• Helmut (8/5): Appartement top und für 2 oder 3 Tage München guter Ausgangspunkt. - Lage Nähe (50 - 100m) der S-Bahn-Linie Mittersendling. Rewe Markt direkt vor der Haustüre.
• Nicola (10/5): - Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst geräumig. Die Gegend an sich ist sehr ruhig, somit konnten wir bestens schlafen. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Rewe Markt. Die S-Bahn Station ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank
• Ema (10/5): Das Apartment ist empfehlenswert - Das Apartment hatte eine gute Lage und war nur 13 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die S-Bahn-Station war in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gegenüber befand sich ein Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch war. Außerdem war das Apartment sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.
• Javier (9/5): Confortable y lugar agradable - El alojamiento en general Eché a faltar al menos una botella de agua como cortesía, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el alto precio que he pagado para pasar una noche (más de 200 €). No me fue posible comprar agua, con lo que me tocó beber del grifo. Estoy seguro que con el alto precio un detalle como una pequeña botella de agua en la nevera, se hubiera agradecido.

• ORFEAS (1/5): ΑΠΑΙΣΙΑ! - Το μοναδικό ωραίο ήταν η τοποθεσία Ηταν βρώμικη η τουαλέτα, με κακή αισθητική τα δωμάτια, άβολα κρεβάτια και είχε μία χάλια μυρωδιά. Το χειρότερο ήταν ότι ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΕ ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΣΩΣΤΕ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΜΠΟΥΜΕ, ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΠΑΡΚΑΡΟΥΜΕ, ΓΙΑ CHECK IN, ΓΙΑ CHECK OUT και οι ανθρωποι δεν επικοινωνούν τηλεφωνικά μετά τις 22:00. Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα σε κατάλυμμα της booking και συν τις άλλοις πανακριβο. Σκέτη απογοήτευση, ντροπή σας!

• Monty73 (9/5): A great apartment away from the tourist trail - The apartment was spacious, well presented and in a quiet suburb of Munich. The site has a fascinating industrial past, and whilst it may not be a traditional tourist area I felt it was all the better for it. Checking in was easy, the staff were available and very polite, there was a supermarket across the street and the station was a 5 minute stroll. It was all great for us.
• Adam (10/5): The perfect break! - Perfectly situated right next to the S7 train - just four stops from Munich Central. The apartment was stunning. Much bigger than anticipated and a great balcony to boot. Beautiful walk in shower and plenty of space for clothing. The bed itself was very comfortable and the breakfast bar was great too. Everything was just perfect really - can’t fault a single thing. Staff were very helpful and went through the train system with us. All in all this was a very special trip to a very special city. Not much. The fridge was making a very slight noise - probably the compressor - but it was too quiet to worry about. Not even worth bringing up to the staff really. And where we were there was a kindergarten below but it wasn’t too noisy at all - just something to be aware of I suppose. Otherwise it’s very hard to find any complaints at all.

• NIKOLAOS (9/5): Εξαιρετική. - Καινούριο σε καλή τοποθεσία. Ήρθε εκτάκτος και το 2ο παιδί μας μαζί και δε μας έφεραν καμία αντίρρηση στο να στρώσουν ένα καναπέ που περίσσευε στο δωμάτιο (3 ατόμων ) για να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Δε μας χρέωσαν και δεν δυσανασχέτησαν. Μας έκανε πολύ καλή εντύπωση.

• Alina (10/5): A quiet and clean apartment near the center - Spacious apartment, separate bedroom, comfortable bathroom. There is almost everything for a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet, and there is a supermarket in the next building. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are nearby. It would be possible to add tea, sugar, salt, and more coffee capsules. This is cheap, but it immediately solves some of the problems for travelers.

• iris (9/5): טובה מאד - חדר מרווח, נקי, ממוקם בשכונה שקטה, עם קו 17 קרוב שמגיע למרכז העיר, סופרמרקט ממול. אין מיזוג בחדרים אנחנו היינו בחורף זה לא הפריע. יש חניה ברחוב. הכניסה פשוטה עם קוד שמקבלים. יש ללחוץ את הקוד בתיבת הדואר והוא נפתח עם המפתחות בפנים. קיבלנו שירות מעולה מאיש הצוות סנדרו. אין פינוי זבל וניקיון במהלך השהות, הכלים במטבח מינימאליים,  החדרים ללא נוף, המיטה והכריות מאד רכות. אין לובי, זה קומפלס של דירות, המשרד נמצא בקומה העליונה ולא תמיד מאויש, אבל כל פעם שפנינו בטלפון סנדרו עזר לנו ונתן מענה, במיוחד בשהייה הארוכה שלנו בדירה.

We turned it off after the first night and stored the food on the balcony (which was no problem as we had freezing winter temperatures).

Posizione parcheggio in quartiere comodo e gratuito, due minuti a piedi dalla fermata della S-BAHN che in 10min porta in stazione centrale da cui ci si può muovere comodamente a piedi o prendere altro mezzo; ottimo supermercato a 50mt; quartiere tranquillo con locali anche per colazione e cena. Il letto supplementare era instabile; cuscini migliorabili.

• Fiona (8/5): A good option but beware of how few of the necessities are supplied. - Location was easy to get to. Just 4 stops on the S7 train line from Munich hbf platform 36. Only about 100m walk from Mittersendling train station and a Rewe supermarket is on the same street for buying items to use in the kitchenette. A few of the very basic supplies would be helpful. Eg a normal sized hand-wash in the bathroom, 6-10 tea bags and sugar with the long life milk sachets and more than 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay. An ability to Cast to the TV would also be helpful for the many travellers who are not German speaking.

• Glenda (6/5): convenient location - clean and spacious room w kitchen. very clear instructions on how to self check-in as we checked-in over the weekend (reception is closed on weekends). reception (when open) also offers luggage storage. walking distance from Mittersendling S-bahn station (less than 5min walk). staff were friendly and helpful :) the room had a strange smell upon arrival, which only dissipated after ventilating the room by keeping the window open throughout our stay (2 nights). we would recommend installing an air purifier or air freshener to improve air quality. for future guests, it is also advisable to air the room immediately upon check-in.

• Mario (9/5): Zu empfehlen! - Sehr sauber. Extrem ruhig. Man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Meiner Meinung etwas überteuert, jedoch ist man in München … sind Kleinigkeiten die mich persönlich bisschen gestört haben. Eine Flasche Wasser o.ä. war nicht vorhanden. (Kenne ich aus anderen Hotels/Apartments) zudem musste man das Parkhaus 12€/Nacht bei dem Preis auch noch zahlen…hätte ich mir als Inklusive erwartet (steht aber Korrekterweise auch in der Anzeige das es Geld kostet).

• Armin (9/5): Zentral und ruhig gelegen - Sehr ruhige Lage in ca. 500 m Entfernung von der S-Bahn. Relativ neues Gebäude, Fahrstuhl und ordentlicher Ausstattung. Das Zimmer wie auch das gesamte Gebäude waren sehr sauber und hinterließen einen positiven Gesamteindruck. Der "automatische Pförtner" funktionierte einwandfrei und gab die benötigte KeyCard frei. Die Matratze im Bett war für mich definitiv zu weich. Die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche war OK, allerdings steht als Sitzgelegenheit lediglich eine Küchentheke mit Hockern zur Verfügung. Etwas gemütlicheres wäre schön.

Good location, subway very close and way to get to the centre The apartment was very hot even on the lowest setting. We had to have the patio doors open in December! The fridge had been cleaned but smelt horrendous

• Florian (9/5): - Sehr schönes App, mit Balkon, sehr ruhig. Für mich war die Lage Top, jedoch für München-Besucher kann die Lage etwas weit weg vom Schuß sein. um das Auto bis am Abend des Abreisetages in der Tiefgarage stehen zu lassen hätte ich einen weiteren Tag bezahlen sollen.

• Nichola (10/5): A wonderful stay in December to get you get you in the Christmas spirit - Good location. Apartments are exactly as described and looks just like the photos. Room was very warm on arrival, which was great as it was so cold out. Bed was super comfy. Rooms are perfectly equipped for a short stay, with all you need to have breakfast at home. We also made snacks in the evening on days we had eaten out at lunchtime. I read there was an iron and ironing board, but didn't see this. We weren't sure where to take out rubbish, nothing in the room to say this, but we just went to reception to find out. Cushion covers on the sofa needed a wash. These were trivial things, that wouldn't stop me visiting again 😃

• Kutay Bektas (5/5): - New building ,really well isolated , you do not hear any sound from outside and the room was really hot . We stayed for two days with my wife and there was a really bad smell in the room. We realized this bad smell during our very first entrance to the room and we thought that may be related with the chemicals they used and it will probably disappear after we open the window and let the room get some fresh air. We let the windows open almost 5-6 hours but the bad smell was still there. As a summary because of this bad smell ,we did not enjoy the room and our experience was dissappointing.
