Cochrane (6/5): - Food was exceptional. An odd stay in all honesty. In many ways a very nice hotel, pleasant staff, and big rooms. But just little things made it different to rave about - the card machines rarely had signal. They said they accepted Amex for the rooms but then didnt on the day. I had a massage and was charged nearly double what was quoted because i asked for additional firmness, I was told it would be resolved and then no one ever contacted me. A lot of language barrier issues (but that is on me).

yusuf (1/5): Not a five star Hotel - I honstly liked the food and the facilities of the Hotel as well as the Hotel's location. I would like to share my experience during my recent stay at your hotel: 1-The bathroom had no door. 2-The bed pillows were not clean; they had visible marks. 3-The bed was missing a small compartment that should be in front of it. 4-After room service cleaned the room, they did not provide water bottles or replace the shower robe as expected. 5-There was no welcome Complimentary, unlike other five-star hotels I have stayed at, even in Tunis. I've reported all these issues to the reception desk, but received no proper response. Their attitude was dismissive, like saying, “It is what it is.” Regarding the welcome Complimentary, they told me I was not entitled to it because I booked through a third-party website (Booking) and not directly through Accor. After checking out, I received a phone call from one of the hotel managers, while heading to the airport. She said she was unaware of these issues and could have resolved them easily if informed earlier. I explained that I raised these concerns with the reception from day one, and asked what more I could have done to clearly state my concerns . She apologized and promised to address these problems during my next stay. However, based on this experience, it is unlikely that this hotel will be among my preferred choices in the future. Overall, the hotel facilities and restaurant were good; however, the quality of staff service can significantly influence the overall rating

When I got the right room after 2 days, it was not clean and the smell was horrible. One of the beds was old. The mattress was changed but the issus was the frame. In the next days I have realized that the cleaning service was bad and not matching with the hotel standards.

The hospitality is genuinely kind and professional. You truly feel welcomed and valued. This high level of service starts with Ms. Chymaa, Operations Manager. Special thanks to Mr. Omar, Front Desk Manager, for his professionalism and support. All hotel teams were outstanding. Housekeeping was always efficient and attentive. The restaurant team deserves special recognition: Mr. Atef Hdefi, Mr. Atef Yakobi, Yosra, and Nessreen for their exceptional service. A special thank you to Nadia, the bee of the kitchen, for the amazing service… Every time I stayed, I felt at home. This level of hospitality is rare in hotels. Highly recommended.

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois, dans cet hôtel depuis plusieurs année mais je vois le service et les prestations ont bien diminué dans le temps. Je trouve un peu décevant pour ce type d'hôtel que les brosses à dent, claquette sont à demandé, pas prévu de base.... mes serviettes ont été récupérer et pas remplacé lors de mon séjour.

Hendrik (8/5): Nice Hotel, location near the airport, good amenities, no outside pool, a little bit expensive. - Super breakfast View from the room exactly on some really old building buildings. Next to the hotel is an area it’s just really next to the seat but unbuilt and rough. No pool outside.
