- Curraj (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back again. - Evgenia Schalay (5/5): It was acceptable, but didn’t meet our expectations at all - We stayed at this hotel recently and liked several things. The hotel is fairly new, though the quality of the renovation was rather weak, and some flaws were already noticeable. On the positive side, the rooms were well-insulated, the mattresses were very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was lovely, although it was partially blocked by unfinished construction right in front of the sea. The hotel was not crowded, so everything was quiet and peaceful around. We found quite a few drawbacks for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars. The main problem was that the shower drain was completely clogged upon arrival, and all the water immediately flooded the floor. It took about a day to resolve, which suggests that rooms are not properly checked after guest changes. The most unpleasant part, however, was not the issue itself, but that the staff kept shifting responsibility instead of simply apologizing for the inconvenience and offering an alternative while the shower was unusable. When we asked to change the room, the answer was an absolute NO. Additionally, in the last days of our stay, there was a very strong sewage smell from the bathroom, which we left for the next guests. The hotel has a rating of around 9 on Google and Booking, which did not meet our expectations at all. The room prices in Petrovac at this hotel do not correspond to the quality offered.
- Michael (8/5): Modernes kleines Hotel in guter Lage nähe Promenade/Strand - Gute ruhige Lage. Moderne, saubere Zimmer. Ausstattung mit Rituals Produkten. Grundsätzlich umfangreiches Frühstück, welches aber nur „lustlos“ nachgefüllt wurde. Beispielsweise wurde oftmals nur ein Saft beim Frühstücksbuffet aufgestellt, obwohl auf Nachfrage weitere Säfte (wie etwa der klassische Orangensaft) verfügbar waren. Das Frühstück wurde auch regelmäßig bereits 30 Minuten vor Frühstücksende abgeräumt (warum eigentlich?)

- eris (2/5): - Breakfast was good, they should put the ingridients of the breakfast there because i accidentally ate pork as a muslim. The staff werent coordinated at all, i got overcharged, i still have the receipt where a room cost me 400€ when i booked it for 363€ on booking, there i got an additional room which i had to because i already selected 2 rooms but they told me it was just one but we came to conclusion that it was a system error, that night when i got another room they let me know that the price is the same for 2 rooms so i didnt have to pay anything extra. When the checkout comes another staff tells me that its not actually the same price and i needed to pay for the extra room which is okay but they also overpriced the room i had already booked through airbnb, leaving us no choice but to pay we made the payment and left.
- Aurélie (9/5): Au coeur de Kotor - Le propriétaire Bedir est très accueillant. On est comme à la maison. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Kotor sans prendre la voiture. On est à 800m du vieux Kotor et 3 min de la plage de Kotor (partie gratuite en plein soleil et une partie payante 40 euros deux transats avec parasol) (belle montée pour rentrer à l'appartement depuis la plage mais on s'y fait). La vue depuis l'appartement est superbe. C'est un appartement confortable. La balade au bord de mer est très appréciable et c'est vraiment pratique de ne pas utiliser la voiture. Merci pour les bières Bedir et nous te souhaitons à toi et ta famille le meilleur pour la suite. Lili and Kevin Effectivement une route passante est juste en bas de l'appartement mais on s'y fait. On ne peut pas être au cœur de Kotor, ne pas utiliser sa voiture et avoir le calme. Cette route passante est la seule qui traverse toute la baie de Kotor. Une paire de bouchons d'oreille pour dormir pour les plus sensibles.

It has bloody great big abandoned half built hotel opposite which blocks any view of the sea. There is one room downstairs which has tables and chairs to eat at.....no lounge, no easy chairs no bar to relax at. The food is awful. Poorly prepared, with little or no hygiene standards. We had chicken breasts, raw in the middle next to cooked fish and cold pork and rice. The chef argued it was not his fault, the wet lettuce of a manager blamed everyone except himself. Fortunately, TUI bailed us out. DO NOT EAT FOOD AT THIS HOTEL. The small number of staff were kind, helpful and understanding. But the chef and manager need to look for career elsewhere. AKW

Small and intimate, with just a few rooms, three floors, and a convenient lift. The staircases are decorated with beautiful artistic paintings (not the usual beach clichés). Staff are friendly and always willing to help, even if communication in English or Russian is a bit challenging – they truly try their best. Rooms are cozy with a modern design. Breakfast is tasty, and the main dishes change daily. The pool may not be large, but it’s perfectly shaped, spacious enough for several people to swim at once, with comfortable loungers in the shade until midday. For kids, there are swings and a slide placed in a shaded area – a thoughtful touch. Great location: only 5 minutes to the Voli market, 10 minutes to the beach, and 15–20 minutes to cafes and restaurants. 💯 Highly recommended for a relaxing and pleasant holiday in Petrovac! P.S. - Barry (8/5): A great new small hotel an easy short walk from the main beach - New property. Friendly and helpful staff. Great room. Great bathrooms and showers. Use of underground car park for €7 per day was a great asset. Room cleaning was very attentive. Room decor was modern and comfortable . Sun on pool in afternoon/early evening. Breakfast was a good selection though the hot food was generally cold/lukewarm warm. Not enough sunbeds in the pool area. Small, so the bar didn’t get busy making the ground look feel empty. Though the bar itself was nice. View of sea was blocked by a taller concrete block under construction which was a shame.

- jenniferpJ3848VL (10/5): Friendly Staff, Very Clean - We booked Hotel Eleven for our Honeymoon, we had the best time. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the Hotel is spotless and surrounded by beautiful olive trees. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Yes there is a giant unfinished hotel right in front of it which sadly spoils the view but this is far from the Hotels fault! If you can look past that, the Hotel is a very short walk away from the beach and a nice 20 minutes stroll away from what became our favourite beach, Lucice. The water is crystal clear, the mountains in the background - it is a beautiful country. We took the bus to Kotor Old Town one day and enjoyed a very cheap boat ride on the Montenegro Star to Hawaii island. The breakfast was good too. Great cocktails. Speaking to other couples who had terrible experiences in other nearby Hotels I think we got lucky with this one! Thank you Hotel Eleven for your hospitality! Jenny and Joe
- Ian (8/5): Lovely boutique hotel ..modern comfortable stay - Lovely boutique hotel about a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars. Great small pool . Reception staff very friendly and available for advice both for Petrovac and beyond. Breakfast was laid out at 7.30 but they never seemed to replenish, so if want the best choice you had to be there very early .Ran out of tea bags …again not replenished after our day one . The view wasn’t the best but unfortunately that can’t be helped as there were a couple of half finished/ empty buildings nearby
- lynnelovestrav (10/5): Excellent small hotel in prime position - We changed to this hotel at the last minute for the start of our holiday In Montenegro and very glad we did. The hotel is situated only 5 minutes walk from the pedestrianised promenade which was a godsend in the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to park our hire car in the underground car park. Our room was on the third floor - a spacious apartment. There is a small but deep pool surrounded by olive trees and we swam every afternoon. There is a very pleasant area to relax with comfy chairs and tables Despite its prime position the hotel is quiet. Breakfast was a good buffet. Petrovac is a lovely seaside town with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops and we enjoyed pottering about for a couple of days. Recommended.
- jakehN1415TK (6/5): Great and bad at the same time... - Our stay at this hotel was very polarising overall - some parts were very good and some were quite bad. In short: The Good: 1) This hotel is extremely clean. Really well looked after and comfortable. We really value cleanliness in a hotel so this was a big win for us. One of the cleanest and best-maintained hotels we've ever been in, really. 2) The location is super quiet and relaxing. 3) The location is also really good for getting to all the local beaches and bus stops, etc. The Bad: 1) I hate to say it so bluntly but the food at this hotel is really bad. The first night there we were served 'beef soup' that was literally just water with a tiny bit of beef stock floating on the surface. We had booked to have grilled hake with swiss chard and when we got our food it was basically fish and chips but the fish was horrendously overcooked - really, it was the driest fish I have ever eaten - and it came with a plate full of french fries with no swiss chard in sight. Service took a long time. We chalked it up to the kitchen having a bad day, but the next day was even worse - the table behind us were served undercooked chicken and our food was a cold pasta covered in uncooked dry herbs. It was almost inedible and neither of us finished our meal. The breakfast is passable but sadly the evening meal is just really bad. We ended up eating at different restaurants every other night which thankfully was much, much better. 2) We tried to give feedback on the food as politely as we could (we thought they clearly weren't getting enough feedback...) but were told the food 'was good' and that they'd tried it earlier in the day and liked it. Every day after it was a bit awkward as the staff really wanted us to eat at the hotel but we had to make excuses to eat elsewhere. This ended up with the staff asking if they had 'made us angry' after several days because we kept avoiding the restaurant - to be clear, they hadn't made us angry, we were just really disappointed in the food we had already paid for when we booked. It just made the whole atmosphere a bit less relaxing... 3) This is out of the hotels control so is a bit unfair, but there are some abandoned construction sites nearby which block the view of the sea and generally do just take away from the atmosphere.

- 218WendyC (10/5): Perfect small hotel - We have just returned from a week at this lovely small hotel... it closes for the winter but is definitely open now. Beautiful clean rooms, comfy beds and a great shower with Rituals toiletries. The breakfast was lovely... staff friendly and lots of places to eat just a few minutes walk away. I swam in the pool three times despite it being unheated... we were lucky to have some very hot weather. A very relaxing week... plus it was good to find a small selection of books available for guests.
- Siobhan (10/5): Fantastic stay in wonderful location! - Fantastic and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location just minutes from the promenade and restaurants. The breakfast has a huge variety of hot and cold dishes. The room was so clean and had a huge balcony. There is also a lovely pool. The onsite parking was a great bonus. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Great stay! Nothing it’s great!
- Elizaveta (10/5): Exceptional - We were living in the ground floor appointment. It was very convenient with a baby. We had a kitchen with some equipment, which was mostly enough, had access to the swimming pool, and had own street exit. Nice swing for the kids. It was very quiet, blackout curtains, a/c, a comfortable wide bed, and a super clean bed linen. Ladies came for cleaning daily and did their job perfectly. No smells, clean floor. Staff is super helpful and friendly. We felt like at home with them. Beach access is very easy, lots of restaurants nearby, weekend farmers market in 5 min walk, and 3 or more supermarkets not far from. We were very happy there. Strongly recommend! We had a car for the whole stay so we saw lots around but for short stay it's not mandatory There is left construction on the way to the beach, but the hotel can do nothing with it. It didn't disturb us at all.

Could always get a chair around pool. Rooms immaculate. Clean sheets every other day and clean towels and toiletries everyday. Always cleaned everywhere everyday. Rooms cleaned while having breakfast. Breakfast amazing choice. Hot fresh eggs and meat. Cooked to order. We were half board. Choice of 3 pre ordered options. Lovely food. Would have ordered this food in a restaurant. Gorgeous. Staff were amazing. They made my 60th birthday the best ever. So attentive. I would not hesitate if I went there alone to feel safe and relaxed if single. Every thing I could ever wish for in a hotel

Located in a very nice quiet street, but still very near to the beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. Experience of our stay here exceeded our expectations. I would definitely choose this hotel, if I came to Petrovac once more.
- Shellyeah1982 (10/5): A perfect stay at Hotel Eleven - A trip to Hotel Eleven with my teenage Son in May. Hotel Eleven couldn't have been better.. 5 star stay for us without a doubt. A warm and welcoming greeting on on our late arrival, any questions asked at reception were always answered with ease and accommodated, from local knowledge, help to book taxis and trips, pack up breakfasts on request, bus times and locations, restaurant information, hire cars etc... The team would do anything for us, so attentive . Bedrooms were simple, clean and well stocked with the necessary items, cleaned EVERY day with fresh towels etc... All without being disturbed or even knowing that the house keepers were around. Excellent service. The breakfast every day was delicious, offer of eggs, fresh fruit, salad, pastries, breads, meats, drinks... Something for everyone! Yes, the pool was cool, but nevertheless, enjoyable, clean and practical for what you need. The beach is only a 5monute walk away, so for an early morning or late night dip then it was perfect for us. If, we were to return to the same area then we would not hesitate to book with Hotel Eleven again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.
- HampshireJams (10/5): Just perfect!! - Just a perfect, small hotel in a quiet location. We booked B&B through TUI which included a taxi transfer from the airport. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived but these were resolved instantly. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the decor very pleasant. We really liked Petrovac, a good base. It is a small town with a picturesque prom, a few minutes stroll from the hotel. There are many good quality restaurants along here at a reasonable price. The hotel serves a very good buffet breakfast and also an evening meal. We preferred to go for a stroll and eat outside as the weather was so good. There is a local bus service nearby which we used to get to Budva (worth a visit). Also some beautiful walks in either direction. We had a very enjoyable holiday at this hotel and resort, so would recommend.

- rosieandollyonholi (10/5): The perfect base for exploring Montenegro - I have just returned from an amazing stay at Hotel Eleven with my mum and we both had such an incredible experience. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Room is perfect, great shower and rituals toiletries gives it a luxury feel. There is a garage underneath with direct access via lift into the hotel. We really felt at home, the breakfast was lovely too, very fresh and tasty! The area is stunning, a beautiful quaint town with so much to offer. 5 minutes walk to the seafront and another beach only 15 mins walk away. Plenty of wonderful restaurants all within walking distance. Our favourite place was the bar in the side of cliff to the left of the seafront I think it was called ‘Fanta’ lovely food and cocktails and sun-loungers available for use and then direct access into the sea for a refreshing dip (see photos)! Hotel Eleven gives you the perfect base to explore a stunning country!
- AliD9 (10/5): Superb hotel - This modern hotel is ideally located for a stay in Petrovac. We were greeted warmly and given lots of information about the hotel and the area. Our room was just perfect, modern decor, lovely bathroom , large balcony and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was exceptional with a good selection and eggs cooked freshly upon request. The pool is small but you are a few steps from the sea! The hotel has an underground garage which was free of charge when we were there. And to further enhance our stay, every single member of staff was friendly and helpful.

- Eveybabe (10/5): Relaxing & Peaceful location - Really lovely little family run hotel on a side street close to the beach and restaurants. Nestled among the olive trees, this is a quiet perfect location. Service was excellent - people’s thoughts and experience really mattered to them. Facilities - nice pool and shower area with very comfortable loungers. Different towels for beach and pool which are changed every day. Food - we only had breakfast but this served over a 3 hour period and there was plenty choice with different freshly baked goods every day. Drinks were reasonably priced and can be enjoyed round the pool. Rooms - comfortable bed and the rooms are fully cleaned daily. Rituals toiletries provided. The shower leaked everywhere - but this is common and the full bathroom was cleaned every morning and so this didn’t spoil the experience at all. They win extra points for having a resident cat, who will visit you at breakfast if you sit on an outside table. He is very lovely ❤️

Lovely boutique hotel tucked away amongst olive trees. A short 5 min walk to the beach and selection of good restaurants. What makes this hotel special is the people. To a man every member of staff were perfect. Kind, respectful and could not do enough for any of the guests. Immaculate rooms, amazing choice of fresh goods for breakfast, relaxing pool area. A really intimate hotel tan bu people who clearly love their jobs and their guests. Cannot recommend enough x

The pool area is very cosy even though the pool is not that big, but who needs a pool when Luchice beach is in walking distance from the hotel :-) I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

Team very friendly and supportive to assist me during 3 weeks. Great room view view of the mountain and perfect cleanliness. Manager helped me with a medical set up and so great full for entire assistance. Great view of the mountain and pool in front. Was perfect for me as went daily to the harbour and beach walkway. All team was incredibly friendly and very accommodating with all of us. Was on HB and had dinner most night. Dish were fine and often very cooked, but taste good Recommendation as think is great hotel. Put light in restaurant for breakfast. It feel warmer and food look better. Sometime dark. Please change the soup daily. Had chicken vermicelli soup 16 times over 20 days. Soup is easy. This became a joke topic and is for sure the Eleven Soup of the year. Sorry, Had a wonderful time and thank you again for all. best

They lent us beach towels and organised a trip to Lake Skadar. It was postponed 3 days running because of the weather, but we got there eventually - they tried so hard on our behalf. It's an easy walk to the sea where there are loads of restaurants My personal highlight were the local cats! Towels and sheets changed regularly, room always cleaned while we were at breakfast. The pool doesn't get the sun until at least 12 but that's a minor comment. I didn't particularly like the coffee from the machine, again, personal taste, everyone else seemed to cope!

The manager even helped me to park the car in the garage when we arrived, as I had read some reviews that it was narrow (it turned out to br much spacier than I dreaded!) Spend 7 nights in the biggest apartment. Seemed brand new with many top notch chosen details. Few minutes walk to beaches. The hotel is built on property that used to belong to the managers grandparents, and there are more than 300 years old and beautiful olivetrees surrounding the small - but relaxing- pool. Recommendable!

It was little hard to find but they do have the signs everywhere on the street. Parking was pretty tight so smaller car would be better choice when you rent a car.

Location fantastic, staff were really helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious as were other food they served. Pool was small but very clean and well kept and we always got a chair (wasn’t overly busy). Couldn’t recommend enough, really high quality hotel on every front.
