Lezzetli seçenekler gayet uygun fiyata sunuluyor.

Yardımcı olacaklarını ve diğer günü iptal edeceklerini söylediler. Uygulama üzerinden iptal edememe dr gerek kalmadığını düşündüm. Fakat yardımcı olmadılar ve 1 güne 2 günlük ücret ödedim üstelik rahatlım konusunda çok zorluk çektim. Asla rahat değildi.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Mostly great - Reception provided a warm welcome and are very helpful and kind. They helped sort out things that needed translations and were very obliging. Breakfast was super. Chef came out at breakfast, helped to explain the beautiful breakfast spread, and ensured that everything was ok; he even cooked a special Turkish dish to try. Thank you very much to the very kind, helpful, and hospitable staff! :) The only, and biggest, problem (and not unique to this place so, please consider it) was that the hotel smells very strongly of cigarette smoke, starting right at the entrance. So strong that I felt stifled in my room, as if I had been trapped in a room full of active smokers. Even at minus five to ten degrees Celsius overnight, I had to keep the window open, which had minimal effect since the nicotine smell is completely embedded in the building and as such, difficult perhaps for the staff to notice as they may be smokers themselves and/or have become accustomed to the potent stench. This smell then soaks into one's own clothes/luggage. Unfortunately, this appears to be a common issue with accommodation in Turkey, as I too encountered this in many hotels. (And, guests can easily read about similar comments with other hotels). So, aside from the overwhelming nicotine smell, this place was wonderful -- very kind and helpful staff; great location close to airport, and excellent breakfast.
• Gareth (8/5): Great value hotel - The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the centre. The breakfast has a selection of different dishes but you need to order directly with the staff if you need your eggs cooked in the way that you may prefer. The language was a bit of a problem but you can point to the pictures !!

Genel olarak temiz bir otel. Odalar standart büyüklükte çok ferah veya çok dar değil. Ben rahat ettim. Yatak ise oldukça konforlu. Çarşaflar ve havlu setleri temiz. Çalışanlar oldukça yardım sever. Otoparkı biraz küçük gibi ama ben sorun yaşamadım. Kahvaltı ise harikaydı. Sucuklu, pastırmalı omlet efsane bence. En ufak bir negatif durum ile karşılaşmadım. Verilen paranın her kuruşunu kesinlikle bence hak ediyor. Yolum düşerse Kayseri'de gönül rahatlığıyla tekrar kalabileceğim bir otel.

Roof da restoran var ama içkili olmasından mi bilmiyorum cok kalabalık ve tam bir meyhane kahve ortami olmustu. Bir tane bayan bile yoktu. Ayni fiyatlarla odaniza servis yapalim defi görevliler. Onun dışında konforu ortami interneti gayet iyi. Kahvaltisi da gayet iyi. Pastirmali omlet yaptirdik gayet lezzetliydi. Portakal suyu bitmişti istediğimizde baska yok demeleri biraz ilginçti.

• FUNDA (6/5): Ski Holiday - We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The two gentlemen working at the front desk were friendly and always helpful. The maid was cheerful, friendly and always keep our room clean. The cook needs to drink more coffee in the morning. (Not so friendly) The breakfast was boring. Just the standard bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and egg. We did eat at the rooftop restaurant the food was delicious and service was fantastic. The only thing with the restaurant is that it’s a small space and most of the customers were smoking. Personally, I don’t want to smell cigarette smoke while eating my meal. We were in room 605 which faces a very busy highway. It was always noisy! For the parking. Our car was block from another car almost every time we left the hotel. It was annoying looking for the owner of the car so that we could leave.

• Julian (10/5): Comfortable hotel - Pleasant, well-appointed modern hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and there is a view over the city from the upper floors. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside is that it is located in an area where there are only furniture and building supply stores and nothing else, so it is completely deserted at night. You have to drive or take the tram into town if you want to go to a restaurant.
