- Mónica (10/5): El precio quizás algo elevado, pero al ser temporada alta y que es céntrico, lo puedo llegar a entender. Yo y mis famili - La ubicación, vine con familiares que querían conocer la ciudad, en cuanto a transporte es ideal para moverse ya que está muy bien comunicado, también para pasear por las tiendas ya que está entre la rambla y passeig de gràcia donde las tiendas más grandes y variedad. Nos vino perfecto porque podíamos dejar la compra en unos minutos para no tener que cargar con ello todo el día. El apartamento tenía algunos defectos de mantenimiento como el botón de la cisterna del váter o un par de enchufes rotos. Pero no fue un inconveniente de mayor importancia.

- Marlen (1/5): Dismissing description no Ac in bedrooms Horrible Customer Service Dont reserve in summer - It was big Didn't specify the areas where they didn't have air conditioning system. The description of the property said “air conditioned apartment” but it didn't say that the air conditioner was only in the living room area and the hallway. So you have to keep the doors open to allow the air to come to the rooms in the hallway. To the room next to the living room the Ac didn't work well and it never got any cool inside. They provided us with a damaged fan and a small fan for the rooms ventilation. If I knew the whole apartment didn't have air conditioner I wouldn't be reserving this property as there are hotels that are way cheaper and honestly the customer service was lower than poor. And the reply they will give isnporbably that I didn't want the fans they offered. Yes I didn't because I didn't pay for fans, I paid for Ac. When I kept complaining they just kept sending the automatic reply. Called them ladrones (thiefs) cause that's what they are. Apart from that their cleaning staff and the building staff is very nice but NOT this company Barcelona for rent! Avoiiiiiid!!!!

- Alina (9/5): דירה נעימה, מרווחת ומאובזרת מאוד, במיקום מרכזי אך שקט. הייתה לנו חוויית אירוח מצוינת ונשמח לחזור! - דירה מאוד נעימה, מרווחת, נקייה ומאובזרת מאוד. כוללת סלון, חדר שינה עם שתי מיטות נפרדות, מטבח וחדר רחצה. מזגן בכל חדר. מרפסת קטנה בכל חדר שמתאימה לאדם אחד, אבל מוסיפה אווירה נעימה. היה בה כל מה שצריך: מכונת קפה עם קפסולות, קומקום, מקרר גדול עם מקפיא, מדיח כלים, מכונת כביסה עם מייבש, סבון כלים, סוכר, מלח, תה, קפסולות למדיח ולכביסה, מתקן גיהוץ ואינטרנט אלחוטי טוב. כשנכנסנו חיכו לנו שני בקבוקי מים גדולים ובקבוק שמפניה מה שממש הפתיע לטובה! לא פגשנו את הבעלים, אבל הם היו זמינים מאוד דרך בוקינג. הדירה בבניין בקומה שלישית עם מעלית ובבניין יש גם "אב בית" שהיה נחמד והציע עזרה. הכניסה לבניין ולדירה עם קוד שזה מאוד נוח. המיקום מצוין – מרכזי אבל שקט. בסביבה הרבה חנויות, מסעדות, סופרים (חלק יקרים, אבל יש גם אחרים קרובים), תחנת מטרו, חנויות מותגים, סטארבקס, וגם תחנת אוטובוס תיירים קרובה. הטלוויזיה כללה ערוצים רק בספרדית ולא הייתה חכמה, כך שלא היה אפשר להתחבר לנטפליקס וכו’. במקלחת המים מתנקזים קצת לאט (אבל כן מתנקזים בסוף - לא ממש מטריד) והיה נחמד אם היה מתקן ייבוש בגדים גדול יותר – למי שלא רוצה להשתמש במייבש לכל הכביסה.

They asked for a full day’s fee for a late checkout and couldn't provide information about the nearby luggage locker, which was right in front of the apartment. Instead, they suggested a much more expensive option. Kettle was damaged and should be carefull not to burn yourself.Also there was some problems with bath
- Bomm (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed a great stay and the accommodation defintley fullfilled all of our expectations. It was spacious and the two terraces even gave us the possibility to enjoy Barcelona from two really nice points of view which we did not even expect from the online image gallery. We had some problems to pay the touris taxes via the provided form but in the end the service team was immediatley available and helped us to solve the problems. The kitchen could have been equiped a little bit better, but there are so many great places to eat in very close distance to the appartment, that there is not really a need to use the kitchen extensively.

- Eileen (6/5): Location great, facility needs some care - Location was really good - you’re literally around the corner from Gaudi’s Casa Batlló and walkable to everywhere - Starbucks 10 steps from your door and many other shops … 10/10 location. Unit had a washing machine which we liked and needed. Unit was quite spacious, allowed us to spread out a bit - nice. TV had capability for things like YouTube, which we appreciated. Plugins beside both sides of the bed - nice. Wifi is good and never had an issue - this was great for us. State of the facility - walls banged up, scuff marks everywhere, dirty - dust on a lot of things. Clothes rack was bent to all get out and some of the wire racks were broken off and hanging down - needs replacing (seriously) Furniture extremely uncomfortable - couch needs replacing - looks fine but sad to sit on. Owner was kind enough to leave us a bottle of sparkling wine with some wine glasses- however didn’t bother to check, one of the wine glasses had a large broken chunk of glass missing along the rim - had we not noticed it we might have used it and cut our lip - attention to details missing here Shower was plugged and doesn’t drain quickly - so your basically standing in a shower of dirty water with a layer of soap scum - easily fixed if they wanted to fix it with some draino or having it snaked. Loud at night - someone above us was moving furniture or doing Reno’s all night - it was so loud - not appreciated. The owners just needs to spend a little bit of money to spruce the place up and it would be great - but you can tell it’s been lacking in care

The apartment was clean and beds were comfy. The apartment didn't store luggage for guest after check out. I had to find luggage storage by myself and pay for it.
- Rosie (10/5): Beautiful central apartment with sun terrace, perfect for families! - Beautiful apartment in centre of Barcelona, complete with terrace which was perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Location was right by Casa Battlo and Passeig de Gracia, easy to get to metro and walking distance to El Born or the beach. Had everything we needed and host was super communicative, and helped arrange a crib for our stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Nothing - we had such a great trip! Only thing to improve would be to include recycling information or separate bins, as we didn’t sort the recycling until a few days in.

The apartment is very big - we were 3 adults, but it is very good for a family or 2 couples. the price is high so it is better to use all its facilities to cook (we didnt use it) it was better to have 2 toilets we were missing toilet paper (it was not enough for 3 people) it was nice to get an explanation or a written message in English about the area and a good places to eat

The apartment is spacious, beautiful with two beautiful balconies. We fell asleep each night to beautiful Spanish guitars playing on nearby terraces. Can’t wait to come back! Perfect for romantic getaway or family fun! I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay better. Maybe a restaurant recommendation list to support local businesses? Maybe an Amazon prime stick?

- Capt. (3/5): An excellently located apartment . Hospitality and courtesy are not the hosts strong points. - The location of the apartment is excellent. One bedroom is of a reasonable size, the second is very small and does not permit the door being closed. The Kitchen is well equipped but we did not need to use it as there are very good eateries around and with varying cuisines and eating options. The number lock for entering is very good. Removes the need to carry keys. We thought that there is a terrace which was not available. Plus, the settee in the covered porch had no upholstery but a sheet for cover. The second room is not airconditioned and will make it uncomfortable in summer. One room is very small and the toilet across the corridor. My request for the managing team to try and find me an alternate apartment with a terrace was very rudely responded. They wanted me to contact Booking. com and cut short and cancel my stay.

Fully equipped kitchen, nice living room with window/patio access to lovely views. One note: the toilet seat in the bathroom is a bit wobbly.

- Thenitai (3/5): Poor - The location cannot be any better. In the middle of the center of Barcelona. Gaudi houses are literally around the corner. Many restaurants. The owner insisted to do a construction on the terrace during our stay. Despite a message exchange where we clearly stated that we do not approve, it was disregarded. In summary, the Appartement was inundated by up to seven people during a six hour period. Mind you, it was a construction with sewing, dust, and workers using the bathroom. There was no respect for our privacy. We got a miserly $120 refund for this. Furthermore, the place was in certain areas unclean (dust under the bed, mold in the coffee maker, etc).

The place itself was huge and too big for just one person :) Walls are very thin and sometimes you had people coming to the building at 3-4am. You could hear everything and it woke me up a couple of times.

The apartment is really clean and large, with 2 bathrooms and enough storage spaces, perfect for family of 5. Suitable for a longer stay, we only stayed 4 nights. Definitely will come again. Nothing to complain about.

Quiet building didn't meet any staff as we were giving the key combination through booking messages. The owner was very strict about leaving the apartment at 11:00 am sharp although we asked for an hour up to 12:00 pm but the answer was no. Another thing I didn't really like is that after I paid the full amount in advance for the whole rental days before even seeing the place I receive instructions by messages saying "in order to get your key, you need to pay a deposit amount plus the remaining tax using the provided link" I believe this should be listed right at the front page with the property description not until you arrive.

Property provided everything we needed. Bonus to have washing machine and a dryer. Keyless entry is so convenient. Having its own gym is very good too. Definitely recommendable. We had noisy neighbours upstairs unfortunately. No air conditioning. Would have been good if electric fans were provided.

A bottle of wine sparkling wine was waiting for us at arrival. Everything we need was available in the apartment. Very convenient location to access and visit Barcelona city center, all at walking distance. there is no hole to evacuate water on the floor in the bathroom, but this is a minor inconvenient
