• Anja (4/5): Bozen ist eine wunderschöne Stadt und unbedingt eine Reise wert! - Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr zentral, allerdings ist es auch sehr laut nachts, Ohropax sind hier empfehlenswert. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war leider eher enttäuschend. Es hat sehr muffig gerochen, man hatte den Eindruck, es wurde in der Wohnung geraucht. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Zwar war das Bad sauber (bis auf die Ecken), aber die Küche war eher eklig. Das gesamte Geschirr hat geklebt und müsste erstmal vor der Benutzung gründlich abgewaschen werden. Die Töpfe waren dreckig und von der Pfanne möchte man gar nicht reden, da konnte man das Spiegelei vom Vorgänger noch identifizieren - also unbenutzbar. Die sollte dringend erneuert werden. Ein Toaster ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden, was schön wäre, da ja schon kein Backofen vorhanden ist.

• Masaki (7/5): Great property with poor management - Location. Space. Comfy bed. Broken dishwasher and dirty dishes from the previous guest left unwashed. Top Booking ignored my complaints and did not fix the problem. At least They provided dishwashing liquid but we were severely short of dishes and utensils as the majority of kitchen ware was sitting in the broken dishwasher during our stay (5 days). Spring room is connected with Autum room by an internal door which is very thin and you hear people staying next room very well (even their phone conversations :))
• Emma (7/5): Sehr zentrale Lage in Bozen, eher für kurze Aufenthalte empfehlenswert. - Sehr zentrale und trotzdem recht ruhige Lage mitten in Bozen. Man war sehr schnell in der Innenstadt und in der Nähe vieler Restaurants und Cafés. Check-In hat gut und früher als geplant funktioniert. Schlafcouch für die 3.Person war sehr unbequem und es haben einige Latten gefehlt. Die Apartments sind also eher für nur 2 Personen geeignet. Der Boiler in unserer Wohnung war kaputt und wir hatten 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser (es war allerdings auch das Osterwochenende) daher Reparatur vermutlich auch schwer möglich. Der Boden war teilweise sehr staubig. Unterkunft bietet keine BozenCard an.

• Angie (1/5): Abgewohnt und minimalistisch ausgestattete Wohnung, keine Spur von Deluxe - Die zentrale Lage war das einzig Gute Abgewohntes Apartment mit billiger Ausstattung. Dreckige Böden, defekte Spüle in der Küchenzeile und minimalistisch ausgestattete Küche, nicht mal Küchentücher vorhanden.. Statt den abgebildeten Polsterstühlen waren unbequeme kalte Plastikstühle von Ikea vorhanden. Von Deluxe keine Spur. Am zweiten Tag ist der Boiler im Bad ausgefallen, dann gab es kein warmes Wasser mehr. Nachdem es Samstag Abends war, konnte das nicht behoben werden.

• Klaus (9/5): Hervorragender Standort für Bozen Innenstadt und Ötzi Museum. - Ein hervorragender Standort für die Bozener Innenstadt. Lediglich das parken des Autos muss gut überlegt sein. Am besten den Parkplatz vom Hotel vorbestellen. Alternativ gibt es beim Krankenhaus in 500 m Entfernung eine Parkfläche. Für etwa 17 Euro die Nacht. Allerdings war die Zufahrt nur mit dem Autobahn Transponder möglich, da die Papierticket Ausgabe nicht funktionierte.

• Elisa (8/5): Breve ma indimenticabile - Sicuramente l'ampiezza dell'appartamento, la posizione, il garage, la tranquillità e la comodità dei letti... e la tranquillità della zona. Purtroppo ho trovato la lavastoviglie non attivata dall'utenza precedente, ho segnalato, ma non è intervenuto nessuno. Pazienza non è quello che ha fermato la mia stupenda vacanza in Tirolo.

• F3FoF0n (7/5): - Wide and cosy flat, possibility of closed box for the car and five min by feet from to city center. Presence of a balcony. Flat well heated. Possibility of a bed for a 2yo kid and a box full of toys for her. Lack of rags in the kitchen, dishwasher didn't properly work, it was dirty, with dishes not cleaned inside. Few rubbish bags to allow us to collect enough trash. We suggest to better clean placemats and the floor under the sofa, full of crumbs. Even we reserved the flat for a family with a 2yo kid, we didn't find any high chair.
• Cristina (4/5): Pessimo. - La posizione. Abbiamo pagato per un servizio pulizia giornaliera (inoltrato dal gestore dell’appartamento, a nostra scelta) che non è stato effettuato. Una volta effettuata la segnalazione, la risposta è stata che l’extra pagato si riferiva al servizio di pulizia finale (folle, dal momento che non era segnalato da nessuna parte e sul link del check in inoltrato si parlava di altro tipo di pulizia). Una volta fatto presente questo, con tanto di screenshot alla mano, il gestore ha liquidato la situazione affermando che non era possibile procedere con il rimborso dei 37€ di pulizia mai effettuata. Inoltre, le luci del soggiorno non funzionavano, segnalato anche questo senza mai aver ottenuto risposta a riguardo. Prese elettriche con i cavi in bella vista per la tv e sedie in simil pelle lacerate sempre non segnalate.

• Donatella (9/5): Soggiorno a Bolzano - L'appartamento era molto spazioso, pulito e ordinato. La posizione eccellente. Avere il box vicino all'appartamento è stato fantastico. Il boiler nel bagno che ci ha costretto ad organizzarci per la doccia. Eravamo in 4 e l'acqua calda non bastava per tutti se facevamo la doccia uno dopo l'altro.

• Ursula (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in schöner Stadt - Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zum Zentrum nur ein paar Schritte. Ruhig. Der Garagenplatz ist ums Eck und aus meiner Sicht eine gute Lösung. Die Einrichtung ist wertig. Es fehlt nur wenig: ein Trockentuch in der Küche und Schrankraum im Bad.

Un po’ macchinosa la modalità di ritiro delle chiavi del parcheggio se si tiene conto che bisogna prima entrare in appartamento per ritirarle e lasciare quindi l’auto fuori posto in una strada altamente trafficata. Sarebbe più comodo avere una cassaforte proprio all’ingresso del parcheggio.

• Ines (9/5): - Super Lage. Ein paar Schritte durch eine kleine Passage und wir waren mitten in der Altstadt. (Auch der Weg aussenherum, als mal das Tor zu war war nur 2 min). Das Appartment ist modern und zweckmässig, Bett sowie Schlafcouch bequem. Die Teller und Kaffeelöffel die wir aus dem Regal geholt haben, haben wir nochmal gewaschen, es war weder Abtropfregal noch Geschirrtuch vorhanden. Danach haben wir in der Spülmaschine sauberes Geschirr gefunden. Wegen der 2 Tage Aufenthalt, habe ich die Spülmaschine aber nicht ausgeräumt. Es war auch einiges an Haustaub unterwegs.
• Margit (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Herzen Bozens - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr praktisch ist die Möglichkeit in einer Garage eine Strasse weiter sicher zu parken. Schade, dass das Fernsehgerät auf dem Esstisch stand. Ein dritter unbeschädigter Stuhl wäre auch angenehmer gewesen.
• Kilian (7/5): - Unkompliziertes ankommen über einen Türcode, super Lage direkt bei der Altstadt, alles sehr geräumig mit Platz. Der vorherige Anmeldung könnte einfacher sein. Barrierefrei kann diese Unterkunft nicht bezeichnet werden, der Fahrstuhl ist sehr klein, ein Kinderwagen passt nicht hinein und die Appartments sind im 1. Stock. Ein Rollstuhl passt vermutlich auch nicht in den Fahrstuhl. Schalldicht, wie angepriesen, sind die Wohnungen nur nach außen. Durch die Verbindungstür ins Nachbar Appartment kann man gut hören.

• Land Jane (10/5): Excelente localização. - A localização é excelente. O apartamento tem um tamanho ótimo para 2 pessoas. O banheiro é grande. Você tem que pagar para ter direito ao estacionamento. E nao é barato.
• Andrea (1/5): Avoid this place unless you enjoy cleaning and being watched by the neighbors - Never in my life have I had such a terrible stay. The apartment was in terrible condition. You could see stains on the walls, the dishes were not clean, and everything felt greasy and dirty. The walls clearly hadn’t been painted for at least the last five years. The cleaning was disgusting, there was no dish soap, and the fake leather chairs were all cracked — you really didn’t feel like sitting on them. My baby’s stroller didn’t fit in the elevator, so I had to carry the stroller in one arm and my baby in the other. I couldn’t open the shutters at all because they faced directly onto the neighbor’s window, and the curtain hadn’t been replaced. It was obvious that the curtain rod had fallen and no one had bothered to fix it. So if you’re looking for a stay in complete darkness, this is the perfect apartment. To take out the trash and dirty diapers, I had to plan in advance for someone to come and collect the bins — very inconvenient. I complained about all of this, and not even the parking fee was offered as compensation. Worse of all: I'm Italian and my family lives and works in town !
• Petra (8/5): Gutes Apartment in sehr zentraler Lage - Großzügiges Apartment mit ordentlichen und bequemen Betten. Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt von Bozen. Man bekommt vorab diverse Informationen zum Apartment und einen Code mit dem man in das Haus und auch in die Wohnung gelangt. Der Vermieter ist bei Rückfragen und Problemen sehr gut telefonisch oder per WhatsApp erreichbar. Man kann das Auto in einer privaten Garage im Nachbargebäude parken (Zusatzkosten) und zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kurz vor dem Haus halten (keine markierte Fläche, aber das geht schon). Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war absolut ok, aber das Wohnzimmer nicht unbedingt gemütlich oder mit schönen Details. An manchen Stellen könnte etwas nachgebessert werden ( z.B. Wandfarbe, Gardine). Im Bad fehlt definitiv eine Ablagefläche und auch Handtuchhaken, das könnte man sehr einfach und schnell umsetzen. Und auch ein einfaches Geschirrtuch in der Küche wäre schön. Die Benutzung der Parkgarage bzw. der Zufahrt war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

• katrin.chen (8/5): - Die zentrale Lage ist super, wenn nur unsere VorgängerInnen nicht soviel geraucht hätten. Trotz unserem intensiven Lüften war der Nikotingeruch nicht wegzukriegen. Das wir von den 17€ pro Tag für den Parkplatz erst während dem online Checkin erfahren haben. Trotzdem war der Parkplatz wichtig, richtig und gut.

Cordialità, professionalità e disponibilità pressoché immediata dei gestori dal primo all'ultimo istante! Pur non avendolo richiesto, abbiamo trovato un lettino per nostro figlio di 14 mesi! Volendo proprio trovare un difetto, direi che il parcheggio nell'edificio adiacente anziché nello stesso dell'appartamento è un pò scomodo...

Spotless clean. Shower drained very slowly, probably clogged a bit - had to turn off water every few minutes not to flood the bottom. Bathroom could use extra furniture - no place to put toiletry bag etc.

Il problema principale dell'appartamento Summer è quello di essere serparato dall'appartamento Spring soltanto da una porta (ovviamente tenuta chiusa a chiave). Si sentono tutti i rumori,i discorsi,sembra di avere i vicini dentro al proprio appartamento. Consiglio un intervento sulla porta .

• Nancy (1/5): Awful Non responsive hosts No WIFi for over a week - Total bad experience There was no functioning WiFi the entire week I was there (previous guest told me they didn’t have it either) Do not book if you need WiFi for business or school or any other necessary reason while they said it never happened before the fact they couldn’t get it fixed in at least 9 days that I know off means if it does happen again don’t expect a quick fix or any other gesture of help or compensation
• Sheona (9/5): Great apartment in the heart of Bolzano - This apartment was large and provided lots of space to move around. It was great to have a kitchen which was stocked well. The apartment is located in a quiet place and was very clean. We were able to walk about 10 minutes from the train station to arrive at the property. We could also walk anywhere in town and were close to restaurants and shops. You're also close to public transit so if you want to head anywhere slightly outside the main area of town that is an option. The bed was comfortable and has two duvets. The bathroom was huge and the shower had good pressure. There was lots of storage and places to put your things. The host was also very easy to communicate with. Water in Bolzano is considered mineral water, so the tap water was actually really good. It was a bit expensive, but was priced accordingly for the area. Nothing really to complain about.
• Takky (6/5): I had a decent stay but could improve in many ways - The room was specious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Quick response from the owner. But the bedroom door didn’t have a lock. I don’t feel safe for that matter as the main door can be opened by the code. There is no reception as mentioned and there is no daily cleaning during your stay. With the price I paid, I think they should provided that. And very thin ceiling, as I can hear every foot steps and everything that was happening from the neighbor upstair.

• Bence (8/5): Very good - Swift checking in, contact with owner are excellent. It is is in a perfect place with a great garage for correct price. Too few utensils in the kitchen, no place to put things in the bathroom. The mattress on the bed wasn't too comfortable.
• John (9/5): felt like we were living in a neighborhood of locals instead of tourists - It was later when we arrived and everything had been kind of quiet. In the morning it was so different. GREAT location. Anything you can think of. Coffee shops, hair salon, church, lots of restaurants, nursery(for plants) thrift store, consignment store, supermarkets, an ALDI, lots of shops, laundry close by, train, bus station, entertainment in some of the plaza's, used record shop, a hospital(I think) I can't think of anything they didn't have!! The even had the Iceman museum. As my daughter would say, "The WIFI was "buns"....(not up to the task.) What I would suggest to any traveler is write down the address and apt # where you stay
• Nancy (10/5): Great apartment, great location, poor emergency help. - It was clean, the location was good. We arrived by bus in the rain, at night and were let off on the sidewalk. There was a covering. We tried calling an Uber, but they do not have them in that city, we tried calling a taxi and could not get anyone to answer. We called the emergency number for the apartment and they were no help at all. They advised us to call for a taxi, which we had done. The people at the emergency number need to know what to do to help their clients.

• Ravi (9/5): Quiet, Clean, and Spacious! - This is a great place to stay. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a good kitchen, spacious living room, a good-sized bedroom and a wonderful bathroom. There is a Despar and local open markets selling fruit/ veggies within walking distance to do some cooking. Also, it is at a reasonable distance from the train station, cable car and the hiking path to Soprabolzano (Oberbozen). The neighborhood is quiet, and there seem to be locals living there, so it is nice to see how they live. I absolutely will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a spacious place to stay. They even have a pull-out couch that could sleep 2 people. So, this place can easily hold 4 people. There are only two things that I wish could be improved for this place. Again, these are minor things and may not apply to everyone. We did not know that there was a Ritten card that you could use to take the cable car and the train from Soprabolzano. It is valid for a week, and you can ask for a renewal if you stay longer. This is free when you stay at hotels. We paid about 10 Euros for a round trip per person. We used this only for one day, so it was not a problem. Since this was an Airbnb, we did not get the card or know about it until I asked the person selling the cable car tickets about this card. The second thing (more importantly for us) is that they have a checkout time of 10 a.m. Usually, most hotels in Italy have a checkout time of 11 a.m., and some even have Noon. We were hoping to do some early morning hiking or even take the cable car up and down before checking out. We had to modify our plans and do a shorter hike because of the 10 a.m. checkout. Since it is an Airbnb, we couldn't leave our luggage anywhere except at the train station. This was more of a problem for us and may not be an issue for others.

The apartment was comfortable and well maintained and the directions provided were good. It wasn't clear that there were three keypads and the front door was opened by another resident so we didn't see the keypad and it was a little confusing.
