beddings, bath and Kitchenette are run down. Elevators not working and very narrow.
- ANTONIO (4/5): - Not a pleasant stay, needs modernising especially bathrooms,
WC pan leaking, they need to stop people cooking in rooms, smell lingers and cleanliness needs to be addressed, overall not somewhere I would recommend.
- Angelito (10/5): - great
- Malkia (6/5): - Lovely buildings. Quiet area
- Johnny (10/5): - Nice
- Sheila (6/5): - We arrived to Rome from a cruise and flight is not until the next day. Property is dated but clean, love the free slippers, shower caps and toothbrush plus breakfast is very decent.
- Brey (10/5): - Love this place!! Staying again
- Brian (6/5): - The place needs to have better beddings with nice colours and appealing. Many accessories are very old and need improvements
- JO ANN (6/5): - Feel not safe, property has private residents. Rooms far from reception
- Paneraifreak (4/5): Would not come back here again. - The check in went smooth, but no service from the two male reception whatsoever.
This is Italian hospitality ?
Room E27 was located in outside building. Room was big enough, but the kitchenette had absolutely nothin inside.
Water boiler and some coffee and tea bags was it.
The room smell old, and was rather humid !! Just for one night was okay, but certainly not for a few days more.
Breakfast was rather boring, some bread that was really dry, cheese had no taste !
alot of napkins and table cloth on the buffet looked rather bad color mixed.
Noticed that the female blond women server ( no name tag ) told us to sit right next to the kitchen where they came out back and forth ( really annoying thing) also asked Italians guest ( 2 guys ) if they wanted to have coffee ! But she didnt asked us even though we arrived there before them !! Now is that friendly hospitality, or just plain simply being provocative ? I dont know but if you ask me thats wasnt very pleasent thing to do.
Must be Italian hospitality when its best i presume.
Check out was just also like ( we dont care feeling ) we ask kindly of we could check out perhaps 1-2 hours later they told us everything was fully booked…..
That kinda ( i dont care feeling is not okay ) we decided to taxi to the port instead ! That way didnt leave Rome with a bad feeling as i remember that kinda service they provided us.
We will not choose theis hotel again for sure, left us with a bad memory for parco de medici.
- Douglas (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - Very nice hotel, reception and breakfast staff very friendly and polite. Room was nice. Only two (minor) comments of note: lighting needs updating (yellow lighting makes room dim), and shower is odd position but still works perfectly fine. Usual Italian morning breakfast.
- ilario (6/5): - Perfect spot for a couple nights stay in between Rome and the FCO. transit is very accessible
- Agnieszka (6/5): - Good location, the hotel is dated . Breakfast was ok.
- Diego (10/5): - Excellent
- deepakchemical06 (10/5): Very neat and clean hotel, well connected to city and airport through direct trains - All the negative comments about this hotel are 4-5 years old. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in 2024, and the rooms were very spacious, with neat and clean beds, a bathroom with good amenities. There was a separate cooking section in the room equipped with a refrigerator and hot plates, which was a convenient feature.
The only downside was that the room lights which i found a little bit insufficient to properly illuminate the space. Also, the complimentary 0.5-liter water bottle was only provided on the first day.
The breakfast, like at many Italian hotels, consisted of breads, croissants, milk, juice, fruits, cornflakes, coffee and cheese, which I found to be healthy and sufficient.
The hotel is located at 5-10 min walk from Muratella railway station, from where you can reach Fiumicino Airport in just 20 minutes for only €8 via direct trains. This station is also well-connected to Roma Termini and Roma Tiburtina which are the main stations in Rome and you can reach there in only €1 buy booking tickets through Trenitalia website . From Roma Termini and Roma Tiburtina you can catch direct trains to Milan, Venice, Florence, Naples, and more.
- Glynn (8/5): - We only stayed one night, but the property was nice, comfortable clean affordable and The staff was nice.
- Kristen (10/5): - This property was a picturesque dream of Tuscany! The customer service is amazing, the restaurant is an excellent fine dining experience, and I had the best steak of my life. The large hot pool was amazing! We stayed in a suite with our kids and we absolutely loved it! There was a pair of very friendly cats, which had two kittens, and my daughters loved going outside to explore and find them. Only a 10 min drive to the thermal hot springs and quaint country towns nearby, as well as amazing views of the Tuscan countryside, made this hotel not only convenient but totally worthwhile. I highly recommend 10/10!
- Amador (10/5): - Room clean and spacious, a lot of amenities. We left at 4:00 am to the airport and they give us amenities bags for breakfast.
- Gezim (10/5): - Nice city view friendly staff parking on site
- Rosario (2/5): - None
- Mary (10/5): - Is a nice option, but very far away for everything, restaurants, shopping center, transportation, connections, etc
- Mohammad (8/5): - Room was spacious and clean. Staff were nice and welcoming. It’s minutes walk from train station.
Only air conditioner was very noisy and not working properly (couldn’t cool down the room).
I opened the balcony door which was very helpful.
- Vitalie (6/5): Great for short stay and close to the airport - Overall ok for a short stay. The reception staff was responsive and friendly. Very close amd convenient location to airport, also walking distance to train station to travel to Rome.
Breakfast very basic with limited options. Would recommend looking for a different option if traveling with family.
- Sanjeev (8/5): - Midway through Rome and airport. Just next to Holiday Inn. Compare rates and book. We got 1 bd room set with 4 bds
- Leonardo (2/5): - The room was not clean. The replacement room had a leaking toilet. The facility was not good and the service was terrible.
- Ruby (8/5): Lovely place to stay - It was lovely, atmosphere, staff were very helpful thanks. 3 stops from the hotel to city center.
- Edgar (8/5): - The hotel is outdated but I booked it for a night stay and convenient location close to airport
Breakfast is basic
Easy parking
Has elevators
Air conditioning
- Alexa (8/5): - Good size rooms with two rooms, a kitchen and bathroom. It seems a condo unit was turned into a hotel room. However, the appliances and furniture are outdated.
- Donald (6/5): - The air conditioner did not go in the first night of stay so it was very hot! They fixed the issue by the next day.
- Shane (8/5): - This hotel was beautiful with a wonderful balcony view of surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Rooms were clean and neat with plenty of room to lounge if you wanted to.
We were out for most of the day but nice to rest.
One thing I did not understand was the laundry availability. We needed to wash some clothes on our trip, they do have them there to use, but they never seemed to have any tokens available for us to use them. We asked on 2 separate days and both days were told they did not have any tokens yet to give us. So we were never able to wash our garments
- Amr (10/5): - People in reception are helpful and decent. They have a storage to leave you luggage till time of check in. Everything is nice and the rooms are comfortable.
- Nicola (10/5): - Great location if you need to stay close to the airport
- Jose (6/5): - Service at the front desk no to good
- EMMANUEL (8/5): - Excellent pool
- Pearl (10/5): - Very interesting setting with a great gardener
- Lindsay (6/5): - Room was very warm and decor was dated but clean.
- Nancy (10/5): Comfy Place ! - Staff was great! Very accommodating. We didn’t wait for check in time when rooms were available, they checked us in. Rooms were so spacious, ceilings are high and big bathroom. Place is accessible to train station just a hundred or more steps. Very nice garden .
- Heather (6/5): Convenient to the airport - The hotel was decent, but we only stayed here for 1 night and didn’t get our complimentary breakfast because we needed to leave about 1/2 hour before the cafe opened to go to the airport. It was close enough that we had no issues getting to the airport, but I didn’t expect to pay extra fees when I checked out. For my 4 person room they charged me 20 Euros for a hospitality fee (or something similar to that). If you’re looking for a close hotel to the airport this location is good and very quiet. But nowhere near the center of Rome if you’re looking to get out and about. By train or bus it would take about an hour to reach downtown Rome.
- Jian (10/5): - Good location, big room. Facility is a little old but working fine. A little far from train station by walking
- William (8/5): - The property is very nice however it's located on the 3rd floor & has no elevator. We had a problem with ants in our room. Host was very responsive & did offer us another room. It was very close to the ruins & to downtown. It served its purpose.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Average hotel. - The staff was really helpful with any questions I had. But I thought the room was average. My bedsheet had stains, there were damaged furniture, the switch of the airconditioning unit was broken, etc. Was not impressed to be honest...
- Michael (8/5): - Stayed here one night before flying back to the states. The buildings have unique architecture and there is a big balcony outside the room, which gives a nice view of the surrounding areas. There are 5 buildings with same design and each have two tiny elevators. Each elevator can hold two guests with carry on luggages. The buildings show its age but are kept in good conditions. There is also a big outdoor swimming pool shaped like a boat we did not get to enjoy. The property is close to the FCO airport, which is convenient.
- mark (10/5): They did everything right. - 5 stars, they did everything right. Clean, safe, service oriented and respectful, free breakfast, walking distance to train station. The location is not near downtown so be prepared. I would definitely visit again.
- Ryan (8/5): - The front desk staff are friendly. They didn’t service our room & refresh towels once during our stay even though they were supposed to. We requested fresh towels multiple times without success. Finally my husband had to go to the front desk & insist they give them to him.
Close to transportation!
Good breakfast that included gluten free items!!
- joset (6/5): - The hotel is to far from city, any need to take diferentes and long train route
- John (8/5): - This was a very nice place to stay, and the staff was very helpful. However, the air conditioning is not up to par. It was running, but the rooms never got cold. That’s a problem in the summertime in Rome. Other than that it was good.
- Sujeeta (4/5): - Good location for early morning flights out of Rome. This is not a 3 star property. The space is very large but the smell of cigarette smoke was incredibly intense in the room (despite being non-smoking...they had an ashtray in the room). The air conditioning did not work which made the smoke smell even stronger. Our bathroom was fine but our second room has black mold in the shower. The rooms need an update.
- Pedro (2/5): - Customer service terrible at front desk, guy was very grumpy. NO A/C and Italy was in 100F so it was hot. I asked but they said technician is fixing, but never fix. Shower is TERRIBLE, like those in old movies, breakfast bad, only good thing was the cheese and bread. Fruits were from can, I was in other hotels in Europe and their fruits were fresh, here is from the can.
- Mario (6/5): - OK but not much more. Not the best location but I guess the price is OK. Watch out for the city tax. They charge an extra 6 euros per person per day.
- Maria (10/5): - Even though it is not in the city center it’s easy to get there
Taxis are available 24/7 1 minute away from this hotel
- Mario (6/5): - A little far from the city but had to pay 6 euro per person per night for the city tax. Ok property but nothing great. Ok for the price I paid
- Saurabh (10/5): - Really great experience, good hotel and also good breakfast. Excellent staff!!
- Mukesh (6/5): - Breakfast lady was rude as hell.
- Mary (6/5): Decent - Hotel was close to the airport but nothing else. No restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. The one onsite was not open.
- Sandro (4/5): - Broken Chair in room, Old furniture. Room way too hot. Elevator works poorly. Not worth the money.
- Mario (6/5): - Close to autostradas for access to Rome an staff were friendly.
Room unfor⁶tunately showing its age and could do with a refurb.
Our bathroom had a leaking toilet base which was attended to promptly by staff.
Bathroom basin had no grate to stop items dropped, do lost my denture retainer when cleaned which blocked the sink as a result.
- Jeong (8/5): - Property is close to the airport so its convient going back. However going to the city can be a bit tricky aa the train station there does not have a kiosk. The staff is pretty friendly and the rooms are fairly clean and spacious especially for just 2 people. I would recommend it if you are staying near rome for a few short days if you don't mind the extra travel.
- Raju (8/5): - They need to improve customer service
- Sal (10/5): - Nice
- Arnaldo (6/5): - Property was not very clean and even though they advertised parking available, spaces were very limited, otherwise has to park on the street outside the hotel property.
- Robert (8/5): - Good service for the price.
Easy and available free parking.
Easy and quick access from the Fiumicino Airport.
10min walk to the train station.
Reasonable breakfast (ham, chees, eggs, tomatoes, sweet pastry...
Room cleaned everyday.
Helpful staff.
- Some room utilities need an upgrade - fridge, bath sealing.
- Sergio (8/5): - Good place, comfortable and good pace to be Rome, commute can be and issue, food near is not so good but there is a walking distance mall
- VLADAS (10/5): - Stayed just few nights.Stuff was really helpful. Breakfast was good and tasty. I liked hotels design, inside and outside. And it was clean. Car parking was important. Looks like it's needs some updates, but we liked, price was good 😉.Train is about 10-15 minutes to walk, which is not bad.
- Charlotte (2/5): Just Awful - The worst experience I have ever I think had at a hotel in my life. I first of all called before getting on my flight to check it was ok as I was landing late to be told that there was no booking under my name. I arrived in a panic and I was booked in! I spent 3 nights with every night being woken up between 4.30-5am with singing and shouting from above and rooms either side. Then when trying to get back to sleep for a couple of hours then woken by housekeepers continually shouting to each other outside my room. The hotel is dated and I have left angry, tired and disappointed
- Jaroslav (8/5): - Great location, only 15 min from the airport, easy to find even at night. Large room, good breakfast.
- Marie (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean room, good value. Hard to find places to eat but there was a group of restaurants and a game area that we visited about 10 min away. About half way from Rome city center and the airport.
