Morgan (6/5): Nice but could've been better - I love the design and location of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, so that is very appreciated. My bed was a little concave on the side by the lamp, which is where I assume most people lay. Time to flip he mattress! Our only issue was with the restaurant. There were never enough servers, the wait time was awful, the food wasn't so great. We were given three separate redeemable cards for $25 to use at the restaurant but we were to instructed how to use them. We were not told if you buy one muffin with the card, the whole value of the card is used up, so its better to buy as much s you can with the $25, or something explanation to that effect. I think the front desk staff could've been nice and better at explaining things, like where things are located, or that there will be a wait in the morning for breakfast, so come early.

I don’t like that they don’t have a self parking area. The parking garage next door charges an arm and a leg for parking and the only way to get parking through the hotel is to pay for valet parking.

Christopher (6/5): - Friendly staff. Location. The room was well kept but lacked quietness and the main room entrance door let in a lot of light at night. We could often hear the elevator chime and doors slam throughout out the night. Also, the back of the hotel has absolutely horrible views out the window, it’s a parking garage which can be noisy too. This made think, this room should be cheaper by all means.

crystalmariel (4/5): Great location but definitely not worth the price I paid to stay at this hotel. - The location was great. We only had one night in Seattle and it was a short walk to Pike Place Market. The lobby was clean, and the spa/steam room was a nice amenity to be able to use after a long day of travel. Our room was really dirty. There were two robes in the closet, which is always a nice perk at hotels, but one robe had a hole in it and the other had a piece of hair (not mine) stuck to it and makeup stains. The shower was also dirty (hair on the floor) and it smelled like mold. Part of the windows in our room, which was an upgraded corner unit, also looked out to a dirty parking structure. The pillows were very uncomfortable as was the bed.

Nieka at the front desk was so very nice and pleasant early in the morning…such a gem!! The Fog room for dining was very nice, food delicious and the view beautiful….was nice to see Mary the waitress as we met in November at our stay there.

Not sure why there’s only 1 person working vale during peak check-in and out times…. Took us 20 minutes to be able to even pull into the e valet lane and 15-20 minutes to get our car from valet when needing to leave. Book this place if you enjoy crackhead entertainment and a stroll through pikes place… the Seattle experience. It was close to climate pledge so that was nice for the kraken game. Idk… it was like a disappointing date. Looked great online but sucked in person.
carlosmZ4617CG (10/5): Thanks For a fun NYE experience! - A group of friends and my wife I attended a New Year’s Eve event at The Fog Room and stayed overnight, and we are so happy with our decision. From Scott at valet who handled two exceptionally busy shifts back to back by himself with kindness and promptness, to the staff at Fog Room who helped any way they could to make sure the busy party was a fun and easy experience, to the gentleman associate on check-out who went out of his way to get my wife a coffee from the 16th floor when he noticed that the dispenser in the lobby was empty, this team handled the chaotic 12 hours of NYE with class and professionalism. The party was lively with champagne provided by Taittinger, excellent DJs from beginning to end. And in the morning, the same space looked like nothing had ever happened. Security was kind and diligent. Our room was spacious and clean with extraordinary storage space and sweeping views of the city. Round of applause for all involved. We hope to do it again next year.

Tienen un bar donde atienden muy bien y tienen una carta interesante de comidas y bebidas. Cuando reservé la habitación mencionaba que el desayuno estaba incluído. El hotel te entrega unos bonos que debes presentar para recibir un descuento pero igual había un costo que pagar.
TheMrs0724 (6/5): Great location but very hard beds - My husband and I went up to Seattle to explore the city and go to a hockey game. I was really excited to find this hotel because I love the Hilton brand and it was very close to Pikes Place Market. I also liked that they had a bar so we could get drinks before heading to bed. The hotel didn't have much of a lobby and so we felt we were always in the way while waiting to check in. The room was very nice and I liked that the toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom. The one thing we didn't like was the bed. I was very hard and by the third night we didn't get very much sleep because of the pain it caused our bodies. The bar was also a disappointment. We went to the bar upstairs and was met by a rude host, however, the bartenders were great. The food and drinks are very spendy, including the ones on the happy hour menu but the bartenders were very helpful. Because of the bed, we probably wont stay again.

Cady (6/5): This is not a budget hotel - compromises were unacceptable. Unlikly to return to this location. - Staff was friendly and polite. Location is a given. The room was not cleaned daily. Out of shower gel for several days. I was unable to use any of the food credits at the hotel. Restaurant downstairs closed for duration of stay and Fogg Room closed each night for private parties. Food was not available/accessible - as expected. Valet failed to greet and open doors on arrival.

Pichupoo (10/5): Convenient oasis - Amazing staff, food, and valet experience. Had not stayed overnight in Seattle or used valet before and was blown away by how wonderful everything was. I wish I had spent a bit more time learning the sauna and steam room controls, but it was an incredible stay with beautiful views and so much within walking distance. Would stay again!

Valet was difficult on arrival, perhaps because of the truly terrible weather and only one person working it...and once in, their system for retrieving / returning each day was great. Fantastic room (they told me rooms with king bed had more space, glad I went with that option). I've never used a terry cloth robe, but this one was soft and really took the chill out...so now I'm rethinking my life choices ;) Restaurant is under renovation, so they're currently using bar on 16th floor for double duty. Dinner (smash burger) was not impressive. Breakfast (avocado toast) was so good, I had it both mornings.

WorldPassport (8/5): Spacious corner suite with not much of a water view - We stayed in their corner suite for 3 nights. We booked it through Amex travel. The suite was spacious, almost 800 sq.ft. Because we were only on the 8th floor, the view of the water is just in between 2 buildings across the street. The furnishings look kind of cheap. As a Hilton gold member (via Amex Platinum credit card), each person receives a daily food and beverage credit of $15 per person. It is only enough for a cup of coffee :). Either that or you can get only 1,000 Hilton points per day. Both are not good. We chose the food because the points are not worth anything. There's a counter for a coffee maker which is dark and we had to use a flashlight to brew a coffee/tea (at night) because the light from the living room and dining room are not bright enough to reach the counter. Don't understand why they did not install any light nearby. The coffee maker was broken thus we informed the hotel about it. The hotel replaced it with the new one. The hairdryer was also broken. Luckily the hotel was able to get it from another room since it was at night when we found out about it. Also, if you are a light sleeper, you will need to bring your earplugs. The AC unit is next to our bed and it was noisy. The hotel service was great. The location is only 2 blocks away from Pike Place market. There's an H Mart (Korean) supermarket within a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. on weekdays. We went to the Fog restaurant/bar for brunch on the weekend, on the 16th floor, glad we did because the view was super nice. Overall, we like this hotel. Perhaps we will return because of its superb location. The Thompson (which we stayed at last year) was just half a block away and their room have a much better water view but smaller.

Sara (9/5): Great location down town - The room was very comfortable and super clean. Location was very close to everything down town and walkable. We had booked a king sized bed. When we arrived a bit before check in, we were told no kings were available yet and they would call us. They called when the room was ready, but it was 2 Queens. Most staff was exceptionally pleasant , with the exception of one.

Friendly front desk agents. Great at giving directions. The Fog Room is a must visit for a drink and a spectacular view! No real ice machine. Ice comes in little plastic bags which melt very quickly due to no freezer in little fridge in room. Just my liking, but I wish they had a good dessert menu.

Lots of outlets and USB ports. Sort of a separate toilet area. Hallway was quiet. Staff was always helpful. The sheets didn't stay tucked in and the comforter was just covered with a sheet. Our windows were facing a parking garage, which made the room dark and a lack of any kind of view. The fridge wasn't cold enough to keep food. Brunch was OK. Not good for the price. Food was cold and not quite to order.

P3411GPjohnh (4/5): Poor value experience don't be fooled by ghe pictures - The check in and Valet parking is a bit chaotic. It seemed they didn't know what they were doing and the front desk was staffed by a security guard. Maybe they were short handed of people that day. The towels and robes were scratchy and not of a higher caliber quality you would expect from a hotel at this level but a cheap motel. Getting the car at the valet was difficult when we left as well, seems the link we were given didn't allow us to schedule our car for reception and we had to ask again after check out for our car. Not the most streamlined process. The Restaurants at the hotel were overpriced for yhe portions and we were automatically charged 20% for gratuity which was not explained to us before we ordered. Rooftop bar was cool, location is great.
