- robert john henry (4/5): Worn out dump - Not much other than handy location. Cheap The whole hotel had no hot water. The fridge was warm and smelt and had water sitting in it, on first attempt the attendant couldnt open my room with the key. Had to go back to reception for another key. Worked on 2nd attempt. Ants everwhere. Bedside wood veener cabinet the veener was peeling off. Stuck down with clear cellophane tape. When the toilet was flush water would come out of the tap at the sink. When you had a cold shower the tap at the sink would fill the sink to overflowing out the overflow hole??? No idea how this could happen. Night attendant spoke zero English. Had to communicate by voice to phone and read the text translation.

- Renee (10/5): - The staff were absolutely so lovely and helpful, very kind. We were only staying one night and on our way to Langkawi so it was a comfy bed. We got straight off a 15 hour express bus and hadn't booked any accommodation. They fit is straight in at 9 am and moved bookings around so we had a double bed at very short notice. Big rooms too. The only negative is that the building is aged. Could do with a makeover. The bed was comfy and the staff were lovely so it was great.
- Poobalan Shamugam (8/5): Good place,More love needed. - Good location, not too central and at the same time not too far from basic shops. Plus point, great parking space behind the hotel,Saturdays night market is right in front of the entrance. Great staffs, especially Khun B that works during day. The hotel is fairly aged. Much maintenance is needed. They have a great outdoor space at level 4 but needs some makeover to attract more guests.

- Richard (8/5): Fine for a short stay in the Centre of Satun Town - Good location & large room with nice views across Satun and beyond to the rolling green hills WiFi wasn’t good
- Halimatun saadiah (7/5): - Near with morning market
- Pumpuang (9/5): Very good hotel - Location good, room very clean and comfortable, staff excellent. Could not connect to hotel WiFi.
- Emiel (7/5): Good hotel / staff very friendly and helpfull -
- Bob Mott (7/5): Short overnight and off to the ferry to Langkawi next morning. Hotel booked the ferry for same cost. - location centre of town. Handy to banks and restaurants nothing special. Breakfast was cheap by hotel standards. Why they waste time and money with lettuce and sliced carrot decoration on a American breakfast I do not know. Sausages with those cheap who knows whats in the type x 4 small. Could have been two decent ones instead. Bread you toasted yourself and coffee self serve. It worked
- Poobalan Shamugam (8/5): Simple and calm place - Good view from the room. I was looking at the mountains, the plains and the river. So it was a wonderful view. Very basic amenities but all good. And the front office staffs were friendly and helpful. Especially the night receptionist. Walking distance to the night market. The hotel is old,so bare that in mind. Other than that, not too shabby. Well kept.

- Annika (8/5): - Great place to stay when in transition, not far from ferry port with taxi. Very big room, huge bed and lovely views! Great value for money. Air con works well even though looks old. Close to food places. Unfortunately there was no breakfast option at the hotel, but that's probably because it was low season. We did see some ads about breakfast so that was a bit confusing.
- Ayesha (5/5): -
- Jure (8/5): - Velika, zračna in svetla soba. V bližini zelo dobra majhna lokalna restavracija. Nudijo prevoz do porta.
- Al-hindi (10/5): Exceptional - It is located near a street that has a food market every Saturday and the room is big, with a hotub and hot water. The hotel has a self-operable washing machine so no need to worry about dirty clothes. The view from the room was exceptionally beautiful because the window is large and shows a river and a forest beyond the town The TV had 20 Thai channels but no English ones, and the WIFI was very slow.

- Renata (6/5): Very good for one night. - We only stayed one night as we needed to catch the ferry to Langkawi in the morning, at 11.30. It is a short taxi ride to Tammalang Pier and conveniently located for On's bar on the opposite side of the road. The room was certainly big enough, only the bathroom was rather tired and dated, but hey - the shower worked. The real bonus was the area we discovered behind the hotel: a beautiful path along the river or the canal, with lush vegetation (well, it's Thailand), very peaceful and really delightful. The bathroom.

- Larry (8/5): Very good -
- Oliver (8/5): Very good - Probably the best best view we ever had in Thailand.
Although we just stayed one night to get to langkawi next day, we really enjoyed the view from the room. The shower would need some treatment.
- Peter (1/5): Not exactly a place for a honeymoon... - Not much to like.
Maybe just the location.
The people who claims that this is a nice place are telling a lie... Or are not used to have a bed in their house. In general a dirty old hotel.
The receptionist didn't speak English.
There were ants and other bugs all over the room.
Bathroom seems to be from the early century.
Bed was stonehard.
Fridge was disgusting and full of mold. And not working...
Water came sprinkling out of the a/c.

- Melanie (6/5): from reception the exitement goes away in the room - only positive thing was that the room is big and you have space. nice closet and table/ mirror. entrance look better than what you get in your room shower looks disgusting almost didn’t wanna shower, the bath looks like it’s from Chernobyl.. there were black hairs everywhere. tabs were loose and almost broken.
