• Gina (10/5): What a welcome surprise! - I had booked six bed best Western stays prior to our stay at your hotel. Most of the best westerns were rundown so I wasn’t expecting much from your hotel. What a great surprise when we entered the doors to our hotel in Mobile, Alabama spacious clean, great staff. I will book your hotel from now on. I really can’t say anything negative about your hotel. It was really great.
• Susanne (8/5): Mittelmaß - Das ehemals moderne Hotel macht leider einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck. Sonst ist alles vorhanden und auch angenehm, was in ein Home2 Suites by Hilton gehört. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben hervorragend geschlafen :) In unserem Zimmer war der Schreibtischsessel unter den Schreibtisch geschoben. Als wir ihn nutzen wollten wurde sichtbar, dass die Armlehne aufgeschlitz war und sich nur noch das Polster auf der Lehne befunden hat. Kaputte Einrichtung: für uns ein No-Go in einem Hilton.

• Sesley (9/5): Must stay was very comfortable and exceptional!! - Everything about the facility was nice. The staff was welcoming. The facility was clean and the room was phenomenal. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property. It was nice. It was clean and it was in a great location in the middle of everything. The only thing that I think all hotels should do is when they have guest with kids, that they accommodate them on the lowest floors. Because apparently there were kids in the room above us, and they ran the floors most of the night. And I know that that’s not the hotel‘s fault but I would put families with kids on the lowest floors so that they won’t disturb others.

Very noisy, especially from the rooms above. - What I don't like is that you pay a $75 Pet Fee and it is not reimbursed after the stay. The only other issue we had was the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and didn't drain well. I told the desk staff when we left.

• Solitare (5/5): Go somewhere else if you can. - The location The water in the shower was lukewarm, i asked for my room to be cleaned and new sheets for the bed and the sheets were left on the counter for me to put on the bed. The breakfast was mediocre not a lot of options. Not what I usually expect from a Hilton brand hotel. This was one of the worst experiences especially not being able to take a hot shower after being there 3 nights.

The room was infested with roaches, and when I reported it to the front desk, the counter agent was rude and dismissive. I was shocked and disgusted by the condition of the room and deeply frustrated by the lack of professionalism shown by staff. No guest should have to endure such unsanitary conditions or be spoken to disrespectfully when raising a legitimate concern. I requested to be moved to another room, but at this point, I no longer feel comfortable staying here and will be checking out immediately. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Please address this issue promptly and take corrective actions to ensure future guests do not have to experience the same.

• Jenny (4/5): - This hotel is gross. Not cleaned. 2 joining rooms. Both were super gross. Sticky floors (including the carpet). Both rooms stunk SO bad however 1 especially bad. Many dishes were dirty. Hair all over the floor tile and the bathrooms. Doors had splash marks of something gross (all the doors in both rooms). I wiped down the rooms as they were noticeably not clean and it took 4 wash clothes dirty AF. So gross. No keys available however that is a tech issue and wasn't a negative on our end. Front desk was slow however that could have been all the elderly folks checking in and having their own basic tech issues. Lol- all good! Breakfast only has Styrofoam plates!!!!! OMG! It is 2025, do you not understand that is pure poison??? Literally cancer, then you put a hot item on the cancer plate. Insanity. Most states ban Styrofoam- get with the program. Breakfast ingredients where pretty crappy- IE the whipped cream had 6-8 ingredients including cancer causing s#it. I have never seen whipped cream like that b4. Must be the cheapest crap available. Positives- Breakfast has better than usual options- I mean it is not the Embassy but better than like the Holiday Inn. Health wise they have a clean yogurt option and fresh blueberries. The juices where 100% juice, so that is something. We will not stay here again nor in Mobile when passing through between Texas and Florida. Mobile in general did not have great options for food, water refills (think 3 gal stainless steel jugs), groceries)

• Leighanna (8/5): Business stay with kids - The lay out of the rooms were very nice for our young family. We loved having a kitchenette since we had to stay in town for several days with a toddler. The silverware in the room claimed to be clean, but wasn't. We were able to wash them ourselves so it wasn't anything to complain about. The pillows for the pull out couch were also dirty and yellowed, but we brought our own bedding for the kids. Though we wish the cleaning could have been a little more detailed we were able to fix the issues we had in our room ourselves. All the staff we met were extremely nice and the location was great for us. The lady that was taking care of the breakfast area did a great job keeping things there clean and fresh so that was perfect for grab and go food.

• Amy (6/5): - AC wouldn’t get below 74 degrees in our room. We asked for a new one- the moved us without question, which was nice. Everyone was super nice and helpful. But very frustrating traveling with a baby and having to move rooms after you’ve unloaded everything. New room was much cooler, but the shower/bathroom had hair in it- pretty gross. The sink/water has a strange smell, but it may just be the location? Just disappointing for a Home2Suites. Never had these problems at any other locations. The staff was very nice though.
• benjamin (8/5): - Near shopping, clean room, quiet, near the highway. Breakfast was decent, changed daily, little heavy on the carb side. One elevator was out of service which made waiting on the elevator during busy times a little long. Very cordial staff.

• Humberto (6/5): - We arrived around 11:30 pm. The front desk attendant (obese African-American) didn’t introduce himself and didn’t have an inviting attitude because he was busy speaking with a young girl about a schedule. Finally, He checked us in. I addressed my concerns that the lobby was out of paper towels and the soap dispenser was empty. He said it was fine when he used it. Also I needed extra sheets and wash cloth. He said we had enough for two occupants, but I told him I registered 3 occupants, he said his screen shows 2 on the reservation. I showed him my confirmation email listed three. I had reservations in the past at this hotel without any issues. Thank you!
