Edificio histórico con ambientación muy agradable. Habitaciones coquetas y muy auténticas. Habitación algo oscura para lo que no sea dormir. Ubicación algo apartada de lo importante.

- patrick (3/5): A éviter - Visiblement un bâtiment historique avec des fondations anciennes. Elles sont visibles dans les salles de restauration à travers un plafond en verre. toutefois stressant quand on doit marcher sur du "vide". Hôtel compliqué d'accès dans la vielle ville et loin de tout pour la restauration (15 minutes à pied, remontée par des escaliers). Équipements désuets, fauteuils d'entrée rangés sous plastique, petits lits, matelas dur, traversin gonflé comme un ballon de foot (aïe les cervicales), salle de bain sentant l'humidité, robinetterie et douche d'un autre âge. Personnel d'accueil qui fait ce qu'il peut mais ne parle ni anglais, ni français (heureusement il y a google traduction), vraisemblablement intérimaire appelant la propriétaire sur whatsapp pour les instructions. A l'heure convenue du petit déjeuner salle vide et dans le noir, arrivée tardive d'une membre du personnel pour installer le buffet de petit déjeuner. Bref pas du tout la prestation attendue et donc trop cher pour ce que c'est (83€ la chambre, 10€ le petit dej)
- REMEDIOS CARMEN (9/5): CASONA MEDIEVAL MUY BIEN CONSERVADA - Habitación espaciosa con cama grande y muy cómoda. Desayuno buenísimo y completo. La ubicación muy tranquila y los 3 días que estuvimos pudimos aparcar justo delante del hotel. Sergio, el propietario, fue muy amable con las explicaciones de que ver por los alrededores de las Cinco Villas. En cuanto a Geraldine, la chica de recepción, super amable y eficiente ja que tuvimos problemas con la luz de la habitación y finalmente fue ella la que solucionó el problema y no el electricista. Muchas gracias Geraldine.

- Juan Manuel (9/5): ENCANTADOR Y RELAJANTE - La ubicación en el alto de la localidad es un poco inaccesible con el coche si no lo conoces, pero cuando te acostumbras está bien porque se puede aparcar por allí cerca, y el centro, aunque bajando escaleras, está bastante cerca. Zona muy silenciosa. El hotel es encantador por dentro, nos gustó mucho. El personal muy bien pues a pesar de que hubo un malentendido de contacto, nos espero para poder abrir. Sólo quizás el acceso hasta él.
