- Michael (9/5): - Bed was comfortable, room was. Clean Seemed to take a long time for shower to warm up. Motel sign hidden behind tree ,like lotss of signage in the area
- Robin (7/5): Decent enough but not great - I didnt see any breakfast
It was an old run down place but clean -
Beds were moderately comfortable I brought my own pillow but the ones there were very thick and not comfortable
- Jay (7/5): it was okay -
- Michele (1/5): We did not end up staying in either room. - There seemed to be permanent residents in a majority of the rooms, especially on the ground level. Our two assigned rooms were in completely different buildings.
- Thomas (7/5): -
- Martin (3/5): A unique experience!! - It was in a very good location for the purpose of the trip. The property was extremely run down! Actually, the worst we have ever experienced in regard to upkeep. The beds were basically cots(no box springs, just a metal frame). The mattresses, however, were comfortable and, although hard to tell due to the age and condition of furniture, fixtures, etc. the facility may (or may not)have been clean (there was a blood stain on one of the towels). We had asked for a box of tissues and received one that was already opened. There was no clock or phone in the room.
- Richard (2/5): the facility was not to our expectations - this was not a positive experience. the room smelled musty , there was no place to store our clothes, no outside light in the hallway which caused my son to fall and twist his ankle. the staff did not seem experienced enough to run this motel

- florence (7/5): -
- Vincent (6/5): -
- Michael (6/5): - I didn't look.
- Terrence (10/5): - Pleasantly surprised with the great beds and pillows. Economic Catskills option. To be honest, for your benefit, some shady looking people around that are perfectly harmless. Clean room, good bath facilities and great beds.
- Akhror (8/5): -
- Andrea (6/5): Ok für eine Nacht - Zimmer verfügbar. Bad ok. Fenster zum Öffnen. Kein Teppichboden Sauberkeit (schmutziger Boden, Reste von Cookies im Nachttisch, Bettdecke schmuddelig). Kein Haarföhn
- Donald (10/5): - Old motel but clean and kept up well. Thick towels, new curtains, beds, and a/c.
- Bibi (6/5): - The exterior surroundings of the property need to be made more attractive and tidy. The room was clean. However the bed was not comfortable.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
- Tremaine (10/5): Just for work - It was clean The tv could had been a little bigger
- Ibrahim (10/5): - All good
- george (10/5): -
- Nicole (10/5): - We had a really nice time, the room was clean, and the staff was accommodating. The area had places open late which was great since we didn’t check in until past 6pm. My toddler loved it, she said she loved the bathroom haha. Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be making future reservations.
- Carlos (10/5): - You can’t beat the location or the price. The rooms are clean and very very basic. The outside of the place looks terrible.

- Peter (3/5): Felt like the setting of a movie with an unhappy ending. - Location Not clean. One glaring LED light in the room. Shower was dirty. I drove home rather than stay the night.
- Simeon (6/5): Good for what it's worth - Wasn't expecting too much with the 2.5 star rating.. Stayed there because I could walk to the theater for a show
- Tremaine (9/5): Nice place to stop and rest - The bathroom For me the bed wasn’t for me it was too firm
- Barbara (6/5): BJ - It lacked the basic necessities of an iron, an ice lock on the door.
- Monica (8/5): - Stayed for one night. Clean and quiet. Affordable.
- Yoav (9/5): -
- douglas (6/5): inside good outside bad - Outside is very sketchy. Nothing like the picture. Trash and junk all over.
Inside, room clean but very spartan. no coffee no microwave.
Good for a stay after Bethel Woods show, but not a place I would go on purpose.
- BRAD (6/5): The cheapest available at the time. - Everyone talks about how dumpy the outside of this Hotel is. They are right. Fresh paint would go a long way to up its appearance.
The rooms were surprisingly clean, and our bath was remodelled recently.
The biggest complaint we had was our window faces the road that's all of about 8' away. The din of traffic was constant....but somewhat muffled. I wouldn't want to sleep with the windows open though.
- Luciane (5/5): Needs maintenance - Bathroom Very dirty hotel, the room entrance door full of cobwebs. Even the check-in area. Room without a coffee maker.
Dirty environment
- Ana (10/5): -
- robert (8/5): - Needed a place to stay after the concert at Bethel woods
Hotel room was clean and comfortable and cheap.. area was soso
- Avery (2/5): - The toilet "flushed" the water would go down but anything on the bowl wouldn't. The chain locked, but the door didn't. The mattresses were cheap and uncomfy
- Nicole (10/5): -
- Maritza (8/5): - The room was great but the outside are was scary
- Nick (5/5): -
- Sifu (7/5): It did the trick. -
- Dmitry (10/5): - Great value for money- did not expect it to be so well maintained
- Tremaine (9/5): Being close to work - The bathroom and peacefulness Sometime the tv would be a delay when turning channels
- Kirill (7/5): Bare bones but functional - It was conveniently located, and the rooms were clean. The price was rather low, too. The hotel looks dilapidated from the outside, the staff is barely visible. Our room was facing the road and it was very noisy. AC was available and working but also very noisy.
- Tremaine (9/5): Comfortable place to rest - The bathroom it is nicely built Typical cob webs lol
- Jen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Just ok - The Hotel exterior was run down, but the room , although sparse and stark, was clean. Bed was comfy. Staff barely spoke. This is a place you go to when you only need a quick overnight stay, like for a Concert.
- Thomas (6/5): Pleasant - It was available. Close to the “Theater District” and several good restaurants No daily servicing. Finally new towels after I asked on the fourth day
- Isaias (2/5): - The place is nothing bud a drug and prostitution hang out. Not clean, humid and in very bad condition no one should stay there. Can’t take the smell.
- tol (6/5): Good Location - Inside the room was clean. Outside requires a lot of maintenance. The best part was its convenient location to a nearby event.
- Valeriia (10/5): Exceptional - I was very surprised how clean was inside
- Jordan (8/5): For one night this is the spot! - Proximity. The outside could use a fresh coat of paint and a good sweep, but the room itself inside was very clean and quiet!!!
- Juan (1/5): Bad -
- Kevin (5/5): Inside good, outside very bad! - Room was clean Cosmetically, the place needs a LOT of work!
- Sifu (7/5): Good -
- Schwarz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philippides (8/5): Very good - Price Smell of the room
- Nick (6/5): - It’s ok for one night
- Cristina (10/5): - Very clean
- Lauren (8/5): - Good value. Clean.
- Parotte (10/5): Exceptional -
- Valerie (2/5): - The lodging prices to go aww a concert at Bethel Woods are exorbitant - so we found this place online about 40 minutes away. The online pics make it look charming and quaint, but be prepared. It’s run down with tools and bags of cement laying on the ground and some windows have even been blacked out. There are a few unsavory looking folks living there that look strung out and spend the white day doing nothing but smoking.. you have to walk through the fog to get to your room.
- Solomiya (7/5): Good -
- Emily (7/5): Good -
- Clista (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - This pla e is gross! I almost cried! I wanted to just sleep in the car!!! People smoking and smoking pot! The room smelled like varnish from the head board. The floors were filthy we were afraid to take our shoes off! The bathroom smelled like urine!!!! It was horrible!!!!
- John (7/5): Good -
- Jeffrey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bill (6/5): fair but clean - rooms were clean and were recently updated The outside left ALOT to be desired
- Maryann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dasan (8/5): - The motel was in a pretty quiet neighborhood, despite some traffic.
I didn't like the face that there was no microwave in the rooms, but the place was good overall
- Maryann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Masayo (8/5): - good
- Maryann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grantham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trysta (8/5): Very good -
- Lesia (10/5): Great stay for a motel in small remote town - Room always clean and staff Friendly and helpful Small parking area
- April (10/5): great value for the money - the rooms were all renovated and nice I wish they had a dresser, fridge, & microwave
- Larry (7/5): Good -
