- Michele (9/5): Overall it was a good experience and we would stay there again - Location was close to restaurants and easy short drive to the Lynn Family Sports facility. First night we were on the second floor right over the bar and near a very busy corner. We heard the music from the bar until it closed, but we heard rand loud traffic throughout the night. We’re light sleepers, so we asked for a different room, and we were given a very quiet location.

- ErfurtBlue (2/5): Shockingly Bad - Waste of a Rewards Night - Really disappointing stay. Used reward nights and got an upgrade, but honestly felt like a complete waste. Check-in was disorganised with no proper communication, and the room wasn’t cleaned until nearly 5pm. Noise was unbearable — karaoke blaring all afternoon and evening, and nonstop boom-boom music echoing through the building. Then cars were racing up and down Market Street all night with music blaring. No chance of any proper rest. The gym was a state — dirty, with used towels left everywhere — and the toilets by reception and the gym were filthy, with paper towels all over the floor and clearly not checked regularly. Expected far better. Definitely won’t be returning.

However, when my husband and I went to get breakfast, we were charged almost $50! I told the gentleman that breakfast was included with our reservation and he said yes ma'am, and continued to charge me. For this reason I will not stay at this hotel again.

I requested an extra blanket shortly after I arrived at 3 pm because I was not feeling well. Over the next four hours, I requested the blanket two more times. It never came. The beds here are ultra soft, which for me are not comfortable. It's really astounding that this is part of the Marriott chain. The staff here is clueless and the service sucks. Marriott, do better.

The nouse was the biggest issue with this particular location. Everytime someone enters or exits their room, the door slam was super loud and you could hear everything going on in the hallway as well as the rooms next to you and above you. We loved the location, so we'd stay here again, but definitely would request a room on the top floor to avoid loud footsteps above us all day and night.

A self parking on site garage was a big plus even at $25/day. Our 2 queens room was okay, just standard. It lacked lighting but comfortable. Our greatest issue was the lack of communication between staff. We were told to sit in the breakfast area after we ordered cheeseburgers (excellent) from the front desk, but after 45 minutes I found out the orders had to go through the bar, so our food had not been ordered. Many other instances of unclear communication exist, but the final day if we had not kept one of our room cards we would not have been able to get out of the garage as registered guests had to scan room card. We were not told that as we checked out. Even with issues, we would stay here again.

- DannyD81 (8/5): Little storage, but Lots of fun! - AC Hotel Downtown Louisville turned out to be a great spot for our family to convene for my cousin's wedding. Room was clean, staff was amazing, and the lobby/bar area was great for hanging out. Anthony, the bartender, felt like part of the family. Only downside to this hotel is there is little room for storing clothes. Not a lot of drawers, etc. You have to live out of your suitcase.

- C7046ULmichaelt (2/5): Bad customer service - My flight was cancelled on 6/23/24 due to the nationwide IT issues affecting many businesses. I am a Titanium Elite member and called to see if they could wave the charge due to circumstances outside of my control and thought with the flight cancel information it wouldn't be a problem. Spoke to both front desk and manager and it was declined. Terrible customer service and management. I would advise never to book this hotel and work with others.

They had someone come look at it who couldn’t fix it. He said he would be back and never came back . We had to go to the lobby multiple times to use the bathroom so we found this extremely inconvenient.

- Weathermess (4/5): Police presence needed - This hotel needs to have a better police presence in the area. It is impossible to sleep. Stayed here three nights, and was unable to sleep each night due to nonstop car racing outside in the street. The hotel needs to contact the police or sheriffs department. Pretty sad as the NULU area of Louisville is being revitalized and could be great.

Given the fact that this is a service industry, the staff at the desk should stop what they are doing and immediately engage with guest at the desk. Not the case here. Come on, folks, this is a service industry. Tell that front desk staff to smarten up! There is way too much competition out there to slack off. Also, if one is paying over $200+ per night, shouldn't parking and breakfast be included!?

Full bar in main area and great areas to sit and relax with family and friends. Staff is very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the room clean. Very updated hotel with a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Also some cute boutique stores in the area. I would definitely return.

What a wonderful person to have on your team. She truly was a delight. Our room was clean and far enough away from the sport teams and wedding party that was there so we had a very nice quiet evening, again, thanks to Renee.

There for wedding weekend and at 3pm on a Saturday our room still had not been cleaned and we needed fresh towels to shower and get ready for wedding by 4:30. Breakfast buffet very lacking in terms of quality and no coffee in the lobby. Restaurant staff very difficult. This is the first bad review I have ever done. I am not a difficult or fussy person. Would never recommend this property.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location and Nulu in Louisville is alive! - The shower faucets were a negative as they would go feom perfect temp to feezing to scalding and back to perfect. Something with Grohe faucets that I have experienced before. Other than that, the personnel, clenliness and service was excellent. Hoping the top of my message reaches Marriott's purchasing department. Grohe is the only shower faucet I've consistently had negative experiences with.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay here if you want to sleep - Very clean and front desk staff was friendly but would never stay here again. It’s located near bars so you can hear drunk people screaming and shouting on the street all night long causing a sleepless night for the family.

- lcsbgg (10/5): Clean, modern hotel in Louisville - We enjoyed a really nice three night stay at the AC Hotel in Louisville. The property is everything I've come to expect out of the AC brand. Clean, modern, and well-appointed. Rooms were quiet and very comfortable. On-site parking garage attached to the hotel. We didn't patronize the bar or restaurant but it seemed nice. We personally thought the location was very cool. Nulu is an up and coming part of downtown Louisville with great restaurants, bars, and shops. There were at least 5 awesome coffee shops within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Generally a cool place to walk around during the day and evening.

- William (8/5): Beautiful, but a little noisy. - The hotel itself is well appointed and the lobby is very nice. The room was comfortable...the only issue was noise from outside the hotel throughout the night kept us from sleeping well. I don't know what the answer to that problem would be.
