I was so impressed and happy, I recommended it to several associates. The pool is a salt water pool which was great, I prefer that. The pool was not balanced correctly and was very cloudy.

• Ken (9/5): I would stay here again - clean, comfortable rooms and a good hot breakfast. - Breakfast was excellent. A good variety, more than I was expecting. The HVAC system in the room was rather loud.

Our hair conditioner ran out after I used it so I had to call down and request another bottle while my daughter waited in the shower. They did apologize and come up very quickly, but those should be checked each time a room is cleaned.

• Beard (9/5): - Very nice facility with modern decor and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast is outstanding, and the staff keeps everything fresh and clean. Really enjoyed the stay! A few times had to wait for the desk attendant to show up.

• Patrick (10/5): - Had trouble with the check-in. The person at the desk could not find my reservation. I showed her my Hotels.com reservation for two nights. I had originally had a one night reservation but changed it to two nights. After I left the desk to find a way to contact Hotels.com I was called back to the desk. She could not find my 2 night stay but could find my 1 night stay. She booked me in and charged the extra night. I went to my room and contacted Hotels.com. The lady that took my information said she would handle the situation and she did. She called the Hampton Inn front desk and straightened out the situation - put me back on the Hotels.com (2 day station)

It was clean. It was quiet. I will most certainly be back. The only suggestion that I would suggest would be some form of signs to main entry because I came in from the back side so I assume your entrance was the pool area, which is crazy right I know, but I didn’t realize until I was at the pool door that that was not the main entry so maybe signs directing where the main entry is.

We had to go around the corner to the elevator and go up to floor 2. Although a minor inconvenience, overall we had a great stay

• Jessica (8/5): Loved it - the staff was very friendly and very courteous the place looked very clean, the bathroom was dirty though and we only had onehalf used toilet paper roll we had a big family so that wasnt enough and we had to use baby wipes but im sure they would have gave us more if we would have asked so check the bathroom before you enter to have extra toilet paper and full new one. The pool was running and very nice.. good breakfast as well staff was amazingly friendly and polite I loved it here and the beds were very very comfortable. Even if the top sheets were not really soft they were very rough and the extra blankets were very scratchy as well we had to buy extra blankets for comfort. There are LOTS of stores nearby and it was very convenient that was a plus and a theater right next door and a mall that was not really good but the other stores around made up for it. Other than that im always staying here if i come back to ILL. Very clean place and crown was very quiet too

ADA room had everything I needed. Roll in shower is very good. Bad thing Soap & shampoo are behind you when setting on shower bench and you can't use them. I always bring my own everywhere. Otherwise, room was good

• Al (8/5): - The hotel is typical of he Hampton Inn properties: good beds and linens, very liberal TV and internet offerings, A/C, plenty of towels, and decent breakfast. When we travel, my wife prefers Hampton Inns and I prefer her to be happy. They do need to pay more attention to housekeeping. There was only 1 drinking glass in the room, no bag for dirty laundry, and we had to call for additional toilet paper. Small stuff but important stuff. On the other hand ... local hotel management helped me overcome an Expedia foul up. I had to book 2 rooms on 2 different days ... and mistakenly got one of the days wrong. Expedia let me delete one of the days but in the process they also deleted the other. I complained to Expedia but never heard back. Local hotel management reinstated the incorrectly deleted reservation without problems. Thanks for that. Expedia went on to charge me a surcharge for deleting the room I wanted to keep. They didn't want to hear about their error. My credit card company luckily fixed that. I've had it with Expedia.

Fitness center was a bit better than expected for a Hampton, more in -line with the HGI/Doubletree level. Breakfast was standard, clean and well maintained. Overall, exactly as expected.

• Gayle (5/5): Great location & room design but overall not going to stay again. - Well put together rooms The bed was hard as a rock I tossed all night every night. The tv remote was horrible, half the buttons didn't work. Couldn't move the tv. Couldn't move the yellow lamp nor adjust it at all. The temperature was hard to keep warm, couldn't find a happy medium. There was no room service for simply bringing up water to charge to my room. Late check out was noon ~ not 1pm as standard hotel practices.

Turns out the pillow must have been slept on by someone with stinky hair. Do better, Hampton, Inn. The rest of the hotel looked great
