L4284WIjeana (2/5): Beware of a 30 day incidental hold - For your information: this hotel holds a 100 incidental hold on your account for 30 days. They tell you it falls off in 3 to 5 business days but it certainly does not. I suggest staying somewhere else unless you are ok with that. Also, don’t scan the bar code to pre check in at the hotel, they will run your credit card again and hold another 100 dollars for 30 days. Otherwise, the hotel itself isn’t bad. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and the front desk clerks were friendly. The elevator sounds horrible and it feels like it’s about to fall apart at any minute, probably take the stairs if that gives you anxiety. Overall, I suggest staying somewhere else. It’s not worth it. Don’t even bother calling to complain about the hold because the gm is not going to take your calls.

We had easy access to the freeway to go downtown for touring and entertainment. I didn't like the fact that we could actually hear the people upstairs walking around. We couldn't get the shade to close so we had a street light shining in our room all night. We didn't ask to change rooms because the light wasn't very bright. We were in room 333.

There were some rags on a cart behind her desk and my husband asked if he could use one to clean the windshield on our vehicle. She gave it to him and then said he had to bring it back. He said okay and then when he took it back she insisted he give her our room number. The rag was rinsed out and just wet. I wondered if she was going to charge us for use of a "rag".

kwo911turbo (4/5): Good Location, Lazy, Non Caring Front Desk Staff... - My wife and I stayed there for 4 days while driving in and out of Nashville every day. The location was good but a lot of road construction on the interstate at the exit area that tied traffic up at times. We had several issues with our room, first, the heater was so loud every time it came on you couldn't hear the TV and it woke us up at night, very annoying. Second, we put about $30 worth of food in the room refrigerator to find out it never gets below about 55 degrees with no adjustment. All of our food spoiled. Third, there was a desk employee that had long fuzzy hair that was never at the desk, most times sitting around on the lobby furniture eating or sleeping. At first we thought he was a homeless person. We very politely explained our issues about the loud heater and the refrigerator hoping they would be fixed. The desk persons response was the refrigerators aren't meant to keep food in and all of them are like that, and the heaters are always that laud, Really?? No, I'm sorry to hear that, we'll check it out and make sure the problems are corrected. They just blew us off with no apology for our lack of sleep and loss of food. The breakfast was OK, but you better be done getting everything you want when the closing time is up because the doors are closed and that's it. Your access is over and don't be a minute late, no consideration for a few extra minutes making sure everyone has what they want. It was like that every day we were there. Would we stay there again? NO.. I think the owner needs to look into a few things and make some changes because this location was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards and we stay in a lot of them.

Sherry (10/5): Other than our experience of having to wait for such a long time for someone to appear to check us in, everything else w - Very clean Excellent breakfast When we arrived, we had to wait about a half hour for anyone to appear at the front desk. There were several people down in the lobby that were also waiting, and when someone finally did surf us, he offered no explanation or apology. When we arrived, it was like no one was there. We were very tired from traveling, we wanted to check in, and there was just no one there to check us in for at least a half hour we stood there looking for somebody.

Carolyn (8/5): - Pros: Friendly staff. Hot food. Bed just right. Excellent location Cons: Suite is not a suite. It is just a regular room with a sofa bed. No separate area. Exercise table in room broken. Not enough parking spaces. Will stay again but won’t pay suite prices. Just get regular room as it is identical to regular rooms.

Elizabeth (6/5): - My bathroom door wouldn’t close, there was mold and gunk in the bathroom- particularly behind the soap dispensers in the shower.

Deborah (8/5): - The beds were really comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was nice, but not overly friendly. Breakfast was just your typical hotel breakfast with pancakes instead of waffles, but they were slow to restock when things ran out (cinnamon rolls, yogurt, eggs). The hotel is a about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville and is a good, cheaper option if you don't mind the commute and paying to park once you get there.

Teea Marya (8/5): - Decent hotel. Room was clean. Only complaint was bathroom was kinda falling apart( baseboards and sink). Pool area was nice, clean and water at a good temp. Breakfast was very good especially the cinnamon rolls. Would definitely book here again.
