• Vicki (6/5): I would never stay in this location again. - It was very difficult to get into. There was extreme congestion in the lobby area, waiting to go in. There was a large party there that we did not know about. There were no parking spaces because guests had arrived that were not even staying at the hotel. It was in a dangerous location with the National Guard guarding it.

And the food and bar is always a plus!! I will probably always stay here when we have a tournament in the area I had a hard time figuring out how to work the gate to get in the parking lot lol

• Curtis (3/5): Garbage overflowing in the garbage cans, elevator malfunctioned - We did not have breakfast because of the prices. We did not like the fact that the trash can was overflowing and garbage was on the ground when we arrived and it was there when we left and checked out at 8:00 a.m. we did not arrive at the hotel until 9:00 p.m. so we only had a few hours of sleep and our room smelled like cigarette smoke which I am highly allergic to and coughed all night long and woke up with a headache. We will never stay at this hotel again. Oh yes we got stuck in the elevator for 7 minutes. The elevator would not go up or down and my wife began to panic along with our 3-year-old son. We took the stairs after that.

My daughter and me loved it here it is no loud noises and it is a very safe and comfortable place to go in Memphis when you are traveling here or in need of a short stay. Blood or (small red spots) on our towels. We asked for more towels and were told that they didn’t have access to any. Luckily the security guard, was able to get a few sets. We also believe there is some type of “escorting” going on there. I will not stay at this property again. It was overall a weird and uncomfortable experience for my family of 5

• Kristina (1/5): A disappointment for the entire family. - BEFORE getting there, we did like the idea of an indoor pool, quick booking and a breakfast. But NONE of those were available. Disrespectful staff, called in advance about the pool was told it was working when it wasn't, room AC wasn't cold, puddle of water on the room floor from..somewhere. After less than an hour we told them we wanted our money back and didn't want to stay here anymore because Memphis is too hot for 4 kids and no air or pool. We were told no and that we would be charged for the room even if we didn't check in at all. The next morning , breakfast sealed the disappointment with just cereal, cold muffins and stale coffee. Almost like it was from another day. I complained and the front desk worker said "yeah I don't usually eat it either" There was no discount, no understanding, no change of room. Waste of almost $200. Need MAJOR changes to the entire place.

Nice and clean and will definitely be staying next time. The only thing I found wrong is the WiFi connection when try to hook up to my Xbox. If you do decide to bring your gaming console, you might want to ask first because I couldn’t connect to it. WiFi connection when trying to play my Xbox.
