• Jayanth (7/5): Comfortable and good stay - Big room with proper desk, sofa and double bed. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room was quite clean. WiFi has mediocre cover especially towards desk area. No hand shower for bathing making it a bit difficult.

• Francesco (1/5): BAD AND DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! - The hotel looked ok I checked in at 1.30am on the 18th with the guy at the reception, who woke me up at 7.12am (so conceding me only few hours of sleep!) to ask me for my home address!! Only because he had forgotten during my check in and his manager was about to start the shift I’ve found it utterly disrespectful and such a bad customer service!!

But after two days i remember and collected from him

• Travelfun80 (10/5): A COMFORTABLE STAY IN OUR DELHI PIT STOP - The hotel was conveniently located to a local shopping area but in a quiet neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The property itself was well maintained and our room was a good size and very comfortable.

I appreciated a lot the cleanliness of the room and how spacious the room was. The facilities were all excellent and the stuff very friendly and happy to help us with everything we needed. I cannot think of anything that I did not like to Indus Biznotel this is why I stayed there twice.

I appreciated a lot the cleanliness of the room and how spacious the room was. The facilities were all excellent and the stuff very friendly and happy to help us with everything we needed. I cannot think of anything that I did not like at Indus Biznotel.
• Sonia (2/5): Will not stay again or recommend to anyone - location is good It calls itself a 4 star hotel on Booking.com and when I went there. But it is more like a 2 star hotel with prices of 4 star. The AC stopped working every night at a certain time and the hotel could not fix it. There were no fans in the room either so it was very uncomfortable I brought it to the folks at the reception but they either did not care or could not fix. I checked out sooner than I had planner. When I checked on google later, it clearly indicated it was a 2 star. I plan to double check on google too next time and not just go with info on Booking.com

• Tiberius57 (7/5): Good - The room is pretty large and comfortable and could compare easaly with a good 3,5* western style hotel. The location has some dining restaurants not far away, around the Nehru Place and the staff is very helping in any regard. The room price is quite good compared to other hotels nearby... all in all a very good choice if the management would improve the desolate breakfast. The breakfast is very simple and boringly similar every day, made more for India people. I survived on fresh made fried eggs and toast bread. Unfortunatelly, a good automatic coffee machine (not really a high investment) is missing and the coffee offered (some powder in hot water) was impossible to enjoy.

The water jet in my room's bathroom didn't have enough strength for a pleasant shower. Too bad because everything else was as expected. Air conditioning system was working pretty well.
