- B6582TFneila (10/5): Great place at a great price! - What a FABULOUS place to stay. Great mini kitchen with a large fridge. The room was immaculate. The shower was great! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very good! First time I saw fresh baked cinnamon rolls come from the kitchen of a hotel for breakfast! The next time we come up for a visit we will definitely stay here again.

There were some loud rooms on my floor which is contributed to the National Guardsman that were stationed there for a work detail. The room was very clean and rooms were cleaned as described every other day I enjoyed my stay in. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had lately. The only downfall was the above normal noise being created by the national guardsman, but there’s not much that could be done other than staff patrolling the hallways to ensure the noise was kept to a minimum.

She made sure everyone got something to eat even if she had to go in the back to make something else. Front desk was just as nice and knew our names the whole weekend. The staff, though, is really what makes this hotel shine! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, were friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and we were like kings and queens feeling so well cared for and cared about by the staff. Kristi, in particular, was energetic, caring, and kind. We will be back!

However, the room we had, the kitchen and bathroom floors were covered with hair and other debris. The carpeted area was covered with debris. Housekeeping did come in to vacuum and map. The edges were still dirty. I loaded the dishwasher with all the dishes before we left. I had to wash dishes before I could use them. The glasses had lipstick on them. I never go barefoot in hotel rooms, regardless of how clean they appear. I'm hoping this is a one-time lapse.

Hotel staff from the Christy who made all the breakfast and also surprised the kids with a Easter egg hunt to The young man who did the overnight shift was just great and gave one of the best customer service I have ever had at a home 2 suit. The entire family had a good time and ready to plan out return trip.

I guess you get what you pay for.
- petervL5205OQ (6/5): Good and Bad - Nice hotel. Staff very nice and breakfast good. But 2 problems. The location is right next to highway 87 so road noise is high. Trucks every 60 seconds etc. I had to buy 2 white noise machines, run the vent on the microwave on high and wear earplugs and I could still hear the trucks occasionally. I did sleep but it was a lot of trouble. Also, the TV is nice but the remote and channel functions are the worst I’ve ever seen. No channel numbers on the remote or on the on-screen guide so the only way to select channels is to scroll down pages and pages of the on-screen guide. And once you find a channel or two you want to watch there is no previous channel button on the remote so the only way to change the channel is to scroll back through the guide pages all over again. There are no numbers on the remote so you can’t enter channel numbers. It can take 5 minutes just to change the channel with the guide. They should shut down the hotel and upgrade the TV system just for that reason alone. I’ve never seen anything so un-user friendly, and I’ve stayed in other Hilton’s for over 40 years. What were they thinking? Other than those 2 main things that people expect, a quiet room and a TV that functions like all other TV’s in the world, the hotel is nice. I would give it a D minus.

- Travel4Joy (6/5): Almost 4 stars but Valid criticism - The most important things to me is if a place is clean ( see, touch, smell) and if the bed is crisp. Pros -well located (off highway and near log jam restaurant) -newish -clean -comfortable mattress -good coffee Cons (biggies) - I asked for room on quiet side ( not highway) I was told there is no difference and given a room on the highway. Not only could I hear it, I awoke with the taste and smell of exhaust and a headache. Exhaust is not clean. - I’ve never before had to remake a newly made bed; - sheets were slippery polyester. - top sheet was shorter than the blanket -blanket was not a blanket. Instead, they used a mattress cover complete with the pad and the netting that wraps over the mattress. ( yes, this is the blanket!) -the top cover/bedspread has a pocket for the blanket to tuck into ( as in other Hilton hotels) but it was not used. -when I took apart the bedding, I saw the actual mattress pad inside out on the mattress and hair. Dear hotel; if everyone who needs just a spoon or just a fork for breakfast has to open a plastic wrap with 3 utensils, salt, pepper and napkin - I ask; how much waste is this one hotel responsible for? Shame on you. Another example: The walnuts are somehow processed nuts and not plain walnuts. Is it really all just about the bottom line? I

They used a MATTRESS cover as a blanket !!!!!! In both beds !! And tucked the bedsheets to much you don’t have any to cover yourself with !! Who works here, monkeys ?!? The heat and the temp. was at 81 F when we first entered the room !! It took two hours to get it down to 70 !!

First, our room never got cleaned - trash removed, bed changed, clean towels. We checked in on Thursday and left on Monday. We saw housekeeping in the hallways but they never entered the room. Second, we called the hotel after we left to inform housekeeping that we may have left some items and NEVER got a call back. What happened to our items??
- 648aliciae (10/5): Super Fun Destination Wedding in Lake George - We stayed at the hotel for a destination wedding. The wedding was beautiful! We loved the little outside area with the firepit! We loved the hotel lobby! It was big and comfy and made it even more fun because we all got to hang out together before and after the wedding! The room and bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was perfect! We would definitely stay there again.
- michelegreen74 (10/5): A Hotel That Doesn’t Break The Bank - We booked a large block of rooms for a fall wedding at this property. The staff was responsive and helpful to meet our guests needs. The rooms are large and the suites were very spacious. The beds were comfortable and a full breakfast was included in the rate at the hotel. Our guests were comfortable and when a family member was not able to get into the block initially, Meaghan was very helpful in getting them added to the block. The hotel is right off the highway and the Ambrosia Diner is on their property and The Silo Restaurant is across the street. The hotel is 20 minutes from Saratoga and 15 minutes from Lake George. We would highly recommend this hotel. Our thanks to Home2Suites!
- RG745 (10/5): First Class Hotel! - This was our fourth stay at this hotel. We keep returning due to the cleanliness of the rooms and the common area - all are spotless. The complimentary breakfast has abundant variety and the quality is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As long time Hilton rewards members we are so pleased with our visits and emphatically recommend this property. For the quality you receive the price is very reasonable.
- LEONTIN (10/5): - Very clean, amenities allowing a lot of self service (fully equipped kitchen, utensils, storage, laundry service). Only microwave oven available, no stove. The staff is very helpful, attentive and kind. Nothing really to mention as dislikes.

- Laura (8/5): - Overall it was fine- a clean modern room with a big picture window with a nice view. It fell short in a few ways though if being used by more than one person. There is a pull out table but only one chair! Only three forks in the drawer also was pretty chintzy. Also , the in the room coffee maker should be ungraded to an actual coffeemaker. I had called in advance to find out what kind of coffeemaker they had in the room because we like to bring our own coffee and was told it was a Keurig style machine. Well, it was not a Keurig but rather the cheapest sort of tiny drip hot water heater that makes mediocre coffee. We ended up bringing up cups of coffee from the lobby instead. The staff were all very nice and accommodating and the breakfast buffet was fine. I would definitely come back here again!

- Jennifer (6/5): Stayed here for years, but no more! - I've stayed at this property each time I go to Queensberry for a work trip one time a year, for the last several years. The location is great, if the rooms were clean they would be great, has a decent breakfast buffet The room was filthy and unsafe for my dogs. The very first night after check in I found one of my dogs chewing on a bobby pin that was evidently left in the bathroom on the floor and another one of my dogs eating a piece of chocolate that they found just under the rim of the bed. I paid extra for my dogs And would've expected the room to be clean and safe for them. Additionally I asked for a late check out (2pm) because my flight wasn't until 6 PM out of Albany and needed a safe place for the dogs… they refused, even after multiple requests and it only being an hour and a half longer than they were willing to extend. The hotel was not sold out, there was no line of people waiting to check in… They evidently don't value my annual business

Bed was not very comfortable only was given 2 bath towels and 2 half rolls toilet tissue and half roll paper towels for 2 nights. Like I said it was ok but when you pay extra $100 for Hilton name ya expect more
- 83reginas (10/5): Traveling through, but would definitely stay again - While on a road trip through the area, we picked the hotel because it was a short drive from the interstate and the cost was in the range of what we wanted to spend. Great choice! The staff at the front desk when we arrived were among the friendliest I have had on the road. It was so great to be treated by such friendly faces after being on the road for a while in unfavorable weather. That set the tone and the stay did not disappoint. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast which my husband enjoyed was a bonus.

- alebihan (10/5): Pleasurable stay at Home2 Suites in Queensbury - Great hotel to stay in. Walkable to a lot of things and yet in a quiet area. Nice amenities and the rooms give you all you need. A great hotel to stay at. Wifi was good and the studio had what you needed if you chose to eat in or get takeout. The staff was very courteous and helpful and helped with any needs you had.
