- Niji (7/5): A decent stay in the heart of the city - The rooms are spacious. Very near to bus station and railway stations. The roof top bar restaurant is really good. The parking will be mostly full. The building is a bit old and hence has its layout issues.
- JRT6111 (5/5): A short stay. - I like the hotel was centrally located and the food was good. I didn't like the housekeeping very poor and needs a total upgrade in services. There is a stench in tbe hallways possibly from the carpets. The staff are not well versed with the facilities and basic information about the hotel restaurants. The room services are not available in the early hours even for a coffee. There was a frequent cut off in power which kept switching the aircon off.

Esoecially one lady staff rude, unprofessional, artogant impolite nd not understanfing the gravity of situation nd helping. Instead made things difgicult with artogancy nd demanding nature. Locker was not functional. Changed multiple times without any result Requested chsngr of toom as we had just 10mts left yo reach funcyoon site which was not attended to, nd instead ahn sd will chsnge anther locker. - Rhys (7/5): Good stay but a little noisy if the room is on the road - Great location, good size room/s, AC in both the bedroom and living room. The laundry price is reasonable and was ready in half a day. The floor of the room could do with a good clean, our socks were dirty after walking around for a few minutes. The breakfast selection was okay but if you want a western breakfast it’s not amazing, there were omelettes available but it wasn’t offered and we only found out because someone else ordered and we had to find a staff member and ask ourselves. The coffee shop is okay but didn’t open until 11AM, would have been could to get a proper coffee in the morning. The room was at the front of the building and if you’re not used to noise you may struggle as the road noise never stops.

- George (8/5): Stay at Elite - Located in the city Centre. Parking for the guest has not been given priority. On a rainy days, the yard is muddy and potholes. Security personnel should be trained to identify the guest’s car, for that reception should provide parking stickers. I was tossed around for late night for parking.

- Nikhil (6/5): It's ok. Also the only option. - The whole 5th floor smelled like a bathroom. It was the banquet floor with public toilets. In the room too the bathroom smelled very damp and nauseating. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Just the smell. Bed headboard was warped. Looked like water damage. Under the bed and mattress was dirty. They really should check this area. Sheets and rest were clean. AC was not the most powerful but good enough. They also should maybe install a couple of dimmer bulbs. All the bulbs/lights were very bright. Need the bed ones to be dimmer. And maybe need a night light. Iron and ironing board worked well.

But when I reached the property they told me that our booking is without breakfast. I don't know who is cheating. Please check what went wrong and do the correction accordingly so that it will not happen in future. I am not happy with Booing.Com. Please take necessary action for the mistake you have done and advise what action you have taken to improve your services.
