• López Estergaard-Jacobsen (10/5): - El edificio de piedra antiguo estaba mantenido en buen estado, manteniendo su encanto tradicional. Nani fue muy correcto y atento. Pudimos usar la pista de tenis sin problemas. La piscina estaba limpia. Todo lo que necesitamos para nuestra estancia estaba disponible. Muy facil bajar los cambios y descansar. Justo al lado hay vacas, y en el alojamiento mismo habia gatitos muy simpaticos.

Leider könnte das Agriturismo aus dem an sich super Tennis-/Fußballplatz mehr herausholen. Das Tennisnetz war kaputt und es gab weder Fußbälle noch gute Tennisbälle.
• Magdalena (9/5): Serene and relaxing stay! - The place offered quiet comfort and serenity. We truly enjoyed that the facility was impeccably clean, we had our apartment cleaned every day, could take advantage of a laundry service on the premises (which makes a difference if travelling with kids) and could have a relaxing and tasty breakfast every morning. It was great to spend some time in the garden or by the pool too (with our kids running freely and safely around). The staff was warm, friendly, unobtrusive and always available if needed! Thank you! This is not something that we did not like but if it were possible, having the option to have dinner at the premises (given that you would otherwise need to drive about 20-30 minutes to the nearest city) would be a lovely add-on (though there is a shared kitchen to cook on your own!).

• Cheryl (10/5): Everything about our stay was superb! - Fantastic stay. Well-maintained, historic accomodation with everything you could want for a relaxed, pleasant stay. The renovations are tastefully done, maintaining the historic era while meeting comfort needs of the times. The breakfasts were out of this world, everything made from scratch by onsite staff. The owner/ host was available to meet any need arising with congeniality. We will highly recommend this rare find to others. Nothing.

• Dik (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay here. The agriturismo has 5 rooms/appartments in total so it’s nice and cosy and not crowded at all but the place itself is very spacious. Breakfast was great, fresh fruits every morning. We cooked two nights in the shared kitchen, three rooms have their own kitchen though. The room itself was big and beautiful. They are all very unique. The garden is full of fruits, the pool is clean. The bins in the room were emptied every day, bed was remade en toilet was cleaned. The location is great, 10 mins away from supermarkets coop and conad, 25 mins to Noto, 40 to Ragusa, 10 to Pozzallo. The host Nanni is very attentive and friendly and is very willing to help you have the best stay possible. 10/10 would recommend.

• Vanessa (9/5): fabulous tranquil stay in the countryside, with access to many of the areas best sites - Agriturismo Villa Flavia exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful room with a big terrace overlooking the house, pool and neighbouring fields. The kitchen is on the terrace and is a bit of a camping experience - difficult in midday heat but perfectly adequate for cosy dinners when it cools down, which we had nightly (there is a full-size fridge/freezer and a 3 burner camping stove, with plenty of plates/cutlery/utensils). The room was big and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was very decent with a lovely anteroom to get ready. Our rooms were cleaned daily without any pressure to tidy up our belongings too much. The pool was clean and a very good size, surrounded by citrus trees and palms. I was even able to pick a few lemons and herbs from the garden for our dinners! The furniture is also very stylish. Breakfast was a lovely addition - although the choices were static there was more than enough and Nanni and his team are very accommodating to requests. They even asked what kind of bake our 3 year old might like for his last breakfast :) To be honest the team really makes the stay special - they are kind, helpful, polite, but still give you a feeling that you are enjoying your own peace and quite. The only thing I would say is that the sound-proofing between rooms is not the best (nothing you can do in an old farmhouse). We were woken up in the early mornings by the adjacent room's baby. On the days we were on our own, it was the picture of tranquility. So if you're sensitive to noise I would just suggest asking Nanni if/who anyone is booked into the room next to yours. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a single thing and would love to come back. nothing

• Julia (10/5): We can truly recommend Villa Flavia. A family-run agriturismo with opportunities to rest, play tennis or sit on your ter - We had such a great time! Villa Flavia is a beautiful place to get some peaceful days. The pool, the breakfast area, the apartments, everything is made with love. We had such great conversations with Nanni, who is a great host to all his guests. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook after a long day while enjoying the sunset.

• Julie (10/5): Idyllic retreat in glorious part of Sicily - The property is set in a beautiful garden with the added bonus of a lovely pool with plenty of seating and lounging area. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was good and included optional eggs cooked to perfection - a nice antidote to the sweet stuff which is really not to my taste for breakfast. It was really useful to have access to a kitchen to make basic meals on the odd occasion we did not want to go out for dinner and lunch. Nanni and his small team are the most perfect hosts. We really loved it here and would like to return. I can't fault the accommodation. There was construction noise on weekdays which spoilt the peace but nothing that would be within the control of the premises I assume.
• Oliver (9/5): Superb - Nanni the host was very welcoming and accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights with a toddler and two elderly persons. All necessities were provided and Nanni checked in to see that our stay was comfortable. Pool area looks nice even though we didn't manage to use it due to non ideal weather. Location is a few minutes drive to Modica and road leading to agriturismo is easily accessible with car.

Wifi connection is really bad in some rooms. We had the one with the big balcony but there was almost no wifi. Nanni was nice enough to let us use the other rooms for internet. Breakfast was really nice but almost same everyday

• Lucie (7/5): A disappointing stay at a highly rated Agriturismo. - Unfortunately due to some unexplained circumstances we did not get a room in the old historical building but in a modern and plain and undistinguished block. Moreover, we were not able to have dinner on any of the three nights we stayed, which again which was unexpected and unexplained. These two facts considerably reduced our anticipated enjoyment of this highly rated Agriturismo. However, the pool was lovely and breakfast was excellent and the very friendly women who were providing this made a special point of adding bacon and eggs for us each morning for their English guests! See above.
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Without a doubt this makes it to one of the most accomodating Agriturismo we have ever been to. Nanni had our stay on silver plate. Anna's breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very clean, and clearly recently renovated, with memory foam mattresses and accomodating our 1.5 year old with a proper cot. Many cats roaming outside the area which are very well kept and fed, nonetheless the very sweet resident cat Balu who never fails to come say hi during breakfast Will definitely go again !!

• Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and quite place. the distance from the seaside aprox. 10min by car. Within 1h driving Modica/Noto/Ragusa nice places to visit. Nanni is very helpful as well the other stuff. Rooms exactly as on pictures. Breakfest with enough selection of food. Pool was great. The equipment by the pool need to be fixed sunbeds and umbrelas.

• Zoran (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay at Villa Falvia. This is an authentic Sicilian farmhouse (300 years old) with Mediterra-nean garden. If you plan to feel the real Sicily, this is a place to be. It has a good position to explore ba-roque cities and beautiful beaches in South-Eastern Sicily. Villa has a tranquil pool surrounded by palm, lemon, and olive trees. Nanni is a great host, and he gave us valuable tips for sightseeing, local restaurants, and beaches. We initially booked for 5 days, but we finally extended our stay at Villa Flavia because we en-joyed every minute there. We highly recommend this place to families and couples seeking an authentic and peaceful spot to visit South-East Sicily.

Everything is tastefully renovated on the farm that has been in the family for several generations, rooms are big and clean plus the breakfast is very tasty as well. And even when you get stranded with your car Nanni is there to help you out :) nothing to report
• Karen (10/5): Charming country retreat - Charming historic Agriturismo with spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds & seating area. Available full kitchen down the hall for common use. Loved being greeted at the entrance with sleeping cats & the neighboring cows in the field. Our breakfasts were varied, plentiful, & delicious. Nice strong coffee!! A car is necessary to get here & visit all the nearby Baroque cities. Our host was quite helpful & knowledgeable. Absolutely nothing!
• Simona (10/5): When we arrived at the new location (Sciaccia), we were sorry that we didn’t stay in the Villa Flavia for more days. - I really love this place 😍! Everything was wonderful and the host Nanny is so kind. Location, the swimming pool, breakfast, spacious and clean room,… Perfect ten!!!
