• Stephen (8/5): Wonderful - Paul and Betty, the hosts, are two of the nicest people you'll meet. Always asking if everything is OK or if you need anything but at the same time not intrusive to your space at all. The apartment we stayed in (Elements), was very comfortable and had three adequate bedrooms (one en-suite) and could copies with three couples if needed. The living area is fully air conditioned and the kitchen has all the facilities you need, with a washer/dryer in another room. The site of the apartments is great. Set away from the main centre of Warrnambool but, only a ten minute drive, it is very quiet and in an ideal situation for exploring the Great Ocean Road and surrounding area. A short walk to the whale watching platform with great views along the rugged coast is a must and although we didn't see a whale (wrong time of year), it is still worth a visit and then walk back along the beach. Overall, a lovely set up with great views and wonderful hosts. Well worth the money and would definitely go back. Nothing......although a cafetiere and a couple more sharp knives would have been useful. The fact that that is all speaks volumes of the place.

• Ortega (10/5): - This place is perfect for families! Everything that you need the place already has. The king size bed is too stiff and sheets were too loud, but it really doesnt affect our overall stay. Also the price is on the expensive side, but worth it.

• Lisa (8/5): Great place for a family gathering and an amputee. - My husband is a bilateral amputee. The disabled bathroom was great , it met all his K9'sneeds. The house itself was accessible with appropriate ramps and telescopic ramps for the sunken lounge area. (2 steps). The games room was a bonus for the grandkids. The undercover bbq area was great . With seating for over ten people.

• claire (10/5): Family orientated accommodation with lots of space inbetween other properties to enjoy our break. - Our second holiday at this location did not disappoint. The Beach House presentation was clean, comfortable, generous in all aspects. The garden surrounds are stunning and in a quiet location with little nooks to sit and enjoy - even in Winter!! Our 3 Grandchildren love this property, spacious enough for them to have time to themselves and also enjoy Staffy's Fun Room and Gym. Plenty of games to keep them occupied in a safe environment. Grandad also enjoyed the new updated disability bathroom. Fantastic for the older generation and safety aspects and also for the children who came back from the beach and enjoyed the Hot Tub. The location of this property is in close proximity to Central Warrnambool, just a quick drive. The ocean beach is only a few metres away from The Beach House with a platformed outlook to search for Whales. The whole of the property is unique and refreshing. Plenty of parking space. Everything featured in the photo's for property description are correct and perfect. We are glad that we chose this property to stay and grateful to the owner's who made us welcome and provided everything that was needed for a perfect family stay. Nothing that we can think of.

Visited lots of good restaurants for dinner in Warnambool - Location was great for us, nice and quiet, lots of walks, we could bring our dog. Apartment was very roomy with access to an enclosed yard. Paul was very nice and helpful. Only minor complaint was that we found the bed linen on the king size bed a bit stiff and noisy.

Not a lot of love, warmth or color, 3 different forms of heating in the house, nothing gets to the bedrooms, beds were hard, lacked in color and cosyness & warmth.. house was big enough, with ample space, but a very odd layout.... lounge area was nice, but very dirty under the couch, a mobile phone was accidentally dropped between the couches and we were all horrified of what was under there, whoever is doing the cleaning certainly doesn't move the furniture,... the rug also had quite a number of stains... the lack of attention to detail made us all feel a little urky.....so much potential with this property, we hope some warmth n love gets injected into it as it's a great location .... the price certainly doesn't represent a lux comfortable retreat

So close but so quiet, relaxing and comfortable! We stayed Friday and Saturday night and by Saturday afternoon we were already planning our next trip and wanting to come back to Logan beach appartments! We give 10/10 to absolutely everything about our stay. There is not one single thing I could fault. We have nothing bad to say and I will be recommending this place to EVERYONE I know!

Private and ideal for the children to play as well as the games room and gym for them to use. Advertised in listing was accurate and honest about being used as day spa previously. It suited us very well being 2 senior persons and a daughter with young family. We all had our own showers etc. which worked out perfectly. Nothing that we can think of.

• Katherine (8/5): Lovely and comfy accommodation in a perfect position near the beach. - Fantastic location, amazing space for each unit renters, specious, lovely gardens, very inviting. Close to the beach and whale watching platform. Very enjoyable stay. We were lucky with perfect weather too. The only think I was not very found of were soft beds, and soft pillows. Also bed quilt - very hot, which makes sleeping a bit difficult. Maybe additional blankets could help.

• Milorad (5/5): Loved Warrnambool it was a great place we will be back - The property was very close to The whale watching platform. It was dirty. My Wife had to go from room to room cleaning cobwebs off the walls just about every wall had scuff marks bedrooms were very uninviting no heating in that main bathroom or ensuite. I was finding long hair all over the place a lot of dust on the skirting boards inside the microwave, it was filthy. The dining table wobbled like jelly the bedrooms only had the bare minimum furniture on linoleum floor. The towel rail in the main bathroom fell off when I put a towel on it I repaired it. It just wasn’t fitted tight enough. Would not recommend this property. It looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.

• Lois (10/5): Relaxing beach escape - We had a delightful 6 night stay. The location is perfect for beach walks every day. Our Greenviews apartment was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, bright and spacious. Paul and Betty were excellent hosts. They took good care of us, we didn’t want for anything. We were happy we could bring our small dog with us too. We are looking forward to returning.

Very close to Logan‘s beach whale watching platform and the mouth of the Hopkins River as well. So, a little dog could run on a dog friendly beach! Nothing, it was great!
• Ausitraveller (8/5): Nice comfy stay in Warnambool - Place was nice and clean with comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. If you are lucky, you might be able to enjoy organic lemons and tomatoes from Paul & Betty's gargen during your stay. Hosts are really nice and friendly so don't forget to have a friendly chat while you are there. It's located within walking distance to the Whale watching platform which is also an excellent place to watch sunset. Restaurants and Coles is a short dive. All in all this was a great place for us to spend our 4 nights in Warnambool There's a complimentary pool table in the common area which will keep you occupied when you don't want to go out. Living area is on the smaller side but not a deal breaker as we were mostly out during our stay.

Walking distance to Whale Watching platform. Well equipped gym including a good rowing machine. Plenty of good quality utensils, cleaning products, herbs and spices, tea and coffee. We loved the ambience for a short break. Clothes airer a bit flimsy and awkward to erect (minor issue only)
