- Educ8mode (10/5): Great hotel in Dublin, CA! - I stayed for one night in Room 423, a two-queen room facing the mountains. The room was de-feathered as I requested, which I truly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is chic and relaxing. I especially loved the outdoor space for the pool and games—it added such a fun and lively touch. Overall, a great hotel and a wonderful stay! ✨

- valarch09 (4/5): Nasty - Been staying at this hotel and this will be the last time. The hotel needs a good deep cleaning! Walls are gross and the rugs in the rooms are nasty! I had to wipe things down with Cleo wipes because I couldn’t stand it. We stayed on the 3rd floor and as soon as you got off the elevator the entire floor smelled like vinegar the entire time. Our room was stinky and just felt gross!

- Explorer752205 (4/5): Cute, but......no. - In the middle of a 3-night stay. Giving 2 stars because there are 2 good reasons to stay here: 1. Staff is friendly. 2. Bed is comfortable Now the bad: Rooms are not being maintained. I'm hearing a constant drip near the air/heating unit which is driving me nuts! Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, upstairs and adjacent. Ugh. Very loud. Had to switch room to the highest floor after first night, now I'm stuck with a drip, drip, drip!! Blinking lights everywhere: thermostat, telephone (messages from food deliveries dating back 2 months were never cleared out) which, of course, I didn't notice until laying awake in a dark room. Gray, vinyl flooring is warping and unsightly. Rooms need a "deep" cleaning. There are smudges on walls and doors. First room I was in had a puddle of liquid by the toilet (cleaning solution, I hope!) which I mopped up with Kleenex. In summary, I picked this hotel based on location, price, and good reviews on Trip Advisor. Definitely not staying at Aloft ever again.

- Scot (10/5): Love the Aloft - The Aloft has everything I want and need in a room: good bed, quiet, comfortable, clean... and all at a very reasonable price. The thing that really tops it off is the open proportioned rooms. The industry standard long narrow tunnel rooms are just horrid. The open light design is complimented by all sorts of small smart design decisions: rooms that make it difficult to leave or forget personal belongings, corner dinette/desk instead of the usual desk facing a wall.

At 100 in the morning I called the front desk they can to the room next door and talked with them but they did not stop playing the music. She was all by herself and could not do much more. - Angela (8/5): - This hotel was very comfortable for 2 nights while my husband was in town for work and we (the wife and toddler) decided to tag along. It’s perfect for a business traveler or adult travelers, I would not say it’s great for families or small children. They serve a good breakfast but there are no high chairs as they don’t have a formal restaurant. That can be tough for a 1.5 year old. The bathroom is not completely separated from the rest of the room: the sink is outside the bathroom and the toilet and shower are behind a pocket door. This made for washing baby supplies (bottles, milk chiller, etc.) a little difficult; same for getting ready for bed as it was hard not to make too much noise or have too much light. I resorted to using my phone flashlight to brush my teeth. They DID provide a pack n play which was very helpful not not lug ours. The thermostat was also temperamental: we set it to 72 yet it was running nonstop and it felt much colder than that. Basically it was all or nothing with the air conditioning. We also woke up to an ant problem the second morning, but they were very apologetic. Lastly, they charged my husbands card for the room when he had put it down for incidentals: the room was to be paid by the business that hired him but whomever in their accounting I guess saw it hadn’t been closed out and instead of looking into who was supposed to pay for the room simply charged my husband. Good thing we caught it. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

- Max (8/5): Unprofessional Checkout Experience and Lack of Tra - The lady at checkout was very short with me and essentially pushing me out of the building when I tried to ask a question about the incidental fee. Most hotels inform you of the fee when you're charged, or at least list it somewhere on the itinerary or mention it verbally at check-in. This was not the case here. I just want to know what I’m being charged for, even if it’s just a temporary hold. I want to see it listed somewhere. Who wants to be charged an amount with no explanation? The lady at checkout was annoyed and unprofessional in her response, even though I was being very calm and just wanted clarification. I checked out on 08/24/25 at 12:00 PM. The lady working at the front desk could benefit from additional training.

- Agi (8/5): Just a little glitch here and there - The room was very nice, roomy and clean. The beds were super comfortable! The air conditioner had moments of intensified noise, which didn’t help with sleep. There seemed to be a problem with the TV /remote…it kept kicking us off of our Netflix account and would turn back on after we had turned the tv off. Other than this, it was a nice stay.
