It also looks exactly as nice or even more than in the photos, rooms are beautifully kept with a lovely small garden and breakfast room/common room.

Wong (6/5): It's a good experience! - I love how homey it is. If you would like to experience living like a local, I think this homestay gives a good ambiance for that. The lady who shows us around is very helpful and friendly. Though it is simple but it has everything we need. Personally, I think the cleanliness of the bedroom can be improved. Perhaps I think it would be nicer to remove the bathtub from the bathroom because it can be slippery. One of our beds is stacked up with various mattresses. One of our friends did not have a good sleep because of the unevenness.

Greg (9/5): Lovely quiet place s to stay - The lady who checked us in was so lovely. We had good chats while eating dinner and she offered us bananas to try. It was nice to be able to sit at the dining table to eat. Lovely chilled water and boiling water available which we really appreciated. Air con worked great and the bed was comfy.So quiet so we got a really good night's sleep. We also had a fan in the room. Internet was great. I really appreciated the face cloth as well as the towel. My only gripe is the shower.The door didn't lock, it wasn't a problem for us as we were the only ones staying there at the time. However, if there were other guests I wouldn't have felt comfortable, same with the toilet door lock. Also the shower hose was broken so kept popping off. Having said that it was a lovely hot shower 😊 It would have been a 10 for me besides those things.

Shih (10/5): Highly recommended - The room is large and well-equipped with air conditioning, fan, mosquito net, TV, CD player, water dispenser, refrigerator, hair dryer, wardrobe, table and chairs, and clothes drying rack. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the outdoor space is also great. The courtyard is large and beautiful, making people feel very comfortable. Although the Wifi sometimes cuts out in the room, overall the quality is good. The location of 301 is also very good. It is in a small town. You can walk to a clean traditional market in 10 minutes, and you can reach the beach in 5 minutes. If you want to go to Tagbilaran, it is best to rent one with Helen. Scooter are more convenient for mobility. The best thing about this B&B is Helen's attentive service. She carefully prepares different breakfasts every day. On the day of check-in, she enthusiastically introduces the attractions and delicious restaurants on Bohol Island. She also introduces the owner of the house, her boss. , it can be seen that they go to play all over the world, which is awesome. After entering the room, there is a secret book on the table. You can see that Helen is very attentive! During our stay, Helen learned that we were going to Lila to see whale sharks, so she helped us make arrangements. And when we left, Helen called a tuk-tuk for us.We are really appreciate to Helen for everything she has done for us, and wish Helen good health!Hope to come again. Really recommend to everyone!

Leire (10/5): You won't regret staying here - Helen, the owner of the place, is so lovely. She will help you with anything you need. We got the chance to try her breakfast and it was delicious too. We've been traveling for more than a month, and this was by far the best room we had: very clean and big room, comfy bed, aircon+fan, hot water, fridge and even a water tank to fill up your water bottle anytime you need. She helped us renting a motorbike and a tuc-tuc for our way back to the port. She also stored our big backpacks while we spent few days in another town. We highly recommend to stay with her :) Everything was perfect!

David (10/5): A home away from home - Whenever I travel, I try to find places that feel like a “home away from home”. That’s exactly how I felt here :) The house is very comfortable, with a great Internet connection, and well located to discover both sides of Bohol (the incredible nature in the interior of the island and the beaches+fun in Panglao) with a motorbike. Walking distance you can also find nice places to eat and enjoy the sunset. The best part, however, was the great attention of Trini and Helen - which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and took the time to share with me stories about their lives. If you have been traveling for a while and you are starting to feel homesick, this is your best choice to stay in Bohol!

EXCELLENT IS OUR REVIEW. Note please: if you need transport in the Tagbilaran City area (Villa 301) on BOHOL give Kim Jr Ceballos a call or sms on 09098505294. He has a bargain prices comfortable Transport option and is a nice young family man.
Tereza (9/5): Superb - Helen is very kind, she arranged everything we have asked for. The breakfast was amazing. The location is very calm but close to the highlights of Bohol island. It is also possible to rent a scooter which we did and it was amazing. :) It is important to read the description of the rooms. They offer more of them. We ended up in a small room with shared bathroom but it was our mistake. But in the end it did not really matter since we just slept there.

Mary (9/5): Excellent stay - We stayed 3 nights in this guesthouse. Our room was large, with modern facilities, a great large bed and bathroom, good internet and airco,, and its own terrasse. The owner and staff were very friendly and we had great discussions. Breakfast was good. The location is in a residential area not too far from the centre of Baclayon. There is great food nearby, whether on the water front with BBQs or on the circumferential road (5 min walk) in Crescencia restaurant which we highly recommend. Nothing

Maeva (8/5): Une hôte adorable - La villa 301 B&B est située à Baclayon et donc excentrée du centre ville, ce qui est parfait lorsque l’on souhaite profiter du calme et de l’emplacement idéal pour visiter les principaux sites d’intérêts de Bohol (Panglao et ses plages, Chocolate Hills, Tarsier...). L’etablissement est en faite une grande maison religieuse avec des chambres simples mais confortables. Les pièces communes sont propres et pratiques. L’accueil est vraiment adorable, chaque matin nous avons droit à un petit déjeuner complet, gourmand et copieux ! L'hôte, toujours très sympathique, peut s’occuper de réserver un scooter, un tricycle ou encore d’autres choses pour visiter Bohol. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et vraiment nous étions ravis de notre séjour. Petit conseil pratique pour ceux qui souhaitent réserver un scooter : n’oubliez pas votre permis de conduire sinon impossible de louer un véhicule.
