The property was difficult to access from one direction on the street. A U-turn was required to access the property from one direction which would be difficult when pulling a trailer.

They switched our room and charged us more than the price on booking.com. The noise level was unacceptable as the room was under or above their ventilation system. I can’t believe they charged us $363 for a motel.

Il giorno dell'arrivo, a causa di ritardo nel viaggio, tramite il format di booking, ho modificato due volte l'orario di check in e mi è arrivata l'approvazione. All'arrivo mi è stato detto che la prenotazione era stata cancellata perché non erano riusciti ad addebitare il pagamento e che non avevano visto né il mio messaggio né le modifiche all'orario di check in perché gestiti da altra agenzia (?). A quel punto mi hanno proposto un'altra stanza con prezzo doppio, ho dovuto accettare perché dopo ore di viaggio con una bambina piccola non era possibile affrontare una ricerca di hotel alle 23. Il giorno ho scritto alla responsabile dell'hotel che però mi ha proposto e versato un rimborso parziale della cifra in eccesso. Ora sto cercando di chiedere il rimborso totale su booking, di cui sono cliente da 15 anni e non mi è mai successo che una struttura facesse questo. Arrivando alle 23 e partendo alle 8 della stanza più grande non abbiamo usufruito se non per dormire e la cucina era inutile in quanto priva di qualsiasi utensile quindi non abbiamo nemmeno potuto nemmeno prepararci la colazione

Jonas (1/5): Avoid this place at all costs! - We booked this hotel through Booking.com and arrived after a long drive, only to be told by the receptionist, Tiffany (who refused to give her last name), that our reservation “wasn’t in the system.” We called the hotel’s own reservation department using the number on our confirmation—they confirmed our booking was valid and paid for. Tiffany still refused to give us the room unless we paid again at the hotel, which would have pushed the cost to over $360 for a single night. She even admitted she could see our reservation and payment but said, “No room unless you pay again.” Around 10 p.m., exhausted, we just wanted the room we had already paid for. She claimed she tried calling someone for help but “couldn’t reach them,” then called security to kick us out because we were upset. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had—zero customer service, zero willingness to help. Avoid this place at all costs.
Joanne (8/5): Would not go there again, unless I was on my way out of town toward Hwy 395 South. - Clean and spacious. Just the minimum in extras. Room coffee was bad. No coffee service in the lobby. It was too expensive for what was offered. They could have offered a discount at some of the restaurants.

Seemed pretty good, so we went ahead and booked. The bottom of the shower pan was pretty stained. There was also no fitted sheet. It was just a top sheet tucked around the mattress. We had our dog, so I am not sure if when given our room if you get a bit more of the bottom of the barrel. But I just expected a bit more for the price. Like a few other reviews had said, I could have stayed up the road or more into sparks for the same price or like $10 more and had a much nicer hotel.

My trip hurting so bad after getting up every morning and not getting much rest just tossing and turning. I think that if the mattresses were upgraded than this location is very well rounded, and every aspect. The only other thing that would make it even better is if they offered breakfast.Lol
Robin (8/5): - Employees are nice enough, but no one answers the phone when trying to request late check out, a hair dryer, dishes, etc. No one is manning the front desk. You go to the front desk after calling with no answer and you still have to wait for service. It’s super frustrating. The rates are too high/overpriced for not enough staff. Will chose to stay at Marriott property close by for only $10 more. -Much better hotel. The cost for motel 6 to Marriott should be a lot different than that. Motel 6 is low end, Marriott is not. Something for owners to think about. The prices at this property (Motel 6) are not justified, honestly. With more properties coming to this area I hope you adjust your rates accordingly.

It looked clean, but when I walked barefoot on it, my feet were covered with dust. Also, the blackout curtains were too small for the window, so the bright light came in on the sides and on the bottom.

Heather (8/5): Loved this Hotel! Very Quiet, Dog Friendly & Clean - I've stayed at a couple hotels in this area on my way from WA to AZ & this is about the halfway point. Since I'm only staying 1 night on my way thru, I check in around 2-4pm & check out around 1am to be on my way. So top requests would be pet friendly, quiet, comfy & safe (young female traveling alone) with my dog & I felt this hotel hit all of those points pretty dang well! I would give 10 stars for quiet; it's a little ways off the main highway & was absolutely perfect for me, I've never gotten as much sleep in those few hours as I did here! It's pet friendly & only had to pay an extra $10 per night, no $50-100 deposit you don't get back or anything like that, so 10 stars there! I felt extremely safe the whole time, it appeared to be mostly construction workers who were staying; I only saw one other female, but everyone was extremely friendly & no weird vibes from anyone at all. The only thing here to mention would be that I did run into a coyote in the parking lot on my way to check out; it didn't approach me & gave me decent distance, so I wasn't scared, but just something to note. My only other little hiccup to mention is my room did smell very strongly of a specific indian cuisine spice, I was only there for less than 12 hours so it wasn't a big deal to me, although I may have asked for a different room if I was staying for a few days. And there is a pizza place connected to the bldg, great for convenience! Overall I loved this hotel & will be staying here everytime!

Carlos (10/5): Excellent place to stay! - Employees are courteous and excellent. Rooms are clean and fresh. Upkeep of 3rd floor hallway carpet sometimes needs a little bit attention.

deanna (8/5): - The staff is amazing!! Very nice and professional. The room was good, loved the amenities in the room as I am not one that likes to spend money on dining out. Could do more on the outside but I would definitely stay here again. It was GREAT for a quick sports related trip to Reno.
Cathy (8/5): - Spacious for one person, great to have the kitchenette. Fair pricing. Strange smell from the shower drain my biggest complaint. I was on the 3rd floor. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but adequate. Though you hear bigg rigs around, having the fan on was helpful. Coffee was terrible, bring your own and filters! 6cup coffee maker.

25anonymousa (10/5): Amazing I will be coming again. - I love staying here. Staff is so friendly feels very welcoming. Rooms are great with the kitchenettes and very clean. They have luggage carts two entrances, and an elevator. Great parking in the front and back of the hotel. Coffee is brewed early in the morning.

Trenton (4/5): - Stay somewhere else! The manager, Kelly, lacks integrity, has poor customer service! Booked a non-refundable room through Expedia. When we arrived after 10pm the desk clerk (new to her job) admitted that she had just given away our room to someone else...the last room on the property, other than the most expensive room they had. It was their mistake so I asked if I could have the expensive room for the agreed upon price with Expedia. She said yes, but the manager later charged us an extra $50 for the larger room that we didn't want or need. Disappointed that she didn't honor what we were told. On the positive side, the room was clean. Bed was adequate. Property new, but no frills.

Craig (10/5): - I love this studio 6. I have stayed here at least a half dozen times and every time had need excellent. A lot of food options w within walking distance. The staff are friendly, the location, off the highway is easy to get to, it's quiet, with plenty of parking even for rvs, or big rigs. You couldn't ask for more. Nothing.

Judy (10/5): Perfect hideaway from all the crowds - Wasn't served breakfast , location away from all the hustle and bustle of other drivers ,there were a few restaurants to choose from ,gas stations nearby ,easy access to the freeway ,being located 17 miles from reno is nice ,smoke free rooms ,the guest were very considerate of other guest . Being a light sleeper, was perfect. Being only 6 years old, it'll take time for guest to realize its there, in a small town of Clark, it didn't serve breakfast like some hotels, there's vending machines if needed , too many positivites to mention ,no pool or hot tub, who knows maybe they're install one
Lauren (10/5): Very impressed - I am typically averse to staying in any of the "6" motels or extended stays, but we needed a cheap place to stay and this Studio 6 had good reviews. It actually lived up to those reviews. I was very impressed with the layout of the room and the overall cleanliness. The hotel and surrounding area didn't have a sketchy vibe, and the staff was very nice. There didn't seem to be any noise from the other rooms, but we did get in pretty late and left early so maybe everyone was asleep. Plenty of hot water, and the shower pressure was higher than what I typically get in a hotel (i.e., it was amazing). Not a pillowtop mattress, but comfortable nonetheless. Overall a great stay, and I would definitely return if the need arose.
