Es un Days Inn y merece mejor calidad , como un Days Inn en EEUU. - Lo mejor del hotel fue el Conserje de la noche que me presto y regalo un adaptador de enchufe para mi celular ya que viaje desde Colorado, EEUU , y mi adaptador se rompio. me entere que al lado del hotel abrieron un nightclub cuando el conductor del Uber me conducia al hotel. El ruido a la noche, terrible, y suerte que me lleve tapones para los oidos de casualidad. El hotel esta muy descuidado

- Jessie (8/5): - The location is Central if you don't mind the loud music at night. Room is spacious and with beautiful views. Staff is very helpful. Everything was great but the hotel is next to a popular eatery and bar. It's all good until the nights hit and the music was so loud that we couldn't sleep even we were on the 9th floor. The clubbing music did not stop until 5 or 6am in the morning.😌😌

Cuando solicite tazas y cafe espere 15´ y nadie lo soluciono, fui a recepcion y la respuesta fue que el hotel esta muy ocupado. Nadie se ocupo de solucionar el inciveniente. El personal para nada dispuesto , tampoco eficiente, como acostumbrados a esta situacion, tuve que desayunar en el bar de enfrente. Se suponia que el desayuno estaba incluido.

- Cocucha (7/5): Un lugar cómodo con detalles a mejorar. - La vista de la habitación con balcón (piso 10). Si bien creo q a la habitación le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento (pintura, baño con puerta que no cierra bien, alfombra raída, etc), lo destacable sin duda es la vista . El desayuno está muy bien, tiene facturas, panes, cereales, frutas, dulces, etc. Debo decir que el hotel me decepcionó un poco. Le falta mantenimiento, la habitación tenía la puerta del baño que no se cerraba, algunas manchas de humedad, etc. Pero en general el lugar estaba bien. Lo que sí me parece determinante para no volver a reservar allí es la cercanía con el Mercado Baxar . Este lugar es un mercado gastronómico que a la noche funciona como boliche. El nivel de música es altisimo , parece que nadie lo controla (siendo que está frente a la Gobernación!), y justamente es tan alto que no se puede descansar. Yo estaba ubicada en el piso 10 y el volumen era tremendo! Si no se puede cambiar o multar al Mercado, el hotel debería proponerse colocar ventanas aislantes en todos los pisos.

Maybe it is a cultural difference, but other hotels I have stayed in have them as a convenience. I did notice the lack of outlets in the room. Maybe that is why there were no appliances.

La ducha tiene pequeñas cerámicas (venecitas) y en la parte inferior están llenas de hongos. Las toallas están en estado calamitoso, grises y viejas. Los cubrecamas y almohadones deben tener unos cuantos meses sin pasar por el lavarropas. En la foto muestran mamparas en la ducha, pero tiene una cortina y se inunda todo. Dicen que ofrecen secador de pelo pero no había. En conclusión: sucio, engañoso y quedado en el tiempo.

Se excusaron en que "no sabían a quien prestaron", la solicite a las 15 eran las 17,30 y sin respuesta...... abonamos 400 usd entre las habitaciones que resrevamos, más que suficiente para ir a comprar una plancha de repuesto si solo cuentan con una en todo el hotel. El ruido de los eventos de la noche se escuchan, por lo que si desean descansar de verdad no lo recomiendo para nada.

- Neto91 (8/5): Hotel con excelente ubicacion y habitacion muy comoda - El hotel es sencillo y muy comodo. La habitacion cumple con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de un buen sueño. El desayuno que incluia estuvo muy bien. Lo mejor es la ubicacion, tienes cerca muchos lugares. No me gustó el tiempo que tomaba esperar un ascensor, a veces era mucho mas del usual.
