- Brent (8/5): Holiday stay - I go to Fredericton every year for Christmas and normally stay at the Crown Plaza but this year we wanted covered parking = which was crazy expensive but also needed during the incredibly cold period over the holidays this year. The location is perfect for our purposes. There is no way sliding barn doors are suitable for hotel rooms, even for suites like we had that had two bathrooms, which were great, but sliding doors give no privacy whatsoever.

- KJDC19 (8/5): In the middle of everything - Great mid-range hotel in the middle of Fredricton. Walkable to shopping, restaurants/bars and government/historic sites. We had a 1 bedroom suite which provided plenty of room for 4 people with two on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Great view from the high floor to people boating on the river directly across the street. Parking garage was a bit tricky, but no major issues as we stayed only 1 night. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, albeit with slow service.

- Kira (10/5): We were in the building a very short time, but it was cozy, inviting and our sleep was fantastic - The building was incredibly elegant and clean. The room was exceptional and comforting. We had everything that we needed except a bath mat but that wasn’t much trouble, we didnt mind. Absolutely nothing! We loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again :)
- janet (8/5): I like this hotel, but would like to have known I would have an additional charge to park my car. - Breakfast was not included in the price of the room. But, I did have breakfast twice during my stay, and I thought the options were very extensive and the quality was very good. The smoke alarm went off in the hotel at 11:30 pm on Saturday evening. The evacuation of the property was not at all organized! There was no public address system to direct the guests, when to evacuate, and to where? We were standing outside the hotel in our pajamas, without any idea if this was a real fire, or just a false alarm. Even when we were allowed back into the hotel, the alarm started again. Guests were using the elevators without being told, this is not a good idea!

- Debbie (8/5): - I loved my week-long stay and will stay again. There are only a few ‘cons’ to be aware of. There were no towel racks in my bathroom, only one robe/towel hook for a room that sleeps four. The bathroom itself was nice and bright and appeared to be quite new so it also surprised me that the shower/tub didn’t have a modern hand-held unit. The shower head was very high so a ‘vertically challenged’ person might not be able to reach it. Also, the quality of the toilet paper was horrific. For a Hilton it was quite shocking. I went to a Shoppers Drug Mart to buy my own. However, having said all of this, I would definitely stay here again. These are minor things (other than the high shower head!) that once one knows about them one can make adjustments. The staff were incredible, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the Keurig/fridge/ironing board/hangers - excellent.

They were fun and the bartender was quite knowledgeable and ready to discuss. Parking. Perhaps I missed instructions in the booking but it seemed haphazard in the city lot with no sign to the hotel.

- Jessica (8/5): - The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep,m. The only downside was that the sliding door for the bathroom wouldnt stay shut and kept sliding open.

- McMorrow (9/5): - Perfect location, fabulous room looking onto the lake, and with all great amenities, breakfast menu had something for everyone and all delicious. We were there for 3 days and no one came to turn down our room, bins were not emptied, towels were not changed, no fresh cups for tea/coffee, which was a bit of a let down as everything else about the hotel was perfect.

- Marianne (8/5): - Room was clean but a bit dated, with scratches on the wall. Had to pay extra for parking but easily accessible. I had breakfast at the Pickle Jar on three mornings. I had a tofu/baked beans dish; it was positively disgusting. The following day, I told the same waitress about it. She was nice and apologized, but there was no offer to compensate (free breakfast, stipend, etc.). I don't think I will go back there.
