- Darren Baldwin (7/5): average - was centrally located right next to railway goods line u had to go up 2 flights of steps to get to the lift which being disabled didnt help room was litl small plugs worked shower hot but cramped bed comfy and plenty plug sockets air con worked perfectly breakfast was ok if a bit samey would stay again but only as limited options dont say youve got a lift if you have to walk up 2 sets of steps to use there was access via key so only one set of steps but was blocked and dark access and stock stored there

- Jorge (1/5): Surrealista - Nada Dicen primera linea de mar y no es cierto. Las fotos corresponden a una zona aparentemente reformada. Me dieron una habitación interior dando la ventana al pasillo y adivinidad que había debajo de la ventana. Pues un magnífico sofá para que la gente se siente a un palmo de tu cama con cristales mínimos otra perla es que la entrada tiene dos escaleras, la primera un escalón gigante con la calle y la segunda una empinada a recepción en planta primera. Había un tío en el patio donde daba la habitación haciendo cortes con una rotaflex. Surrealista pero cierto. Ahí lo dejo.

Also the first night me and my wife stayed here we kept sneezing and eventually got us both sick on our trip

But don’t expect any kind of customer service as the staff don’t give a hoot. - Good location, air conditioning works well and standard but decent breakfast included with room Reception staff were extremely rude and had a very bad attitude, we were provided only stained and dirty looking hand towels and were expected to use this for having a shower. Shower was leaky and looked very old.

- Denise (8/5): Very good - The cleaning personnel was absolutely adorable, and the room was always clean and tidy. They offered a laundry service too for free. The Wifi was great. Our room, after being unsatisfied with the first one, was upgraded for one beautiful and with a balcony for free. The breakfast was very nice and the terrace has a really beautiful view. Personnel is very nice. The first room they assigned to us was with a very old bathtub, looking very rusty, impossibile to full up because impossibile to close and with the water constantly changing from too hot to too cold. We ask for a room with a shower. They immediately change our room for a beautiful room with a balcony, coffee, and tea for free and a nice shower. The beach is beautiful and it takes 5 min to arrive but unfortunately you need a taxi (very cheap) No safety box. Breakfast was always the same (We stayed 6 days).

I would never recommend this place, don't waste your money.

- Mezan (1/5): Disappointing - I have stayed at this hotel before. My booking included a terrace / patio but my room didn't have this. The 1st room I was given the window was broken which meant that anybody from outside could potentially open the window and get into the room. I was given another room. No terrace, no balcony and no patio which is what I booked and paid for. Usually they give water bottles but I didn't get this or a fridge in the room. No balcony, no terrace and no patio with the room. No water given.

- Rabeh (7/5): Good value for money - Staff is super friendly. It’s located at the heart of the city, close the pottery stores in the old Medina. The view from the room is amazing! Rooms are tight and cozy, nothing fancy but for the price they do the job (we were only spending one night there and out most of the day). We wanted to enjoy the view from the room during the day, however at night, it’s a super busy street… The breakfast is not a buffet, so if you like to have your breakfast, you might want to have a part 2 breakfast elsewhere.
