Management did a very poor job accommodating me with my laundry since the guest laundry only had two machines, one was already broken and while washing my girls uniform, that one broke while using it. The maintenance worker helped me more than the general manager and allowed me to use the commercial dryers to attempt to dry them at 10pm. He even offered for me to use the other hotels guest laundry while management did Nothing!! I didnt even mentioned that my bed was broke and furniture was broken in our room. I was told we had complimentary breakfast, and that wasn't true. Even after having all the issues with laundry, my girls tried to get breakfast and was denied without a voucher. We ended up leaving one day before and I didnt even attempt to ask for a refund for my last night since the guy was still working. The other ladies working the front desk were great but the gentlemen, should not be in hospitality.

- Mark (2/5): Sheraton OK City Shitshow!! - This property is a mess!! They overbooked their rooms, and didn’t have any procedures on plans in place to “walk” guests to another hotel at their cost! All the front desk offered was a cancellation of our room. They refused to contact a manager. All while accepting airline request to house displaced people while having NO rooms for anyone!

There was only two staff members that I met and the were both very nice the only problem I had was the fitted sheet had a huge stain on it. I went to front desk she offered a room change but my husband was already in the shower and baby was asleep so I just asked for linen. She gave me the mattress cover and a comforter. The second issue I had was there were only two towels. Everywhere I been we get at least 4. At this point I was just frustrated. But I have no complaints about the rest of stay.

- Emily (10/5): Excellent Stay - This was my first time staying at a Four Points Hotels and I was impressed. Both exterior and interior of facility, to include rooms, was modern. Hotel also has a bar and grill connected via lobby access. Our room was a single king bed room. It was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The small “living” space was nice for sitting and relaxing. Thermostat/HVAC systems for room worked well. We brought our dog for the trip and the hotel was very accommodating and had a large sized grass area to walk her. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and helpful with information. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the immediate area. Bricktown, botanical garden, Scissortail park, and PayCom center is just a quick 10 minute drive away. I would absolutely stay again. The staff were great and the venue was nice.

Fitted sheets too small, kept coming up. Lamps were old and barely worked. The "restaurant" was merely a bar with a few food items on a menu. Took quite a while to get our food. At 8:00 in the evening, there was still breakfast food (waffles, eggs) on the "restaurant" floor. I will not be staying here again. The only good thing was when I checked out, I told the front desk about our issues and she wrote them down. So I appreciate that she listened.

Very close to the airport with minimal airplane and road noise. CONS: The room needed a little maintenance. The sink faucet was loose. The grout in the floor and shower was cracked and coming loose. I had to sleep in the center of the bed because there were valleys on each side.

- carlos (2/5): One star out of ten - There were to many issues with hotel. The hotel door could not close without me lefting up on the door and slamming it. The bathroom door was extremely hard to close. The water pressure was not good. I asked the front desk staff for a chair, and I was told that because it maybe a fire hazard. I saw several rooms that had chairs in it. When i brought it up to the front desk, he acted surprised. The restaurant in the hotel had terrible customer service. The food was cold, and one of the servers was rude. So rude we walked to Ihop and got some great customer service.

Three of the four pillows looked as if they hadn't been washed, with some obvious stains on the pillowcases. The carpet in the room that surrounds the bed was torn in one corner, as if a dog had chewed it up during a previous visit. In all, the room was just a little bit shabby.

I had family needing a place to stay while traveling on the road. Vijay went above and beyond to help me book them a hotel in a city 2 hours away. The shuttle service is more than just to the airport and back, they give rides to restaurants and WalMart, family’s house etc. within a radius of the hotel. Top Notch!!!

- Donald (8/5): - What was unique in this property was that there are 2 hotels connected with a restaurant being the connecting factor. On the downside is the signage of which hotel is on which side should be on a eye level not 4 stories up. We came in after dark and had been snowing and we started checking in on the wrong side. The receptionist was great to walk us to the other side and he said he has done this many times. Put signage on the lower drivethue and it would be very helpful. This is really the only ding I give to the rating.

- Nathan (2/5): Very disappointing, especially for a Sheraton - Advertise an airport shuttle, but it was not available at night when my flight arrived, nor was it available at 8am the next day. It was a windy night, and somehow the wind was blowing through the window (even though it could not be opened) and knocking the blinds around causing a lot of noise. The furniture was uncomfortable. The staff did nothing to help the situation.

The new room was not fully up to par. The floors did not look swept. The toilet did not look clean. The tissue box had a handful of balled up tissues inside. This room lacked a microwave. The air condition was blowing air but the room was very muggy and humid. At this point in the night i was way too exhausted to call down and request another room change. It would have been much easier to just pull the remote from an empty room. Very disappointing.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Never again- skip this one - I definitely will not be staying here nor recommending it to anyone, ever. Problems started right after we checked in our rooms. There was fresh blood on the duvet. It took housekeeping 30 minutes to arrive and change the bedding. My brother lives in Oklahoma City and came to visit us and said the hotel has a bad reputation for stuff I likely can’t write here otherwise this review won’t be accepted. But not good things. Then I clearly booked this hotel thru this website, and I had two rooms, they charged my credit card for incidentals, and double charged me for the hotel, even though I booked through hotels.com. They offered breakfast (normally $10) for free for all of the issues. The breakfast attendant was so rude to us and we even tried to be nice and she still continued on being hateful. Then we asked for more breakfast items to be made because there were very limited items. The man who cooked the breakfast was aggressive and stared down my family the entire time for asking the manager to have him cook more food. He eventually made new eggs only and they were under cooked so we ended up not eating at all. Overall it was a horrible experience, the only good thing about it was the girl at the front desk, cambria. She was super kind and very apologetic and understanding. I hope she finds a new place to work because this was horrible.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - No water pressure Double charge for rooms. Had internet issues Bathroom wasn’t good and clean. Someone else’s hair in shower Cleaning lady was cleaning with her kids in tow Female bartender was great. Male Bartender was a jerk. Breakfast was cold.
- Lindsey (8/5): - The pool was entirely too small for two facilities. It was automatically 3ft at the stairs and maybe a car width wide and a little longer than a car. The exhaust fans were blowing directly on the patio area making it even more hot and less cool air.
- Lisa (6/5): Very disappointing! - Ok well I paid a rate that includes breakfast for 2. Wasn’t notified til the first morning we woke up to go have breakfast that they normally ha e a restaurant with breakfast but decided to not open it for this particular weekend. The new employee was very nice he felt so bad. Then when asked about me prepaying for breakfast manager said I was just out of luck! Water pressure in shower was like horrible! Sometime u could get a slow stream and sometimes nothing at all.

- Rashida (8/5): Double check even if you're told that will be fine - During this stay we had a hiccup with being able to check in right away. It was fixed; but word to the wise make sure that you are there before four in the morning when the do their audit otherwise it will be a thorn in your side. I called to let them know we were driving a long way and wanted to check in early so we purchased additional night so that we did not have to wait. Sigh... not cool to say the least/
- Raylene (10/5): Great Value! - This hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The only downside was it appeared a number of the staff were new but if they had been shut down that is certainly understandable. Everyone was extremely friendly! One day when we went to breakfast everything was empty but Misty went back and made us a delicious plate full of food without us asking. That was very much appreciated! We will stay here again for our business trip next time!
