- Adimilson (6/5): Uma Estadia Normal , porém decepcionante ! - Já fiquei 02 outras vezes no Serra Verde , mas desta vez, não dei sorte com meu quarto que estava horrível, luzes queimadas,Chuveiro com pouca vasão de água, foi um banho de goteira,chão do quarto muito desgastado dando péssima impressão de sujeira, enfim o quarto 113 que tentei trocar na recepção e não conseguir, alegaram que o hotel estava lotado, é sem duvida um dos piores quartos do hotel. Comida do hotel que sempre foi boa, só melhorou apartir do momento que o hotel foi lotando, os funcionários são gentis(destaque para incansável Mateus e o ótimo Chef Roberto ) , amigáveis e maravilhosos, este é o DIFERENCIAL do Serra Verde , seus funcionários. Acessibilidade para idosos e cadeirantes para conhecer area externa do hotel da parte dos cavalos para baixo é ruim, água quente do chuveiro é um grande perigo para idosos e desavisados até pela localizações das torneiras quentes e frias que não ajudam . Como sou fã do Serra Verde, desta vez fiquei MUITO DECEPCIONADO. O dono Sr Carlos Andre precisa parar de ser "dono de hotel" para ser "hoteleiro" como foi seu saudoso pai, Sr Helio. Por não interagir com os hospedes ,as consequências disso são perdas de grandes negócios, afinal , não é todo mundo que é hospede de excursão rodoviária ou seja Hospedes não são todos iguais . Um hotel para ser aceitável , ele precisa no minimo ser "IGUAL ou MELHOR do que a casa da gente! Muita sorte ao pessoal do Serra Verde e espero um melhor tratamento da próxima vez!
