• Marian (8/5): Příště bych volil spíše jinou možnost ubytování. - Oceňuji polohu kousek od centra historické penzy. Snídaně spíše průměrná. Příplatek 5 euro za vajíčka to moc nevylepšují. Nepohodlné tvrdé polštáře. Platba za parkování na pozemku ubytování je tady asi standard.
• William (10/5): Stijlvol hotel - Hotel Rutiliano ligt op 10 minuten loopafstand van Pienza. Het is een mooie locatie omgeven door een mooie tuin en de auto staat veilig op het eigen terrein achter een afgesloten poort. Mooie ruime kamer en het hotel is stijlvol ingericht met kunstvoorwerpen en er zijn zelfs kunstboeken aanwezig. 's morgens wacht je een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet met streekprodukten.

• Heinz (6/5): Einmal und nicht mehr wieder - Die Lage ist gut. Der anwesende Herr war sehr freundlich. Im Wellnessbereich ist man alleine. Es ist überteuert. Teilweise abgewohnt. Der Pool war verdreckt. Der Seifenspender im Zimmer kaputt (wurde trotz Hinweis auch nicht ausgetauscht). Der Wellnesbereich muss extra bezahlt werden (1 Stunde pro Tag 13,-). Ein Omelett beim Frühstück wird mit 5,- verrechnet. Obwohl am Eingang alle gängigen Kreditkarten akzeptiert werden, war es nicht möglich mit Diners Club zu zahlen. Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, la struttura e la camera erano spaziose e pulitissime. Colazione a buffet deliziosa con tante varietà tra dolce e salato. Siamo riamasi entusiasti della gentilezza dei proprietari da come ci hanno accolto quando siamo arrivati a quando siamo andati via, massima disponibilità GRAZIE!

Le stanze e soprattutto il bagno da rifare....doccia obsoleta e nessun appoggio per le cose personali nel bagno. Il costo per una notte troppo alto per la struttura

Tudo muito bem conservado e limpeza perfeita, mesmo alguns itens sendo obviamente mais antigos. Café da manhã muito variado e com ótimas opções. Localização boa, a 5min de caminhada do centro histórico, com possibilidade de estacionar o carro em estacionamento próprio (mediante reserva e taxa adicional). Apenas detalhes estéticos. Embora dentro do contexto, e bem conservados, alguns elementos de decoração do quarto estão antiquados e com estilo pesado. Talvez uma simples troca nas cortinas e colchas da cama pudessem dar mais leveza ao ambiente.

Owner and staff were very helpful, always friendly and helped made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Owner’s wife ensured beautifully cooked home made torta’s were in the breakfast table each morning. Posizione comoda per arrivare con una breve passeggiata nel centro di Pienza, utilissimo il parcheggio. manca uno specchio e un attaccapanni in camera, la doccia del bagno va rivista perchè dentro non ci si gira, un portasaponetta non guasterebbe.

La piscina è un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi un po’ di tranquillità. In occasione di Ferragosto, l’ospitalità è stata ancora una volta protagonista: è stato offerto un piacevole aperitivo con deliziosi piatti locali, come la tradizionale panzanella. Un ringraziamento speciale a Luca, un host fantastico: cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto a consigliare i migliori ristoranti e borghi da scoprire nei dintorni. Posizione comodissima per muoversi a piedi e visitare il centro di Pienza. Un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente! Nulla!

Breakfast was good with a range of delicious fresh items. Despite the bathroom being large the shower was tiny and not very good at all. It's a shame the bar wasn't open in the evening for drinks.

The hotel was just a short walk to the city center. Although there was a bar, it was never open.
• Tristan (10/5): Exceptional - Luca the owner was very kind and helpful and gave us the best advices for dinner or what to do. We really enjoyed the stay here. It is a family run hotel and you really feel it. The breakfast was very good and the hotel is located very good in Pienza. Next time we come, we will certainly stay here again. The only thing which would had been annoying is the sound of the A/C it was when it was on very loud and gave sounds where you couldn’t sleep, but luckily it cold down at night and no A/C was needed.

• Henry (10/5): Exceptional - The best thing about this small boutique hotel is Lucca, the man who runs it. He is so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is very good. There is a lot of outdoor seating with umbrellas for either very sunny or inclement weather. It is located a few meters outside of the main town center. Most of all, there is free on-site parking, which, if you have ever been in Pienza, is great, as parking is at a premium here. There is also a pool that is very clean with crystal clear water.

• Andrewdebbie (9/5): Excellent modern hotel - Very comfortable, quiet modern hotel. Parking on-site and easy. A short flat walk into the old part of Pienza. The breakfast buffet was good. Pienza is a cute, small old town and the walking is flat. We stayed on a Tuesday night and nearly all the restaurants in town were booked out when we started looking at 8pm. We didn't start eating until 9.30.
