- Mansour (7/5): Assign different nationality in the the Management position ,there are qualified Saudis similar to IHG hotels ! - Location Breakfast Arwa at the reception All carpet is overused ( smells) King room are small G.M & Manager of reception carry the same nationality , and always not available to hear about some negative issues and never call back when leaving request or massage !! Some of the Saudi staff doing excellent job .
