Sandra (8/5): - Lokalizacja cudowna. W centrum. Widok na jezioro. Klasa sama w sobie. Super śniadania i na słodko i na słono - jak kto woli. Kawę zamawia się u obsługi, gdyby ktoś miał z tym problem 😀 Hotel raczej wiekowy, widać ślad czasu. Nam to nie przeszkadzało ale wiele rzeczy jest do odświeżenia.

Giugiulietta (4/5): Per 150 euro mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.... - La posizione e la gentilezza all'accoglienza Le camere non erano per nulla insonorizzate, si sentiva tutto, persino il vicino di stanza che russava. Inoltre gli ambienti non erano molto puliti, soprattutto quelli esterni (es. Balconcini comuni per fumare). Colazione con alimenti che non erano molto freschi ( es, torta secca). Cuscini spessi e duri come i mattoni. Aria condizionata non funzionante, è partita alle 2 di notte e sembrava un aereo pronto al decollo. Il tocco di classe è stato il ragazzo che ci ha accompagnato in stanza, che non ha minimamente aiutato con le valigie, nonostante avessimo anche un bambino piccolo in braccio.

russell (9/5): Lovely friendly hotel with great service. Loved the room and the view. We would visit again. - This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star location and views if you take a lake view room. Views were stunning. Loved the roof terrace. The breakfast was good but not great. The service at breakfast was friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was 5 star. Every part of the hotel was immaculately clean and cleaning was ongoing all day every day. Loved the room location and the comfort of the bed. 5 star location and 5 star bed. Amazing staff. Helpful and professional, always pleasant and positive. We had a problem with the shower on the first day and it was fixed immediately. Great service. Sound from the other rooms and corridor was loud. Sound proofing could have been better. WiFi was adequate but slow and had a poor range. It could only be used in the room but not on the room balcony or the roof terrace. It was a shame that the hotel did not do food service after breakfast. There is a lovely terrace at the front of the hotel that could have been utilised more. The bathroom was a good size and immaculately clean but a little old fashioned and some of the features of the room didn’t work as they should, such as the mirror light and the bathroom fan.

Karen (4/5): Nottata ALLUCINANTE!! - La posizione proprio di fronte al lago e l’estrema gentilezza e disponibilità della Sig.ra Mara che ci ha servito la colazione. È riuscita ad allietarci almeno per il breve tempo della colazione in modo da riprenderci dopo la nottata passata letteralmente in bianco! Grazie Mara! L’albergo è situato adiacente a un bar che fa musica da discoteca fino a tarda notte ad un volume a dir poco allucinante!!!Sembrava di essere dentro una discoteca che passa musica elettronica/hard core!! Il portiere di notte, che non è più in struttura dopo le 23:30, ci ha detto che il locale ha la licenza fino a mezzanotte e pare abbia chiamato il bar su nostra richiesta ma non è cambiato nulla, anzi hanno alzato il volume ancora di più!! Alle 02:00 abbiamo poi richiamato il portiere che sorpreso ci ha detto “ma c’è ancora la musica alta?”…. Abbiamo quindi chiamato i carabinieri che ci hanno risposto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno. La musica è andata avanti in quel modo fino alle 03:00!!! Non consigliamo a nessuno di soggiornare in questo albergo se si desidera passare un soggiorno in tranquillità! Se per passare qualche momento davanti al lago non si possono nemmeno tenere le finestre aperte o stare seduti in balconcino troviamo sia meglio optare per un altro hotel. Al mattino raccontando l’accaduto al proprietario, che non ha battuto ciglio, hanno ancora avuto il coraggio di chiederci i soldi per la tassa di soggiorno che abbiamo educatamente pagato. Non ci vedranno mai più!! E pensare che siamo appena a inizio maggio.. non osiamo pensare com’è in alta stagione!

NATALIA (9/5): - Fica bem em frente ao lago, é bem bonita a vista. Tem vários restaurantes próximos. Café da manhã é bom. Funcionários prestativos. É um hotel um tanto confuso na sua engenharia, pq a gente tem que dar umas vomtad estranhas pra chegar no quarto. Acho que estava em reforma.
Sheila (10/5): Excellent location with lake views. - Excellent location, within easy walking distance of many excellent restaurants and the harbour for ferries to neighbouring Lake Garda towns. A good base from which to explore and a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Breakfast was very good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing!

Hospitable staff and perfect room and location to get around Lake Garda with easy access - Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, the room was very comfy and the u icing on the top was that it was a lake view room 😊 thoroughly enjoyed the lavish breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I had an issue with my spa booking which was resolved with the help of the kind member of staff at Hotel Riviera. Thank you 🙏 for everything. Will be more the happy to recommend and stay here again 😊. N/A

Ideal base for hiring a boat, bikes and boat trip across to Sirmione The rooftop sitting area is superb. We booked two rooms adjacent to each other on the rear side of the hotel.
