- Tom (2/5): - Nie polecam – dużo stresu i brak profesjonalizmu Zarezerwowaliśmy droższy, większy pokój typu family przez Expedię. Na miejscu dostaliśmy pokój przystosowany dla osoby z niepełnosprawnością, mimo że takiego nie wybieraliśmy. Obsługa twierdziła, że to nasz wybór lub błąd Expedi, co nie było prawdą – pokój wrócił jako dostępny dosłownie chwilę po jego oddaniu. Po prośbie o zmianę dostaliśmy najmniejszy pokój w hotelu bez zwrotu różnicy w cenie. Dodatkowo hotel reklamuje parking, ale nie było w nim miejsc – musieliśmy parkować w innym hotelu i nosić bagaże. Obsługa niepomocna, podejście do klienta rozczarowujące. Za tę cenę można znaleźć znacznie lepszy standard w Gdańsku. Nie polecam.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good Hotel - Good hotel in the centre of the old town, ideal for the Christmas markets. For every day you don't have your room cleaned you can claim a voucher for a free beer in the hotel bar, per person in the room, don't bother, we did it one day, the beer was atrocious, you could not even change it for a soft drink, i could not finish it. Apart from that it is an excellent hotel.

- Barbara (10/5): - The rooms we had were well maintained, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and modern with very good towels. The staff were very polite and helpful and quick to respond to any requests. The breakfasts were always constantly being replenished and had a good variety for all tastes. The only negativity was the fact that you could not get a drink after 10 pm even as a resident. Overall we had an excellent stay and look forward to staying there again.

First class room and service and excellent breakfast set us up for each day. Gdansk itself is a gem of a city and we will encourage friends to stay at the Hampton by Hilton when visiting.
- Edson (10/5): - The hotel in Old Town is in a very popular tourist destination with many dining and entertainment options. In our case, we wanted to be near the main train station. If taking a taxi from the station to nearby destinations, beware. Negotiate fare beforehand. Ask the hotel staff to call for a taxi. They use reputable services.

Breakfast area can get crowded as the food area is not large considering the size of the hotel but choices were ample and the amount of seating was adequate. Food was replenished often. Puzzled that there were no stairs to go up to rooms. Only ones for emergencies. Perhaps this is for safety but we prefer the stairs and staff told us there were none for normal use that we had to use the elevators. Location was great. Festival was going on and hotel is in the middle of it. Many restaurants nearby. Walkable to train station.

- David (10/5): Excellent Hotel in old town Gdansk. - Quick checkin and room was available when we arrived 1300hrs. The room was warm, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold food. It wasn’t busy as would be expected in January. The location is excellent just off the long market and within walking distance of lots of cafes and restaurants. This hotel is a good base for exploring what Gdansk has to offer I have no complaints.

The room was cleaned well every day I was there and housekeeping would come around my scheduled time away from the room. I enjoyed my stay and definitely will only stay there if I visit Gdansk again.

Bed was good size (a little firm for our personal liking but that's a preference), good shower, ang large room. Breakfast buffet was OK, quite busy but to be expected in a central hotel. We would recommend and stay again.
