• Milosevic (9/5): We loved it. - The Apartman is very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It is located in the city centre and we could easily reach all the famous attractions. The owener is very responsive and professional. Very steep stairs in the apartment.

• Daniel (3/5): Wasserschaden, kaum Schlaf, hellhörig. - Wasserschaden in der Wohnung, roch nach Schimmel. Problem muss bekannt gewesen sein, Wasserflächen an der Decke in der Küche.. Decke kam teilweise runter. Sehr sehr hellhörig die Wohnung, auch für das Alter.

• Jawad (9/5): Excellent - Tout. Proche de tous les quartiers prisés, transports à quelques minutes à pieds. Bonus : Gentillesse, disponibilité et assistance des propriétaires. Rien. Tout est dans le charme de l'ancienne ville, tout est bien pensé.

• Silke (8/5): Zentrale Lage - Gut für 2-3 Nächte - Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber, bequeme Betten und sogar ein gefüllter Kühlschrank. Für ein 2-3 Tage in Lissabon eine gute Option! Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und über steile Treppen begehbar. Durch die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist es abends länger laut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Insgesamt ist es ein wenig abgewohnt, aber sauber. Einige Dinge könnten trotzdem erneuert werden.

• Sanchez Acuña (9/5): Una excelente velada - Definitivamente lo que mas nos gusto fue la atención. Siempre pendientes y eso que llegamos algo tarde. Y siempre cuidaron de los pequeños detalles incluso con nuestro bebe. La verdad nos vamos muy contentos. Nos sentimos en casa. Lo único fueron los vecinos que estuvieron muy ruidoso en la madrugada. Solo un dato si vienes con bebes es algo incomodo subir el coche al apartamento y mas que no estacionas cerca nosotros tuvimos la suerte de parar en la calle que fue una excelente opción.

• Javier (5/5): Nada recomendable - La relación con la persona de contacto muy buena. Se agradecen los detalles para el desayuno y la botella de vino. Ubicación buena sin más (20 minutos andando al centro). Limpieza estupenda. Es el primer alojamiento en el que estoy en el que el sofá cama es más cómodo que la cama. La cama y el colchón de matrimonio necesita un cambio urgente. Los ruidos de los otros dos apartamentos, por poco que hagan, molestan enormemente. Los propietarios indican que es un edificio histórico, pero el problema es la nula insonorización. No deberían alquilar los apartamentos a familias distintas. Es imposible descansar si los otros apartamentos están ocupados y sus inquilinos tienen horas de descanso distintas a la tuya (qué decir si son chicos jóvenes que vuelven de fiesta a altas horas de la madrugada). No suspende por los aspectos positivos pero, si no insonorizan, el apartamento no es recomendable en absoluto.

• Martin (6/5): Take care with the deposit fee 200 usd they tell o my after booking - The place is great. The issue is that they charge a “deposit” of 200 usd with the booking??? What is this. 10 days later the refund is not back. Imagine if you are traveling around and all the places takes a booking of 200 usd, how much money you need? Totally unacceptable and they talk about this deposit only after the booking is done. Totally WRONG service. All about the deposit, looks really not good. To take 200 USD after done the booking and not be given back 10 days later. Not possible if everyone does the same nobody could travel, totally unacceptable

• Sandra (9/5): A bit small, but overall a nice place for a short stay! - The property looks exactly the same as in the pictures, very clean. Location is perfect, in the newer part of the city, with less hills - more convenient for the family. Stairs are really steep as mentioned in the other comments, but it didn't bother us even with a stroller. We also heard other occupants climbing up the stairs through our door, but it wasn't very late, so no problem as well. The host is very respondable for all questions, righly reccomended. Lots of great brunch spots around! Bathroom is very small, ok for a few nights stay, but I would like bigger for a longer stay. Nowhere to put toiletries neither in the bathroom, nor in the shower. But the water pressure is really good! Some space to hang the clothes in the bedroom would be nice. Bed matress and pillows way too soft for my liking. Windows cannot be opened in the evening as all the oil smell from the nearby bar comes up.

• Oleksandr (9/5): Great place to stay for a couple of days and enjoy the vibes of Lisbon! - This is a great place to stay for a couple of days, with a vibrant neighbourhood, full of restaurants and bars, breakfast places and good coffee spots. The apartment provides all necessary for a pleasant stay: one separate bedroom and a living room with a big sofa, bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen, if you prefer to cook on your own (which is absolutely unnecessary due to the great Portuguese food around for affordable prices). The apartment has a washing machine, so you can wash your clothes if you stay for a longer time there. The hosts provided us with some snacks and a bottle of Portuguese wine as a present for our stay, which was very lovely of them. The sofa could be a little more comfortable, and that's the only thing I can find that made our stay not ideally perfect. And if you are a very light sleeper, the sounds from the bars outside may be a bit disturbing on weekends.

The hosts were always there whenever we needed help, would certainly book again with no second thought! :) Needs a mirror other than the bathroom

Apartment was clean and well-furnished, and extremely comfortable. - The apartment was very comfortable, with a spacious living room so all of us could spend time together. It was airy, with windows, so perfect for the summertime. Our host was extremely responsive and eager to help us out whenever we needed it. We appreciated her hospitality a lot! The location was great as well, lots of lovely shops and restaurants around, and within an easy 10/15-minute walking distance from the main square. Unfortunately it's a 3 floor walk-up and the stairs get a little narrow and steep. Our bags weren't too heavy so it wasn't too much of an issue but I wouldn't recommend if your bags are big/bulky or heavy.

• Harini (7/5): Okay if you don’t have other option but can find a better deal for this price - The location is good and cozy Not so new as shown in the pictures, it’s a bit old and the stairs to the house- didn’t see about this in any picture or description. Also we booked this just for air conditioning but didn’t knew the down stair bed rooms don’t have any which is slightly misleading Didn’t knew regarding deposit earlier as well, though we got it back!
• Tanya (10/5): Comfortable, safe and excellent accommodation. - Great location, easy to go to the main attractions in Lisbon. Lovely kitchen to cook in. Hosts respond very quickly. The balcony was small, but it was lovely to have a view of the street. The sofa bed mattress could have been a bit softer, but it was still very comfortable. The stairs to the apartment were very steep, so hard to get our big suitcase up.
• Tijl (9/5): Superb - Spacious, renovated apartment in the historic city. Great location to explore the city from. Quiet at night It's a steep climb to the 3th floor. Be aware that the host expects you to pay a deposit online by credit card. Debit cards are other payment means are not accepted.
• Gormley (9/5): Great value and great location. Great bar across the street and lovely neighborhood - Location was very good. Didn’t like that it was tricky to find in the beginning. The key business was tricky too.

The stairwell is trip hazard esp when you are lugging your luggages up and down, tight space. - location and the quaintness of the apartment please add extra full body mirrors esp in the bedroom or in the living room. there is only one mirror and that is in the bathroom esp when it’s in use…no access to view one’s self. Added counter space is appreciated maybe to remove unnecessary decors 🙂. And also an extension cord to plug electronics in the bedroom. Thank you

• Chiow (5/5): Unlikely to return - Location is fine in close proximity to E28 tram with restaurants scattered around. Host is helpful and understanding 1.Steep staircase leading to the apartment 2. No landing area on the entrance to apartment. 3. Neighbour who lack understanding.

The landlord was very communicative and helpful, the location was brilliant only 15-20 minutes walk to the old town and main night life but the neighbourhood was full of very pleasant bars and restaurants with reasonable prices.

• Michal (7/5): Good - Picturesque narrow street with the big future potential, tram No 28 running around. Booking offered me this palce for nine people (4 adults + 5 children) and also host checked us all, however there are only eight beds including sofa, so three children (7,11,11) had to inconveniently share one double bad. Just take care, if you are up to eight, it is ok. Parking is nearby however it costs 27 EUR per day and we didn't get the promised vouchers to cut it to 18 EUR.

• Edward (8/5): Great flat in a great location - Location was great, very central in a pretty street. The flat was just big enough for our large group and the mattresses were comfortable. The air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom was highly appreciated. The flat was clean and in perfect condition. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. We didn't realise the flat had limited electrical power and were surprised that turning on the toaster would cut off all the electricity for the whole flat if the AC was on.
• Ricardo (2/5): Péssima experiência - Muito má experiência. Tarifas pouco claras. Atenção que ao valor do quarto, acrescem sempre 35€ por estadia para a limpeza. O valor é obrigatório seja 1 ou 10 dias.
