• Alvin (2/5): - Horrible, dirty, run down, smelly, don’t stay here.
• Richard (2/5): - Plush Residence is in a great location. That really was the only “plus”. It was a nightmare to get in to the suite. First, the code provided didn’t work to get into the building. After someone let me in, I go to the suite 1012 to find it locked. I called 2-3 times. No answer. I emailed and no response. So walked back to Union Station to try to sort this out and potentially look for another location for the night. Finally, someone called me back and stated the door was jammed. She’d re-set it and it should be fine. So I walk back, only to find code still won’t work to get in the building. I sneak in as someone comes out and go up to 10th floor suite 1012 at 14 York St. and the suite is unlocked. Once inside, I realize the suite smells. The floors were streaky, like they’d washed them with dirty water and they were sticky in spots. The carpet in bedroom was disgusting. The unit walls were worn, dirty, scratched. This place was not fresh, it smelled, and was dirty. Linens were clean, thank goodness, but checked for bed bugs (there were none!) and saw condom wrapper under the bed. The blinds were falling apart and tv didn’t work. I could go on. I would not recommend this property.
• Dominique (4/5): - Je n’avais pas reçu les instructions pour mon arrivée, donc ça été compliqué. Le condo manque d’entretien. Salle de bain sale, une carcasse de poulet dans le congélateur. Peu de couvertures pour le canapé-lit. Si les frais supplémentaires (100$) chargés sont pour le service de nettoyage... et bien c’est cher payé pour ce qui est offert. Aucun savon, shampooing pour la salle de bain. Point positif: très bien situé!
• Perry (4/5): Plush residence I think not! - Could not get into the building with the instructions given called they wouldn’t return our calls waited 50 minutes had to follow someone into the building called again woman finally answered we went up to the apartment door was supposed to be unlocked but it was locked had to call again thank goodness she answered and let us in using an app on her phone. Once inside We found the place had not been cleaned the kitchen was dirty,dirty sticky food finger prints was gross,,coffee pot wasn’t cleaned still had coffee in it. there was garbage and they did not replenish coffee, sugar etc..had open half used containers.the blinds were broken so I had to fix it otherwise the building across could see in. The bed was hard as a rock mattress did not have mattress cover no hand towels in bathroom plus used creams and shampoos ,no pillowcases for the extra pillows. The location was great condo was not.

Walking distance to the most iconic places of the city. 2 Safety is wonderful as well. 3 The suite is nice and the amenities are wonderful, except the mattress. 4 There is no contact with any person because is not an hotel. I didn't get oportune information about how to get the room in this huge building, and the administrators of the building, which didn't know about "Plush Residence" as itself, ordered to me come out of the building because it was illegal to be there. After I call to Expedia to get help, I got a message about the instructions how to get the room after a long time. The weather outside was 15 Farenheit degrees and my battery was exausted and I was almost frozen waiting out of the building for some explanation about my room. 4 Mattress in not comfortable. Its pretty smooth. Should be orthopedic or at least a little bit more firm. 5 The key of the room is a classic metal key which is pretty easy to be lost, as I happened to me and for which I will be charged for 150 dollars which is more than I was expecting about it. Finally, a kind guy went to the room an hour after to open the door.

Próxima ao metro, estação de trem, rodoviária, CN Tower, ponto de saída para o Vaugham outlet, Internaiment District e calçadão do lago Ontário, enfim, o melhor local para ficar. Apartamento confortável e bem mobiliado com todos os eletrodomésticos necessários. Excelente supermercado em frente ao prédio. Acesso à academia, piscina, sauna etc. Sem burocracia para chegada e saída. Resposta rápida do proprietário a todos os meus contatos. A única observação negativa seria em relação a claridade logo pela manhã, pois o apartamento é todo envidraçado, mas com persianas que deixam passar a luz do dia.
