- Stefania (8/5): Godibile - Ottima struttura, pulita, elegante, centrale. Staff professionale. Il bagno della camera non ha finestre, e neanche una ventola di aerazione. I cattivi odori arrivano nella stanza.
- Luca69 (9/5): Consigliato assolutamente - Siamo venuti a L'Aquila per il giuramento e abbiamo apprezzato sia la città che l'hotel sito in pieno centro, nella via principale che è anche area pedonale. Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione ottima e varia. Ristorante annesso ottimo Purtroppo il vantaggio di essere posizionato in pieno centro a volte crea disagio nel trovare posto per l'auto e attualmente l'hotel non dispone di parcheggio riservato.

- travellingbuzz (10/5): Character hotel with heart - A beautiful old style hotel with heart. We spent 3 nights here as part of a group tour. From what I hear each room was quite different but spacious and comfortable. We had a fridge for drinks and a Nespresso machine. Wine glasses were in the fridge. Room servicing was efficient. Breakfast was good with some interesting options and the coffee excellent. My one complaint was that if you are up too late then the hot water for showers does run out! The tennis was on and one day the reception staff accomodated those keen to watch with so much hospitality. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Soggiorno l'aquila - Albergo senza dubbio bello, con delle mancanze tipo il carrello x trasporto dei bagagli, essendo nel centro storico non è possibile parcheggiare x scarico, l'auto va lasciata per poco tempo nelle vie adiacenti La camera era grande e spaziosa, il bagno grande ma senza un adeguato appoggio per il beauty, solo una mensolina, sarebbe sufficente uno sgabellino, nessun appoggio x gli asciugamani che sono appoggiati sul calorifero distante dal lavabo. Nella camera non funzionava la luce in entrata che dava luce anche all'armadio, ho chiesto di sistemarla ma non l'hanno fatto. Non funzionava nemmeno il tasto non disturbare nella porta, fatto presente mi hanno rispisto che non funzionava ma in camera almeno un cartellino da appendere alla porta potevano metterlo. Nel contesto tutto il resto andava bene, sia la colazione varia e la cortesia del personale. Posizione ottima in centro dove c'è ampia scelta x pranzo e cena. Se non fosse per quelle mancanze sarebbe top ma da un hotel 4 stelle io lo pretendo.

Breakfast was ok and very friendly service Somehow too central because all the nightlife seem to happen around there and I had a room into a narrow side street where plenty of tennagers were hanging out .. so extremely noisy late after midnight unfortunately . The bed had a blanket which was heavy and not comfortable to sleep with .. it push my feet’s always down and I had to pull it all up on the bed to make it somehow work.
