- Mary (10/5): Wonderful stay. Comfy bed, very clean and friendly place. 10/10 recommend - I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the convenient location close to restaurants and the interstate. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. While overall the stay was great, there were a few small things I didn’t like. The walls seemed a little thin, so noise from the hallway and nearby rooms could occasionally be heard. The breakfast area also became crowded during the morning rush, which made it a little difficult to find seating. Other than a few minor inconveniences, the hotel was still clean, comfortable, and a pleasant place to stay.

- Amy (5/5): It was not great! - The hotel looked clean, the staff were friendly. We killed a roach in our room in the middle of the night. We checked out a day early and while I understand that hotels cannot control everything, there was NO offer to rectify this situation.
- Delmain (1/5): Next time I’ll stay somewhere else - They Charged me twice for the room, I prepaid 155.33 for the room through booking, then they charged me the same amount at check in, so for 210.66 I got a room that we literally sweated in all night because no matter how low the thermostat was set it wouldn’t blow cold… I thought I was coming to a Hampton for a better experience, but this was a bad experience to say the least.

- Compass65197 (4/5): Gone To The Dogs - We have stayed here before shortly after it first opened. Renovations going on now, but they were no problem. Our problem was all the dogs, and believe me, WE LOVE DOGS! It's just that they were everywhere, jumping and waiting to pounce as we got on or off the elevator. The most appalling thing we saw was a couple with a small dog who were seated two tables down from us at breakfast. The couple were seated across from each other with the man holding the dog. The dog put his front feet on the table to reach across to the woman as she fed him. This is a table that people eat at! Absolutely disgusting! We have been Hilton Honors members for many years, but we will never stay here again.

At breakfast, there was hardly any hot food out, there were not a lot of people there and they never had anything out. it was as if they were afraid to cook anything more than 5 pieces of sausage, 1/2 a serving vessel of eggs or potatoes out. Had to wait for any food to come out.

- Seaside575059 (2/5): Beat up and loud - We stayed 1 night checking in around 10:15pm and checking out around 8:30am. The hotel got great reviews and was nice from the outside and the lobby was decorated adorably for Christmas. We had a room on the 2nd floor and the hallway looked very tired but we were hopeful for the room based on the reviews. The walls were splotchy, scuffed, and all-around dirty (see picture). The bed linens looked and felt like they were 20 years old and need to be tossed (see picture). The bathroom smelled like urine and the floor was laughably sticky. We were there for such a short time and were exhausted from our drive so decided to suck it up. If you stay here, I highly recommend requesting a room facing away from 95 and on the top floor because the walls were paper thin making it hard to sleep between the highway noise and guest above us. This place has potential if they renovate the rooms (and give sound machines for the rooms facing 95). Will not be staying here again.

This is a family-run establishment and it shows with the little touches in cleanliness, service and the nice Christmas decorations throughout the common areas of the hotel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and offered a nice variety. What really made us feel welcomed here was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. We do not give top ratings very easily but these folks earned it!

The beds are a little too soft. Not enough support for customers with back issues. May have mattresses with more lumbar support. I do not like that if you book with Booking.com you can't use the visit for your Hilton Honors points.

The condition of the property was good although it looked like my room could use some TLC as it needed painting, etc. Although not something the property has something that they can control, but it sounded like a race track wtih cars with loud mufflers were racing up and down the road in front of the property.
- lawrencer298 (2/5): Don't plan to come back to this hotel - Issue: Very Poor Service during our 1 night stay at 100 WATER PLACE LANDING, BENSON, NC 27504 We were serviced by the Swing Shift Jessica for our Check-In on 8/26. During the entire evening and late night, there were no hot water or coffee available. I spoke with Jessica stating that we will be leaving early morning on 8/27/25 at 4am and wanted to find out if Coffee and Brown Bags to go will be available, Jessica assured us that those amenities will be available. At 3:30am of 8/27, Crystal an older white lady was on shift and she told us that No Coffee and Brown bags to go will be available for my family. We have been Hilton Honor Member for over 20 years. We are very sad, frustrated and disappointed at the overall service we received from this hotel. We will look elsewhere to stay at Benson, NC.

- aprilbC8547HX (10/5): A Great Stay - Great Breakfast and breakfast area cleanest I’ve ever seen!! The staff were delightful! Lula was the best. Greeted with a smile and always keeping the whole breakfast area clean! Her co-worker (sadly didn’t catch his name) was seen cleaning the elevators and entry tables. Super friendly and loves what he does. My only negative - the bathrooms could use a renovation or at least a re-grout. Beds were comfortable. Slept like a baby lol

- Diego (1/5): Filthy rug... - Location and type of facilities. The Hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is average for the price. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Our first time was wonderful but the room we were given was very dirty. The rug was sticky and smelly and the pillows smelled dirty. It is a shame because the staff is so friendly and I hate to leave bad reviews. But the smell in the room because of the dirty rug was unbearable unfortunately. I guess it’s the last time we will stay there.

- Brandi (10/5): Super clean, great location, most comfortable beds and pillows ever! - We stayed here overnight on our way from PA to FL. We had been driving for a long time and it was so nice to check into a nice clean room. Shower was great, and literally this room had the most comfortable beds and pillows we’ve ever had at a hotel. Would definitely recommend. The breakfast was also one of the best continental breakfasts we’ve ever had as well. Nothing!

- Courtney (8/5): - When we first got there, the power to the whole area had gone off about 10 minutest prior due to a crash down the street. Not the hotel’s fault. They were still able to get us checked in, and one of the staff members even walked us to the stairs with a flashlight so we didn’t get lost. The power turned on a few hours later, and we were good to go. The next morning, the staff was super friendly and kind!!! Minus the power situation (no backup generator), the hotel was very clean and exactly what we needed during our stay. We were travelling north on a road trip and just needed a place to rest for the night. Hotel is right off of 95, which was perfect! The breakfast had plenty of options, include different flavored make your own waffle batters, fresh fruit, juices, cereal, etc. and a coffee bar! Highly recommend this hotel!

- Menachem (10/5): I enjoy this hotel very much - The property is right off The main Route 95. The hotel is clean and serves a simple, plentyful breakfast. The rooms are spacious, the shower is hot and the soap and shampoo always present. There are plenty of towels in every room. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The hotel is pet friendly. The staff is always there to greet everyone with a smile and a helping hand. I make sure to stay there when I am passing the area

- tammy (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful, very clean, nice breakfast. Not a large selection of dinning near the hotel but what is there is very good. Highway traffic is a little noisy. We had a very nice stay.
- Tami (8/5): - This was a great hotel right off 95, with plenty of room for parking a truck with a trailer, and also with a couple restaurants practically across the street for dining. Nice pool area with clean pool. Wonderful breakfast!! Nice room with microwave and fridge. But they need a freezer in the fridge. And the only reason I did not give then 5 stars was because the beds need replacing. Very lumpy, squishy, and uneven. I kept feeling as if I'd roll off. Otherwise it was great, with a cookie upon check in, too!!
- Wanda (8/5): - I hate the Thermostat system!! I could not get a good nights sleep after it turns off. There has got to be a better way to save energy. The system could be a simpler one to turn on and off intermittently. The bed was so comfortable but after the AC went off i couldnt go back to sleep.
