- Daniel (10/5): Great Stay For Dog Lovers - We had a King Suite and it was wonderful. Good size, quiet location, nicely furnished. The staff was helpful. The free breakfast was yummy. It was a great stay and they didn't charge extra for our dog being with us. The only drawback was the bed was a bit hard. A nice mattress or even a bed topper would have worked wonders.

- SAVANNA (9/5): Great hotel! We loved the warm pool too. Bring a sleep mask though! - It was very clean and modern! And the pool was nice and warm! No blackout blinds in the room. There are lights on the top of the casino and it was hard to fall asleep without any curtains to pull.

The TV in my room was also starting to fail, the backlights were starting to go out making it hard to see with daylight in the room, non major network channels were extremely low res and hard to read text on.

- Julie (7/5): Good and not so good - This place has it all. Food, drink, live music, coffee shop, arcade, casino, water park. There's a designated area for dog potty with potty bags available And that's only what we utilized. There's a spa and, sports betting room and I'm surely forgetting some other fun things. My family of 20 stay here at once a year! We brought our puppy on this trip, and she whined and barked when we left her in her kennel in the room, as she was in an unfamiliar place. We didn't leave for long periods of time, and in the early evening, around 7, I received a call from the front desk that someone complained about her Barking. If this would have happened later in the evening, I would have totally understood, but at 7? Doors were slamming and people (I assume kids) running the halls well after 10 pm, so how's that ok? It really put a damper on our fun as my husband and I left the room in shifts to avoid another complaint for the rest of our stay. Very disappointed.

- rsilver1971 (10/5): Good Stay - The staff really makes a difference with this Hampton! Maddy, at the front desk is one of the best in the business. The rooms were clean and the commons areas too. The hotel is located near the Hy-Vee grocery store, Starbucks and several other shopping and foods places. The Catfish Bend Casino is connected to the hotel so if you like to gamble, you have that option. The downtown area has several cool bars and some places to eat too. When I come back to Burlington, I will definitely stay at this Hampton.

- Woodsie7 (6/5): Average hotel. - This is definitely a cookie cutter kind of Hotel. Generic. Colors that the rooms are decorated in are kind of cheesy and gaudy. It is adjacent to a casino and waterpark. If those two items appeal to you, you will like this hotel. The breakfast buffet in the morning was, standard faire for a breakfast that is included in your room rate.

- Maureen (10/5): - Lots to do in one spot as it is attached to Fun City and a Casino. One negative was lack of hotel specific parking. The Casino was busy and had to park far from the hotel entrance.

- KevinB784 (10/5): Great, well-run hotel - Spotlessly clean, good facilities and really helpful and friendly staff, this is a great, well run hotel and a perfect resting place after a long day on the road. With indoor and outdoor pools, a well kept fitness room and very useful guest laundry facilities it has everything you need and for me represents that fine balance between a cost effective place to stay and great facilities, there is even a casino and aqua park next door. What’s not to like! Special kudos to Rhonda (hope that is spelt right) what a lovely helpful lady making sure everyone’s breakfast was ok, she is a real asset to the hotel.
