Linda (7/5): Friendly staff, but no hot water to properly bathe. - Friendly staff. Clean. No hot water. None at all for the 3 days I was there. Not in the morning or evening. I had to resort to wiping myself down with a cold wash cloth (not pleasant) and shaving with cold water was no fun either.

Michelle (8/5): Nice , clean and great location - Location was perfect for what we were there for. The very lively lady, Ms Theresa, that check us in was very welcoming very friendly and just made us feel good about being there. The property was nice for the most part, the only thing is it needed new pillows. When we requested new pillows we were told there were none. With the exception of , Ms Theresa at check in, the remaining front desk staff was not friendly, acted as if we were a bother even gave us unfriendly looks of judgement with our LSU clothing on.

It was close to a lot of stuff like Walmart Dollar tree you have food areas around good location. The staff was excellent front desk, lady. I forgot her name. She was really good. She explained everything and just loved it.

Faucet handle fell off sink and had to be put back on each use. Mirror mottled. Lamp rusted. Fridge dirty. Room was large and sofabed comfortable. Breakfast was heavily processed.

Randall (3/5): Too many other hotels in this location to ever stay here again. - The breakfast was ok - could have had more variety. They put us on the first floor next to an outside exit door. There were plenty of other rooms available. People were going in and out of the door until midnight, then again starting at 4 am. It was a miserable night that was unnecessary.

Had to call Hilton directly to get straight. Receiived an added $75 pet fee after departure without notice. Hotel is in a crowded motel complex with a number of sketchy low budget properties.

Having coffee available 24 hours a day is right up my alley. All of the staff that I interacted with were incredibly nice. I will definitely stay at this property again.

However, my family had a terrible night of sleep or I should say lack of sleep. I would have been better off trying to sleep in my car than being woken up by blasting fire alarms

If every location could model from it then the 5 star could be automatic. Overall H2H is always a fantastic place. Hilton gives great service and high level of hospitality.

Ellen Dee (8/5): Christopher checked me in and checked on me several times during my day made me feel welcome and cared for as a silver m - The internal part of the hotel was clean weld maintained excellent furniture hall carpets in the level two probably need to be shampooed but very nice The neighborhood is a little bit rough so you don’t feel entirely safe. There’s no place to really walk around there and see you have to drive everywhere. Parking could be a little bit better as well.

We got clean towels and trash emptied one day but that was all. I’m sure we could have complained and gotten it serviced but we just got our own towels from the front desk one day and made it work. Verified traveler (10/5): All you need and more - The check-in process was pleasant. Very nice employees. Room smelled nice when first arriving. Some furniture was dated and the desk table had a bent leg, but was usable. Good amount of lighting. Very tall ceilings but you can still here walking above you. Kitchen had all we needed for family of four. You have to ask for a cooktop if needed. Pool was small but nice. Pool area was very pretty. Pool was salt pool. Gym was excellent. High quality equipment and spacious. If we stayed longer I would have used it more. Overall, A-. We weren't sure if pillow cases had been changed.

Hotels.com and Home2 sites both showed a shower after asking staff for a room change we were told only 6 room in entire hotel had walk in showers. All rented. Traveled nearly 400 miles for a funeral and my wife could not take a shower. The staff gave us 20 bucks off for the convenience. Will NOT make home2 mistake again. It cost 15 bucks at loves for a shower.

Breakfast crew lovely and kind. Front desk ready to help. Management take note! You have a good team. Best nights sleep at a hotel. While it’s not the Ritz, it’s the best one of the bunch in TC.

Joyce (10/5): - Like a mini apartment with a kitchenette including a junior refrigerator with a freezer, dishes. Quite spacious. Entire bldg seemed very new so furnishings, carpets etc not abused. would stay at this brand hotel again.

Martin (6/5): - upon getting out to check in a man sprang out of the bushes and asked me for money. At the end of the hall near the rear entrance, doors slamming closed all night long and as early as 4:30 when workers staying there hit the road. Just wasn't great.

Samantha (2/5): - I paid extra for a King suite with a separate room with pull out couch bed. The room was not available upon arrival. They would not refund me for the room or for the difference in a regular king room vs. suite. Expedia was zero help. Won’t book again.
