• kevin (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay here! The place is very quiet and peaceful—no noise at all. The owner lives in a separate house, but she responds immediately if you need anything. All the people around are respectful, and the neighborhood feels very safe. If anyone is looking for a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend Madame Anne’s place. It’s close to bus stops, a convenience store, pizzeria, and more, which is perfect for guests coming from far away. You can even pay by credit card directly on the bus, which makes getting around easy. Thank you for a great stay! I’ll be happy to come back next time.

• Keith (10/5): Best find ever! - My Stay at Dairy Mart was an unexpected win! The hostess was kind and eager to ensure my happiness with the stay. The room was impeccable. The floor, even under the bed was spotless and dustless. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the shared living space was comfortable and filled with every convenience. The bathroom, though shared, was perfectly acceptable. If I ever return to Toronto there is no question where I will stay.

• Scott (2/5): - I did not stay. It was not at all was Expedia advertized. I chose this hotel because they advertized an $80 rate. When I got there they wanted an extra $60 for cleaning fees and a 2nd person staying in the room, for a total of $140 plus tax. I could have statyed at a far nicer hotel for that price I worked 12 years in Guest Services for various hotels. For Starters, the hotels that did charge extra for additional guests only did so when it was over 2. secondly, cleaning fees are never extra, they are included in the rate given Rest assured, it reflects very poorly on Expedia to dobusiness with this sham of a hotel

• Verified traveler (2/5): - There's nothing interesting about the hotel. It was just a house converted to presume hotel. The room picture doesn't exist. There's no access to the presume hotel rooms.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - This is not a hotel more like a hostel. I booked 1 room in the 2 bedroom apartment. The landlord charged us extra 20$ for bringing my friend even if we slept on the same bed. FYI the 30$ for housekeeping is mandatory even if it says optional. The place was nice because we were the only people inside but it will not be nice to share the common space with others. The place is beautiful but I will never go again. This place should not be in hotels.com. It should be in hostels.com Being a loyal customer of Hotels.com I am very disappointed at them.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Will never do business with them - I will give it a zero rating if I can. The host was very impatient and impolite. She kept murmuring that this business isn’t costing her so much time and not want to to do this anymore. When checking in, she brought up all the hidden charges that basically costs half price more than the original costs. There’s also a deposit of $200. In the morning she told me that I can get a bottle of water for the trip for free and turned around saying that it costs $1. The host really tried to get every penny out of you. At the end, even though she said she doesn’t want to bother doing this business anymore, she still ask me to come back. (Merely for more money of course) I will never do business again. You should not go there unless you want to get extra charged.
