• Carlotta (7/5): Molto Carino, peccato per l’alternativa! - La struttura si trova forse sul punto migliore di Pomonte. La gestione è stata accogliente e di cortesia, purtroppo però per una richiesta personale di accedere alla struttura prima, ci è stata proposta un’altra stanza in alternativa che assolutamente non eguagliava quella scelta e pagata in partenza, per grandezza e vista sul mare. Tutto sommato però il soggiorno è stato piacevole! Non ho trovato molto corretta la scelta di proporre una stanza in alternativa più piccola, che non aveva la stanza separata dal soggiorno, e mancava di vista sul mare a finestra come quella scelta in partenza. Era di fatto, un monolocale molto più piccolo con una terrazza leggermente più grande rispetto all’altra.

• Martino (10/5): La perfezione - Staff disponibile e molto gentile, struttura ben dotata di tutto ciò che occorre, vista meravigliosa sul mare. Inoltre è collegato al ristorante il Corallo molto buono e consigliato dove un celiaco si troverà molto bene, anche vegetariani e vegani.
• Iris (9/5): Vista pazzesca - L'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che serve, è molto grazioso e spazioso. La cosa impagabile è la vista direttamente sul mare: ti lascia senza fiato. Ci sono piccoli dettagli da ristrutturare ma non danno assolutamente fastidio

• Alessandro (10/5): Isola D'Elba in primavera - La terrazza letteralmente a picco sul mare è incredibile...! La vista spazia fino alla Corsica, i tramonti sono meravigliosi. L'appartamento è ben suddiviso, con due camere matrimoniali spaziose ciascuna con il proprio bagno con doccia. In 4 (due adulti e due bambini di 5 e 8 anni) è stata la soluzione perfetta. Esclusivamente la dotazione della cucina (vista l'esclusività dell'appartamento consiglierei di dotarla anche di una macchinetta del caffè con cialde e di un microonde). Sarebbe stato comodo anche avere una lavatrice.

• Roberto Biondi (10/5): Nel cuore dell'isola d'Elba - La vista sul mare dalle vetrate dell'appartamento è impagabile: si rimane letteralmente rapiti dalle onde, dal vento, dai tramonti che caratterizzano questo bellissimo luogo. Inoltre i proprietari della struttura, in particolare Michele, sono stati accoglienti e sempre disponibili ad esaudire eventuali richieste. Le stanze, ampie e pulite, permettono di rilassarsi e godersi la vista ma anche di cucinare in tutta comodità. Il bagno è ampio, pulito e provvisto di tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno. È stata davvero un'esperienza speciale. Consiglio la sistemazione di alcune porte, tra la cucina e la camera, che avrebbero bisogno di essere riattaccate alle pareti, poiché i battiscopa rischiano di staccarsi. Inoltre cambierei i cuscini, non li ho trovati molto confortevoli.

• Simona (10/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso che ci ha fatto apprezzare l'isola anche in inverno. - Appartamento con doppia terrazza panoramica, fantastiche e ben riparate dal vento. Ben arredato, riscaldato e provvisto di tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno. Adatto ad animali domestici. Personale accogliente e disponibile. La struttura è ben posizionata: sul mare e nel cuore del paese; vicina a sentieri e strade da percorrere per passeggiate in natura. In inverno è meraviglioso! La linea del wifi in camera da letto è molto debole. Ma è veramente l'unico difettuccio.

• matila (7/5): Calme, lumineux avec une vue splendide! - La grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, la propreté des lieux, l accueil, les réveils au soleil avec le bruit de la mer et le calme général. Les terrasses sont mitoyennes, donc l' intimité n est pas toujours au top bien que ce soit tout à fait acceptable. Comme il y a plusieurs appartements, on peut parfois entendre les autres locataires, notamment dans les couloirs.

• Daniel (8/5): Direkt am Meer mit toller Terrasse. - Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, was wirklich super ist. Unsere Terrasse war das Highlight der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, das Bad ist offensichtlich vor nicht allzulanger Zeit saniert worden und die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Ein Restaurant und eine Bar befinden sich direkt daneben und der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Unsere Terrasse kann anscheinend von der Nachbarwohnung mit genutzt werden (zumindest wurde sie das bei unserem Aufenthalt). Ist an sich nicht schlimm, man sollte nur beim Check-In darauf vorbereitet werden. :)

• Paul (9/5): We loved Pononte . The crystal clear water and the small village feel was awesome. We did a couple of hikes in the hills - It’s location!! On the beach and close to everything. Having a deck and outlook to the sea . Got a nice sea breeze through the deck doors. Breakfast for 7 euros at the hotel up the road was also a bonus . Lacked some essentials in the kitchen for longer stays . Eg no kettle or easy way to boil water. Our deck was quite small and the bathroom was also small but the location more than made up for that .

• Brett (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was smaller than most in the building but has the best balcony with the widest views both along the coast and out over the sea towards Corsica.
• Mischa-lara (8/5): Great place to relax and recharge - True to photos, clean great balcony even on the Mountain View apartment. Easy access and staff easy to communicate with and we’re great with our delay that we had with the ferry. Great location for local walks great bar up the road.

Host was very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations, we entered at the apt before check in time that was huge bonus, houskeeper was very nice and kind lady, we enjoyed staying a lot and small issues can be fixed , if next trip will be still Elba we know the place where we felt definatelly well. I did online check in upon arrival host who met still asked me to take pics of the docs... so whats the sence of online check in form ... i would add unless 1bread knife and potholders seeing you have everything at the apartment for cooking. check pillowcase of the sofabed. i wasnt disturbed cause i didnt used that pillow but just a reminder for you. we were in 3and got only 1roll paper for 3nights amd 2shampoo...

• Rahel (7/5): Great view, but comfort in Appartement not sufficient - Villa mare Is a great place because there is a splendid view over the sea and the sunsets are magnificent. The property has changed hands and they should do some work on the individual appartements. I came for the fourth time. This time the fridge didn‘t work properly, they didn‘t do anything about it. Several essential things in the kitchen were missing, bottle opener, tin opener. Contact was difficult to the office. The spot is so brilliant , it is such a pity that they don‘t do more work on the appartements.

The water pressure from the shower was great and plenty of hot water for all four of us to shower. Very clean apartment, and just the perfect size for a family of four. The double bed was comfortable for my husband and I. I disliked the sofa bed. I like my older kids to have a real bed
