- Winy (10/5): - Stayed at several places in Victorville before settle in on this. The best place to stay in Victorville. I come here regularly for work. The surrounding feels safe and it is very close to highway and restaurants.

It wasn’t even a room. It was more like a condo , which was amazing. Had a wonderful time there we enjoyed every minute of it. Can’t wait to stay again.

I travel alone to see my children and grandchildren. But I will not stay with them. Nina is a true delight always so friendly and always has a smile and a wonderful spirit. Another reason why I stay. Great people. Your maids are also very friendly and always offer. A smile and a nice word of encouragement. Such a great atmosphere.and awesome people. Thank you for making my stays comfortable and safe and welcoming. See you all next time

I feel that shower caps should automatically be put into the room. Your dispensers are lovely with all the shampoo conditioner motions but there need to be shower caps. Also, I have a huge issue with late check out this Particularly hotel had no late checkout, not even an hour or two at the front desk in the morning, the young lady blamed the fact that their short staff of housekeepers anyway other than that the room location for handicap people are wonderful.

- Lynn (2/5): - On March 1, the front desk called our room 2 times at 10:50. The clerk was agressive, threatening to charge additional day if we weren’t out by 11. Approached the front desk was very obnoxious and condescending. I attempted to talk with her and directed me aggressively to leave the premises. I suggest she be trained in dealing with the public.

- Maria (8/5): Everything was nice. Pool, gym, laundry and our room. But staff look like we are bothering them entering the building. - Love it. Clean and everything convenient. The front desk ladies and breakfast. It’s open 3hrs from 6 to 9am and they can’t keep it stalked. We have to wait like 20mins for food to be warmed up and ready. While the front desk ladies 3 of them are just talking and distracting the one lady trying to feed everyone. But quick to close the curtain exactly at 9am.

- Matt (6/5): - Place is clean and ok if you need an option to stay the night. It is right on the 15fwy. With that being said make sure you get a room on the other side of the building if you don’t want to hear the freeway all night. I don’t think it stands up to “Hilton”. The mattress felt cheap and was uncomfortable and the bedding was cheap as well. The hotel is clean and the staff great. I don’t think there are many choices in the area.

- vanessa (2/5): - This place cancelled my room without notice and i was left with no where to sleep with my two kids at 1 am on a holiday weekend. The parking was horrendous and security is scary looking wearing a bullet proof vest and tattoos all over his face. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Im glad we didnt end up staying here and just decided to drive back home to las vegas at 130 am. At least i knew i was safe !
