• Shaquille (9/5): Great value for money. Small home away from home - Check-in was easy, property was clean with inventory list, had everything needed for a stay, bed was comfortable Hot water in shower can take a while to heat up and the occasional smell
• Kristopher (6/5): Were some people coming in and out that weren’t staying there. The housekeeper wasn’t friendly. - Location was good close to a lot!! They charged a 100 late check out fee. The checkout is 10 but I was told 9am. Decent grounds. Parking is a nightmare.
• Sam TT (9/5): Clean, organized, nicely done! - Location was great and unit was well-equipped and clean. Staff was accommodating to my request, to have a unit in the back for quiet. Overall it was really a great place to stay and I'd definitely stay again. Staff/host was not so accessible. They really work through messages/automated phone system. So it doesn't feel like you can really get in touch with somebody in a pinch. Everything was in order, but sometimes you need to reach out. Also, it was a bit unnerving that the windows on the fifth floor DIDN'T have screens. That would be a drag in the summertime if it's buggy out, but also seems like an important safety feature to have screens on the windows.
• Judi (10/5): Would definitely recommend - Contemporary, beautifully furnished, exceptionally comfortable bed. The TV system that Samsung requires passwords but kept going in a loop instead of acknowledging anything. I could never get on basic TV although I spent over an hour a night trying for four nights.

• Raymond (10/5): It was amazing. I actually wish i could get a 1 bedroom in that building to move there - I love that the property was right there off of glenwood. If you were looking for something to get into all you had to do was walk up the street I loved everything

• Talieth (9/5): Very comfortable and pleasant stay! - The property was neat, clean, modern and comfortable. Amenities were great. Loved it! Parking was very difficult. Only limited street parking was available. Had to park a distance away and that was uncomfortable when coming in at dark.

• Bridgette (8/5): Very good - Nice amenities. Close to everything Parking..... had to use the pay to park lot nearby. Street parking was minimally available. The building has a garage but we weren't given access to it. Being in an unfamiliar city, I didn't like having to park so far from where I stayed.

• Sandi (6/5): Convenient location, excellent property manager - hot water, high quality linens (towels and sheets), good wifi, excellent property manager who came to let me in to the room very quickly when I locked myself out, very professional and efficient but wished he was on-site vs remote, good heating/cooling unit, felt secure in building and in room, room was quiet but could not open shades due to McDonald's drive through being so close-- would highly recommend TOP-DOWN shades so that the persons in the room can open the shades from the top and maintain privacy from the lower half of the shades hairs on the bathroom floor (not ours), windows opened up directly onto the McDonald's drive through, less than 100 feet away, no on-site manager, unable to use upstairs rooftop space due to wet furniture, should have been dried off or water-proofing used on furniture, cold/harsh lighting outside-could use dimmers on safety lights and on lights inside the unit- warmer/softer lightbulbs, sofa was very hard/uncomfortable, check out should be 11 am like most other places, should not have to wash our own dishes, strip our bed and other household chores- this is what we pay for-- it is a vacation from our day to day household tasks!
