- Johannes (6/5): has seen better days - I stayed there during a cross-country automobile trip. It was a convenient stop. It is not high season, so the restaurant and coffee shop were not open. The breakfast they served was nice. At first, they couldn't find my reservation. I showed them my Hotels.com itinerary and they handed me my key. The cottages are cute but A/C was weak. During the rainstorm in the afternoon, water leaked into the bathroom from the outside and we lost power for a minute. Overall, this seems like a theme park complete with dinosaurs and cowboys that has seen better days. It was an OK stay but I would not seek it out to stay. The bed was hard and pillows too large to comfortably sleep.
