• Mark (7/5): All in all a great property, could be amazing with some TLC!!! - This property is fantastic for a large group and in a great location if you have a car. There were 8 of us and we all had our own space. The beds were comfy and air conditioning was available all rooms. The garden is beautiful, private and quiet and the private pool is what makes this a fantastic property with sea views. The bathrooms were modern and clean. It lacked TLC and could do with updating tired and broken furnishings in the outside areas. There were not mirrors to do hair and makeup in all the bedrooms and some rooms lacked drawers, dressing table etc were others were very well equipped with fitted wardrobes. One of the fridges is also not working as it should be and found go with being replaced. The biggest disappointment was the outside area and equipment which could be spectacular and better value for money with a little money spent on it. For example the umbrella and shelter over the terrace was old and dirty and needs cleaning or replacing. One of the sun beds was broken and hadn’t been replaced and some tables were rusty and old. Also the barbecue was old and rusty and wouldn’t want to use it. The pool table is broken with only one queue to use, not good when advertised as having one. Also the upstairs terrace furniture was old and scruffy and the glass balcony needs a good clean, again this could be a fantastic area with a bit of TLC and better furnishings, especially considering the price we paid.

• Lucian (9/5): excelent, I would go again. - The garden, the pool and the terrace. Close enough to reach the downtown by car in 2-3 minutes and also Fig tree beach but far from the noise of the clubs wifi does not reach the farthest room on the first floor and the baby monitor did not work, we had to extend the wire and move the router closer in order to get coverage
