- Verified traveler (10/5): - halley hostel is a very friendly place located in the Old Quarter in the quiet alley. They offer trips and transportation in a good price. Rooftop on fifth floor is a great area to take some rest and make new friends. Breakfast includes eggs, bread, noodles, jams and fruit.
