Rebecca (10/5): I would definitely recommend staying here, the apartments are lovely and clean, very comfortable beds and lovely owners - The property was lovely and clean, just the right size for 3 adults, very welcoming by the owners and shown us the property and where everything was, very nice as you don’t normally get that, two lovely owners aswel. The property is located in a great place, nice and quite and hearing the sea at night was a bonus for me. Train station is a 3min walk away (Blackpool pleasure beach station). Easy access to get in and out of the property by using a fob. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like 10/10

It was in a perfect location for us with us having two children, very quiet. It had everything we needed. We took out own firestick and worked great on the main television.

Very modern which is rare in Blackpool. Need more throughly cleaning, our feet were black after walking 5 minutes on the floor. Both blinds could not be pulled up as they were broken. Under the sofa in the living room was filthy, including an old dirty fork. Definitely needs a deep clean.

Anna (10/5): Recommend - Easy to find place, on my arrival day had plenty parking spaces, easy to pay for it. Rooms are spacious with nice comfy beds, i slept on sofa bed a little squeaky, but i think because of new. Location was perfect for us, as we had Plesure Beach booked that day, we had a nice walk for food later. Or tram stop just cross the road available.

Bushra (4/5): Disappointing and a waste of money. - The location was good There were no openable windows in one of the bedrooms which made being in there unbearable in the 32 degree heat. Also sleeping in there was impossible we ended up on the floor in the main living area. Even with that the windows in the living area weren’t helpful as the didn’t open much at all. We did reach out to the staff via this app but they weren’t very helpful. We ended up checking out a day early as the kids couldn’t sleep due to the heat and humidity in the apartment. They definitely need to sort out ventilation in the property.

Sarah (8/5): - The location and a decent sized, well equipped apartment. Clean apartment and comfortable beds. External factors, which could happen anywhere... the wind kept the boys awake on the sofa bed, literally howling through the windows. Although the bedroom was sheltered from the wind, the girls were woken at midnight by a couple having a massive domestic (above, behind, I couldn't tell) and my daughter was so frightened she wanted to go home 😪. These are external factors and out of our control.
Lyndsey (6/5): Lovely but the windows need sorting. - Really lovely apartment, great location for the pleasure beach The windows/patio doors haven’t been sealed properly it was really windy, made the apartment cold and wind whistling allnight.
Mandy (10/5): A really lovely place to stay - Very clean and well laid out. As it’s further from the tower it’s quieter and great for the illuminations. It had everything you could need. Maybe an air fryer for the kitchen would be useful ????? N/A
Tiffany (8/5): Comfortable/warm/clean/modern - Tram stop straight outside the apartment, which means you are in a quieter spot and travel in to the central area. Excellent for family, parking is available £10 per night, but is a safe out your door carpark.

Thomas (5/5): Rooms nice enough but be prepared for little to no sleep! - Rooms were clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The noise! Our room was on the ground floor next to the stairs and all night all we could here from our room was people slamming doors, talking in the corridor and stomping up the days. Made sleeping impossible until nearly 1am! Not ideal with two small children.

Stephanie (1/5): Avoid if you want a clean room and good value for money. - The location. The room was dirty couch filthy hairs in places there shouldn't be in a "clean" room. For this to be labelled as a suite would be hilarious if I hadn't paid for the pleasure. Only 1 tv our of 3 worked others where nice decorations. Sofa bed was broken and couldnt close the door once its down as its far too tight on space. Probably the least value for money i have ever had and i dont expect much. Just a bare minimum of cleanliness for £170 a night would have been nice. The height of the landings as you come downstairs should have a sign to watch your head as they are dangerously low for anyone of reasonable height. Would definitely never return. Spend your money on a local bnb who will look after you and care unlike this place. Faceless and zero effort put in whatsoever.

Justin (10/5): Excellent - Really pleased with the booking. Facilities more than expected. Staff really nice and welcoming. Staff also went above and beyond regarding parking allowing us to keep the car parked up after checkout to visit the pleasure beach. Will definitely be back next summer for a longer stay. Anne (9/5): Fabulous weekend in Blackpool.. Excellent hotel.. - Spacious family room with two bedrooms.. I took my three eldest grandchildren age 13,8 and 6 for the kite festival and illuminations switch on.. The location of this hotel was perfect for us.. Check was straight forward, no fuss, we were greeted by a member of staff who I found to be helpful.. Kids loved the fact there was a tv in every room.. Well equipped kitchenette.. Would highly recommend this hotel.. Very satisfied with our stay.. Paying for car parking..

Ziaudeen (8/5): Good stay and happy to re book next time. - New property. Clean. Closer and just opposite to beach. Parking fees was nominal. Even though it is an apartment with kitchen, there was no stove to cook. Narrow path to the rooms. Narrow parking space. But it was ok.

Rachel (10/5): Amazing stay with our young family. Perfect accommodation Liz - The property was immaculate and great space for a family stay. The views of the beach were amazing. Having parking was also super helpful with having a baby. The staff were amazing and nothing was a hassle. My mam left a bag in the apartment and staff notified me straight away and went above and beyond to get it back to us. The beds were really comfy as was the travel cot. The location couldn’t be beat. It’s next door to the pleasure beach and a 5 minute walk to sandcastles water park. There is a tram stop directly opposite taking you to the other piers. The trams ran often and we paid about £5 for a day pass. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back. Nothing we didn’t like. All amazing.
