• Eirene (9/5): Comfy, Peaceful Lodgings with Fabulous Views - We had a fabulous 5 days here. Dora was hospitable and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. (and accurately reflected in the advertising) It is very quiet and the view from the large balcony is stunning,On Sunday morning we could hear the church bells tolling and the liturgy at the local church. The breakfast is served in town and is delicious - freshly baked spinach pie, eggs, toast and freshly squeezed orange juice - all served by Dora or her brother in law with a warm smile. The cafe also serves lunch and dinner - traditional food and wine. Delicious. (It is a steep walk back up to the studios, but you can drive if not up to it.) Cats and dogs will visit you (outside only) if you welcome them (and we did). We would love to visit again Wasn't anything we didn't like

• Χρόνης (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν μια όμορφη μίξη παραδοσιακού και μοντέρνου στυλ με έντονα ρομαντικά στοιχεία (κεριά, κόκκινες κουρτίνες κλπ). Στη σουίτα υπάρχει μέχρι και τζάκι που μπορείτε να το χρησιμοποιήσετε με μια μικρή επιβάρυνση. Ό,τι πρέπει για getaway ΠΣΚ για ζευγάρια. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλόξενοι! Η τοποθεσία είναι λίγο κρυμμένη αλλά αν τη βρείτε έχει δικό της πάρκινγκ, ξεχωριστό από το δρόμο. Θα ήθελα πιο εμφανή την τοποθεσία, με πιο πολλές ταμπέλες ίσως, αλλά ευτυχώς το μέρος είναι μικρό οπότε και να μπερδευτείς με ένα τηλεφώνημα συνεννοείσαι.

• niels (9/5): fantastic location and cute cats and dogs - we stayed in the suite. nice in an old style. but the location was fantastic. the view from the balcony great and having the breakfast here in the sun was very nice. the walk to the town is fine and the town is very cute but small but with several eating places. and the owners 7 cats and 2 dogs are very friendly. hard to say good bye to them :) the interior is not new but well kept and it has its charm. the owner clearly likes to decorate.

• Han (10/5): Go also to the mountains in Peloponnesos - The location in the mountains and the local atmosphere was top, as was the facility. We enjoyed the environment and the good breakfast which was served by nice people. -

• Morrison (10/5): wonderful - absolutely beautiful room, super spacious and tasteful, with a lovely terrace and a perfect view over the town. Dora is an incredible women and a fantastic host, super welcoming and really helpful with planning the rest of the stay, and was always there for whatever you needed. Her cafe in town is equally lovely and absolutely worth a visit. We really hope we will get the chance to visit again.

Still, there are also some great restaurants in the village, just a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is also served in the village in a café owned by the host, and it was generous and delicious. We were very friendly welcomed.

• Xinyi (10/5): A cozy retreat above a quaint mountain village - We spent six nights in late March in the large deluxe suite with a corner balcony facing the village, the view is gorgeous! The room is very large, has plenty of light during the day, and different areas to sit, eat, read or just relax. The fire place is a real highlight, several nights we read next to the crackling fire, very warm and cozy. Lagkadia village below is very quaint and quiet, we enjoyed walking down for breakfast at Aroma Cafe each morning, the sitting area gives out “million dollar”view of the mountains and the village, and breakfast serving was more than adequate for the price. We normally then bought a couple of savory pastries before heading out to hikes. Surprisingly during off season quite a few restaurants were open daily, we were able to eat dinner at different places during our stay, and the price was very economical and servings were on the generous side. We normally cooked a lot if there was a kitchen, on this trip it didn’t seem necessary, ended up using the kitchen only a couple of times to reheat leftovers. We totally loved our stay in Lagkadia, such a wonderful blend of culture and nature, and people are so friendly and wholesome, we were even gifted with mountain tea and oregano spice from the Aroma Cafe owner upon farewell. Perhaps the only minor downside is that the bathroom is very simple, the shower head doesn’t have a proper holder and one has to use one hand to hold during shower.

• Giorgia (8/5): Nice and quiet place - Comfortable, clean and big room, large and tasty breakfast. The room has a balcony with an amazing view of the valley and mountains where we enjoyed the breakfast that was brought in the room. The village itself is small and calm and everything closes early, however it’s the perfect location to take a break from big cities and to purely relax while enjoying tasty local food. Mid-October is not considered cold season (10 degrees in the night) and the radiators in the rooms where not in use. At the same time, we asked the host if we could open the fireplace and we were told that the price in this period does not include the usage of fireplace and we were asked for an additional fee for it. I believe the fireplace should not even be mentioned in the amenities available in the listing if needs and extra charge, as we have chosen the hotel based on this. We found this a bit unfair other than wrong information mentioned in the listing. Finally, the location from booking is wrong, however the host nicely assisted us finding the place.

• Daniel (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location up the hill with view over the village and the valley, nicely furnished room (classical style) with a little kitchen and fridge, very comfortable large kingsize bed with a hard mattress, nice fireplace and plenty of wood for the cooler days (I really enjoyed it on a cold and rainy evening), beautiful restaurant terrace down in the village, very good breakfast with a great view and nice music, friendly and helpful staff (Cristos and his sister in law), parking directly in front of the door! I will be back one day! Restaurant is not in the same building, which means you have to drive down to the village for dinner again (and for breakfast next morning), but it's totally worth the way! Bathtub is way too short for grown-ups, TV pretty misplaced (watching from the bed is impossible)...

There are several restaurants in the village, We ate at the family's Aroma cafe a couple of times, which was great. It was easier to drive down rather than walk back up in the heat and we had no trouble parking. Leaving

• Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Agnantio Studios is lodging comprised of 3 studios. It sits above the town of Lagkadia with marvelous views of the mountainous countryside. Our studio was superb with a balcony and plenty of room. Everything was clean and orderly. Breakfast was at Dora’s, Agnantio’s owner, restaurant The Aroma café. The café was an easy walk down to the village or you could drive if you preferred not to walk. The Aroma has wonderful pastries and Dora made a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend Agnantio Studios.
• beryl (4/5): needs refurbishing - In my opinion the place could do with refurbishing the sink in the bathroom was cracked plus parking was difficult. However the room was clean. Breakfast was down in the village which was a hike down and up even taking the short cut. For breakfast you don't get to choose what you like it is just put in front of you and it was not what we like and very poor compare to other breakfast we have had at other hotels, we only had one breakfast and decided not to have any more. They have stay cats everywhere and when get up to leave the table they all jump on the table to eat what you have left which was quite funny. I feel compared to all the other places we had stayed this was over priced.

The scenery, the breakfast are wonderful. If you visit Lagkadia and stay in Agnantio studios, you'll most probably want to visit again. About the road: Be advised, if you are coming from Pyrgos or Archaia Olympia, you'll drive in winding and narrow roads (not all the way).

• Verified traveler (10/5): - First, the views and location were stunningly beautiful. The owners were lovely, helpful, and fun to chat with. They helped us get taxis, gave us advice on where to hike and what to see, fed us amazing breakfasts, dinner, and pastries. Next, the apartment was large and had a great fireplace for chilly nights with endless wood. Wifi worked, plenty of towels and pillows, part of the floor was even heated. If I could blink my eyes and be back in a minute, I would do it.
• Thanasis (10/5): Θαυμάσια διαμονή! - Περάσαμε το Σαββατοκύριακο στο Αγνάντιο και η διαμονή ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ειναι όπως παρουσιάζεται στις φωτγραφίες: Το δωμάτιο ειναι μεγάλο, ζεστό και κάθαρό. Έχει αυτόνομη θέρμανση αλλά και χτιστό τζάκι με άφθονα ξύλα. Είναι επίσης εξοπλισμένο με μια μικρή κουζίνα, ψυγείο και καφετιέρα. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται σε ένα όμορφο καφέ κοντά στην πλατεία του χωριού, 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια (ό,τι πρέπει για έναν ευχάριστο πρωινό περίπατο). Η κυρία Δώρα ήταν ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετικότατη. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε αν επισκευθουμε ξανά την περιοχή!
• Lyn (8/5): Apartment in the mountains of Greece - Very nice apartment in the heart of the mountains of Greece and close to the town for dinner and breakfast. They cooked a loverly breakfast at their restaurant in town that overlooked the valley below. Large rooms and kitchen area if you wanted to cook. GPS had difficulty as the apartment is high up on the mountain with switch backs. GPS thought we arrives at the Coordinates but they were above us about 500 ft. Be aware
• emilie (10/5): Chambre très spacieuse et avec du charme - Cet hôtel est situé dans les hauteurs de Lagadia, en janvier il neigeait mais heureusement que les routes étaient praticables. La chambre était spacieuse et elle a une cheminée ce qu’il est très appréciable en cette saison. Le seul hic, c’est qu’il faut prévoir del boules quies car on entendait tous les bruits de ceux qui sont à l’étage (talons, enfant qui court) donc impossible de fermer les yeux sans. Les propriétaires sont vraiment des personnes adorables et charmantes.

• Jacques (10/5): Peaceful Mountsin Stay - Stayed 1 night in the suite. Peaceful and quiet. Relatively remite and surrounded by valleys and mountains. Large terrace with views to the village below. Wifi was fast and reliable, kitchnette was adequately equipped and we liked the quaint décor in the room. Breakfast, served in s lovely setting, at the village was excellent and fullfilling. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful stsy in the mountains.

• Lawrence (8/5): Delightful mountain village location - Centre of the mountains, with of course narrow windey roads to navigate. Beautiful views over the valley, and very welcoming and helpful host. Please be careful of the small step between the kitchen and living areas. Would seriously recommend putting a chair beside it if you don't want to go flying!
